Taksist Mijo Tešija (43) iz Kaštel Staroga ogorčen je postupanjem policije prema njemu i njegovom klijentu iz San Francisca kojeg je u petak prevozio od autobusne stanice preko puta Zračne luke Split do Kaštel Sućurca.

- Ali do Kaštel Sućurca nisam došao jer me je samo pet kilometara od ukrcaja zaustavio policajac koji je odmah upalio rotacijska svjetla i krenuo zamnom. Maltretirao me je na onoj vrućini više od 25 minuta, a sve se zbilo u Kaštel Štafiliću oko 10,55 sati preko puta Kerumovog restorana.

Događaj sam snimao i jasno se na snimci vidi kako me policajac namjerava kazniti sa dvije tisuće kuna jer nisam imao zakazanu vožnju nego je problem što sam uzeo putnika nakon što mi je on mahnuo rukom i zatražio prijevoz. Pa to svi taksisti na svijetu rade,a prije toga su tri taksista tako ukcala putnike. Nakon što nije znao kako i zašto mi napisati kaznu, zvao je pojačanje.

U drugom vozilu je došao policajac u civilu koji radi u Zračnoj luci kao inspektor i onda je on pomagao kolegi da mu objasni kako da me kazni. Na kraju su me kaznili kao da nemam registriranu taksi djelatnost, a ne za ono što mi je prvi policajac govorio.

Kulminacija svega je kada su u to drugo policijsko vozilo pozvali i tog mladića iz SAD-a i s njim razgovarali oko 20 minuta. Ja sada uopće ne znam gdje je taj momak.... Uredno je bio uključen taksimetar, uredno bi čovjeku izdao račun, sve je uredno osim postupanja policije. Ovo mi se događa već dvije godine i 23 puta me policija kaznila za istu stvar. Izračunajte vi koliko je to.

Ako ne platiš,odmah kazna zna skočiti i na 2400 kuna ,tako da sam ja platio oko 56 tisuća kuna policiji, točnije ovoj državi nizašto. Diplomirani sam ekonomist, nikada u ovoj državi u ovih dvadeset godina od diplomiranja nisam imao šansu zaposliti se u struci i sada me ova država na svakom koraku dere i maltretira preko svojih organa-policajaca koji imaju sigurnu plaću i briga ih za privatnike - kaže nam Tešija.

Tešija kaže da se na toj autobusnoj stanici događa sve i svašta i da to policiji ne smeta.

-To je izvorno autobusna stanica za liniju broj 2 i broj 37,a puna je taksi vozila. Zašto tu mogu biti naprimjer Uberova vozila koja se mogu zadržati i do tri minute, a mi ne možemo pokupiti putnika koji nam maše i traži prijevoz? Glupo je objašnjenje da Uber radi na aplikaciju i ugovorenu vožnju jer autobusna stanica nije sigurno mjesto ukrcaja putnika za nikoga. Zašto netko može,a ja ne mogu - pita se Tešija koji je odlučio sve iznijeti u javnost.

"Poštovani vezano uz vaš mail možemo Vas izvijestiti kako su policijski službenici Policije aerodromske policije Resnik u konkretnom slučaju postupali prema vozaču taksi vozila zbog počinjenog prekršaja iz Odluke o javnom redu grada Kaštela donesene 2019. godine, a kojom je onemogućio pružanje usluga prijevoza van za to određenog mjesta i nuđenje usluga koje nisu unaprijed najavljene. Postupanje prema istome je trajalo onoliko koliko je potrebno da se izda obavezni prekršajni nalog te obavi razgovor s putnikom u vozilu."

Tešiji posebno u glavi odzvanja glas policijskog inspektora u civilu koji mu je nakon što je završeno 45-minutno maltretiranje doslovce rekao:"Nemoj više da te vidim u zračnoj luci!".

Taksist Mijo Tešija (43) iz Kaštel Staroga ogorčen je postupanjem policije prema njemu i njegovom klijentu iz San Francisca kojeg je u petak prevozio od autobusne stanice preko puta Zračne luke Split do Kaštel Sućurca.

- Ali do Kaštel Sućurca nisam došao jer me je samo pet kilometara od ukrcaja zaustavio policajac koji je odmah upalio rotacijska svjetla i krenuo zamnom. Maltretirao me je na onoj vrućini više od 25 minuta, a sve se zbilo u Kaštel Štafiliću oko 10,55 sati preko puta Kerumovog restorana.

Događaj sam snimao i jasno se na snimci vidi kako me policajac namjerava kazniti sa dvije tisuće kuna jer nisam imao zakazanu vožnju nego je problem što sam uzeo putnika nakon što mi je on mahnuo rukom i zatražio prijevoz. Pa to svi taksisti na svijetu rade,a prije toga su tri taksista tako ukcala putnike. Nakon što nije znao kako i zašto mi napisati kaznu, zvao je pojačanje.

U drugom vozilu je došao policajac u civilu koji radi u Zračnoj luci kao inspektor i onda je on pomagao kolegi da mu objasni kako da me kazni. Na kraju su me kaznili kao da nemam registriranu taksi djelatnost, a ne za ono što mi je prvi policajac govorio.

Kulminacija svega je kada su u to drugo policijsko vozilo pozvali i tog mladića iz SAD-a i s njim razgovarali oko 20 minuta. Ja sada uopće ne znam gdje je taj momak.... Uredno je bio uključen taksimetar, uredno bi čovjeku izdao račun, sve je uredno osim postupanja policije. Ovo mi se događa već dvije godine i 23 puta me policija kaznila za istu stvar. Izračunajte vi koliko je to.

Ako ne platiš,odmah kazna zna skočiti i na 2400 kuna ,tako da sam ja platio oko 56 tisuća kuna policiji, točnije ovoj državi nizašto. Diplomirani sam ekonomist, nikada u ovoj državi u ovih dvadeset godina od diplomiranja nisam imao šansu zaposliti se u struci i sada me ova država na svakom koraku dere i maltretira preko svojih organa-policajaca koji imaju sigurnu plaću i briga ih za privatnike - kaže nam Tešija.

Tešija kaže da se na toj autobusnoj stanici događa sve i svašta i da to policiji ne smeta.

-To je izvorno autobusna stanica za liniju broj 2 i broj 37,a puna je taksi vozila. Zašto tu mogu biti naprimjer Uberova vozila koja se mogu zadržati i do tri minute, a mi ne možemo pokupiti putnika koji nam maše i traži prijevoz? Glupo je objašnjenje da Uber radi na aplikaciju i ugovorenu vožnju jer autobusna stanica nije sigurno mjesto ukrcaja putnika za nikoga. Zašto netko može,a ja ne mogu - pita se Tešija koji je odlučio sve iznijeti u javnost.

O ovom događaju smo pismenim putem pitali i Pu splitsko-dalmatinsku koja nam je odgovorila slijedeće:

"Poštovani vezano uz vaš mail možemo Vas izvijestiti kako su policijski službenici Policije aerodromske policije Resnik u konkretnom slučaju postupali prema vozaču taksi vozila zbog počinjenog prekršaja iz Odluke o javnom redu grada Kaštela donesene 2019. godine, a kojom je onemogućio pružanje usluga prijevoza van za to određenog mjesta i nuđenje usluga koje nisu unaprijed najavljene. Postupanje prema istome je trajalo onoliko koliko je potrebno da se izda obavezni prekršajni nalog te obavi razgovor s putnikom u vozilu."

Tešiji posebno u glavi odzvanja glas policijskog inspektora u civilu koji mu je nakon što je završeno 45-minutno maltretiranje doslovce rekao:"Nemoj više da te vidim u zračnoj luci!".
