Je li logično da je parking u zračnoj luci postao dvaput skuplji od cijene aviokarte, i to ne neke low cost kompanije?

Razlog da se pozabavimo ovom temom bio je slučaj naše čitateljice iz Splita (puni podaci poznati redakciji). Ona je za 5. travnja kupila povratnu kartu na letu Croatia Airlinesa Zadar - Pula - Zadar (povratak 11. travnja) i platila ju 82 eura, ali se za glavu uhvatila kada je shvatila da će za svoj automobil (druga opcija prijevoza bila joj je teško izvediva) za 6 dana i tri sata, koliko će biti na putu, morati platiti 151 euro (1137 kuna i 71 lipu).

Da nije neka greška posrijedi, uvjerili smo se i sami preko parking-kalkulatora na web stranicama zadarskog aerodroma. Prvi sat parkiranja tamo stoji paprena 3,5 eura, drugi dva eura, treći 1,5 i svaki sljedeći 1 euro. Dnevna karta ne postoji.

Zračna luka u Zadru dalmatinski je šampion u skupoći parkinga, jedne naizgled jednostavne i neprezahtjevne usluge, pogotovo što se radi o vremenu kada turisti sa svih strana još nisu navalili i glavninu putnika čini domaći svijet.

Usporedili smo Zadar s Dubrovnikom i Splitom, zračnim lukama s ipak osjetno većim prometom i tamo nismo naišli na ovakve cijene iste usluge, bilo da se radilo o prvom satu parkiranja (Split je na 1 euro, a Dubrovnik na 1,3 eura ili 300, odnosno skoro 350 posto manje), a pogotovo svakom idućem satu nakon proteka prva tri: on je u Zadru 1 euro, Splitu pola, a Dubrovniku samo 20 centi, pet puta manje.

Dubrovnik jedini od ove tri zračne luke ima dnevni parking i on stoji 4,6 eura. Da je nekim slučajem naša čitateljica letila iz Ćilipa i tamo ostavila automobil, platila bi tek nešto više od 30 eura. Priznat ćete, razlika ogromna i ne baš logična.

- Propisa koji bi regulirao tu materiju – kaže Tonči Peović, koji je u svojoj dugoj karijeri bi na čelu zračnih luka Dubrovnik, Zagreb i Brač – zapravo nema.

U zračnom prometu regulirane su uglavnom cijene prema prijevoznicima, aviokompanijama, gdje su cijene slijetanja, security naknade, putničke takse i slično. Drugi cjenik je pružatelja zemaljskih usluga, koje nisu regulirane. Tu postoji direktiva EU-a koja kaže da za veće aerodrome, one s više od 2 milijuna putnika, mora postojati konkurencija za pružanje te vrste usluga prema kompanijama.

To sada dolazi i na hrvatske aerodrome, tako da će Agencija za civilno zrakoplovstvo to učiniti vjerojatno ove godine i bit će dosta šokantno, jer više od pola zaposlenika svakog aerodroma radi na uslugama zemaljskog opsluživanja. Valja očekivati kada tu dođe konkurencija, neki privatnik, da će on dovesti i jeftiniju radnu snagu i da će to raditi efikasnije. Puno toga će se promijeniti, ali oko parkirališta neće, tako da će i dalje zračne luke samostalno definirati taj segment ovisno o svojoj komercijalnoj politici.

U slučaju zadarske zračne luke i cjenika parkiranja Peović nije iznenađen.

- Taj aerodrom ima visoki intenzitet niskobudžetnih prijevoznika koji tamo slijeću i uzlijeću, što znači da te aviokompanije u pravilu plaćaju niže cijene usluga nego tradicionalna im konkurencija. Pokušava se namaknuti razlika iz nekih drugih prihoda i djelatnosti, što parking jest. Vi ako ste pušač, znate koliko košta šteka nekih cigareta i to neće ići u nebo. Isto tako popijete kavu i znate je usporediti, ali s parkiranjem, pogotovo elementima prvog sata i čitavog dana postoje stvari koje dovode u situaciju o kojoj govorite, a to da više košta parkirališno mjesto nego let.

Je li to, po vašem mišljenju, apsurd?

- Apsurd jest, premda gledajući kao čovjek koji razmišlja racionalno i ekološki, moram reći treba postojati demotivacija dolaska privatnim vozilima na aerodrome. Ona emitiraju skoro isto stakleničkih plinova koliko sam aerodrom svojim radom. Svakako je bolji javni prijevoz ili taksi nego automobil koje negdje parkiramo. Parkirališta su aerodromima velika stavka u ukupnim prihodima, u Americi primjerice i do 50 posto, dok je u Europi to znatno manje, negdje oko 10 posto.

Upravo iz razloga o kojima govorite neki aerodromi na jugu Austrije putnicima low cost prijevoznika nudili su besplatno parkiranje. To im je bio dio komercijalne politike kako bi privukli klijente - pojašnjava Peović, napominjući i jedan drugi apsurd, da je taksi od aerodroma na Braču do Supetra često skuplji od aviokarte do Zagreba.

Razloge skupoće na njihovu parkiralištu potražili smo od same uprave Zračne luke u Zadru. Direktor Josip Klišmanić, čuvši za što se interesiramo, najavio nam je pisano objašnjenje.

- U odnosu na prethodnu sezonu, Uprava Zračne luke Zadar je napravila najmanju moguću korekciju cijena parkirališta s obzirom na porast svih troškova poslovanja, kao i visoka ulaganja u samu infrastrukturu parkirališta, limitirani kapacitet u odnosu na broj putnika i potražnju tijekom ljetnog reda letenja. Napominjemo kako Zračna luka Zadar, u odnosu na spomenute, ima uvjerljivo najmanji kapacitet parkirališta u odnosu na broj putnika - bilo je sve što su imali reći.

Ni nama, a ni svojim putnicima nisu puno pomogli.

Tonči Peović: Parkirališna mjesta su aerodromima velika stavka u ukupnim prihodima

Je li logično da je parking u zračnoj luci postao dvaput skuplji od cijene aviokarte, i to ne neke low cost kompanije?

Razlog da se pozabavimo ovom temom bio je slučaj naše čitateljice iz Splita (puni podaci poznati redakciji). Ona je za 5. travnja kupila povratnu kartu na letu Croatia Airlinesa Zadar - Pula - Zadar (povratak 11. travnja) i platila ju 82 eura, ali se za glavu uhvatila kada je shvatila da će za svoj automobil (druga opcija prijevoza bila joj je teško izvediva) za 6 dana i tri sata, koliko će biti na putu, morati platiti 151 euro (1137 kuna i 71 lipu).

Da nije neka greška posrijedi, uvjerili smo se i sami preko parking-kalkulatora na web stranicama zadarskog aerodroma. Prvi sat parkiranja tamo stoji paprena 3,5 eura, drugi dva eura, treći 1,5 i svaki sljedeći 1 euro. Dnevna karta ne postoji.

Zračna luka u Zadru dalmatinski je šampion u skupoći parkinga, jedne naizgled jednostavne i neprezahtjevne usluge, pogotovo što se radi o vremenu kada turisti sa svih strana još nisu navalili i glavninu putnika čini domaći svijet.

Usporedili smo Zadar s Dubrovnikom i Splitom, zračnim lukama s ipak osjetno većim prometom i tamo nismo naišli na ovakve cijene iste usluge, bilo da se radilo o prvom satu parkiranja (Split je na 1 euro, a Dubrovnik na 1,3 eura ili 300, odnosno skoro 350 posto manje), a pogotovo svakom idućem satu nakon proteka prva tri: on je u Zadru 1 euro, Splitu pola, a Dubrovniku samo 20 centi, pet puta manje.

Dubrovnik jedini od ove tri zračne luke ima dnevni parking i on stoji 4,6 eura. Da je nekim slučajem naša čitateljica letila iz Ćilipa i tamo ostavila automobil, platila bi tek nešto više od 30 eura. Priznat ćete, razlika ogromna i ne baš logična.

- Propisa koji bi regulirao tu materiju – kaže Tonči Peović, koji je u svojoj dugoj karijeri bi na čelu zračnih luka Dubrovnik, Zagreb i Brač – zapravo nema.

U zračnom prometu regulirane su uglavnom cijene prema prijevoznicima, aviokompanijama, gdje su cijene slijetanja, security naknade, putničke takse i slično. Drugi cjenik je pružatelja zemaljskih usluga, koje nisu regulirane. Tu postoji direktiva EU-a koja kaže da za veće aerodrome, one s više od 2 milijuna putnika, mora postojati konkurencija za pružanje te vrste usluga prema kompanijama.

To sada dolazi i na hrvatske aerodrome, tako da će Agencija za civilno zrakoplovstvo to učiniti vjerojatno ove godine i bit će dosta šokantno, jer više od pola zaposlenika svakog aerodroma radi na uslugama zemaljskog opsluživanja. Valja očekivati kada tu dođe konkurencija, neki privatnik, da će on dovesti i jeftiniju radnu snagu i da će to raditi efikasnije. Puno toga će se promijeniti, ali oko parkirališta neće, tako da će i dalje zračne luke samostalno definirati taj segment ovisno o svojoj komercijalnoj politici.

U slučaju zadarske zračne luke i cjenika parkiranja Peović nije iznenađen.

- Taj aerodrom ima visoki intenzitet niskobudžetnih prijevoznika koji tamo slijeću i uzlijeću, što znači da te aviokompanije u pravilu plaćaju niže cijene usluga nego tradicionalna im konkurencija. Pokušava se namaknuti razlika iz nekih drugih prihoda i djelatnosti, što parking jest. Vi ako ste pušač, znate koliko košta šteka nekih cigareta i to neće ići u nebo. Isto tako popijete kavu i znate je usporediti, ali s parkiranjem, pogotovo elementima prvog sata i čitavog dana postoje stvari koje dovode u situaciju o kojoj govorite, a to da više košta parkirališno mjesto nego let.

Je li to, po vašem mišljenju, apsurd?

- Apsurd jest, premda gledajući kao čovjek koji razmišlja racionalno i ekološki, moram reći treba postojati demotivacija dolaska privatnim vozilima na aerodrome. Ona emitiraju skoro isto stakleničkih plinova koliko sam aerodrom svojim radom. Svakako je bolji javni prijevoz ili taksi nego automobil koje negdje parkiramo. Parkirališta su aerodromima velika stavka u ukupnim prihodima, u Americi primjerice i do 50 posto, dok je u Europi to znatno manje, negdje oko 10 posto.

Upravo iz razloga o kojima govorite neki aerodromi na jugu Austrije putnicima low cost prijevoznika nudili su besplatno parkiranje. To im je bio dio komercijalne politike kako bi privukli klijente - pojašnjava Peović, napominjući i jedan drugi apsurd, da je taksi od aerodroma na Braču do Supetra često skuplji od aviokarte do Zagreba.

Razloge skupoće na njihovu parkiralištu potražili smo od same uprave Zračne luke u Zadru. Direktor Josip Klišmanić, čuvši za što se interesiramo, najavio nam je pisano objašnjenje.

- U odnosu na prethodnu sezonu, Uprava Zračne luke Zadar je napravila najmanju moguću korekciju cijena parkirališta s obzirom na porast svih troškova poslovanja, kao i visoka ulaganja u samu infrastrukturu parkirališta, limitirani kapacitet u odnosu na broj putnika i potražnju tijekom ljetnog reda letenja. Napominjemo kako Zračna luka Zadar, u odnosu na spomenute, ima uvjerljivo najmanji kapacitet parkirališta u odnosu na broj putnika - bilo je sve što su imali reći.

Ni nama, a ni svojim putnicima nisu puno pomogli.
