Opća bolnica Zadar provodi internu istragu u slučaju pacijentice (61), ležeće bolesnice koja mora primati kisik, a koja je nakon hospitalizacije otpuštena i sanitetskim vozilom poslana kući bez prijeko potrebne boce kisika!
Prema riječima njezina supruga (71) čiji je identitet poznat redakciji, ona je gotovo 20 minuta bila bez kisika, boreći se za život.
- To je ostavilo posljedice s kojima ćemo još morati naučiti živjeti – rekao je revoltirani suprug koji je već dan uoči incidenta, 21. listopada, na hitnom prijemu primijetio nedostatke liječenja.
- Kad sam stigao do nje, nakon što su je pregledali, bila je toliko crvena da sam se šokirao. Prišao sam bliže i shvatio da boca s kisikom uopće nije bila prikačena!
Odmah sam to napomenuo medicinskoj sestri koja mi je odbrusila da ne može ona na sve paziti i da je to uvijek problem s tim cijevima za kisik jer često ispadaju – prisjeća se suprug.
Nakon toga, predloženo mu je da je odveze kući, što je bio dodatni šok.
- Kako da ja ženu s teškim oblikom kronične opstruktivne plućne bolesti, koja mora ležati s bocama kisika, stavim u svoj mali auto i vozim do kuće?! Rekao sam da ne dolazi u obzir i da je izvole dovesti kolima s lječnikom. Kad smo sve dogovorili, otišao sam kući kako bi ih sačekao i smjestio u krevet. I tad je počela drama...
Saniteskom vozilu treba 20 minuta do našeg stana, a ja sam nakon deset minuta od kad su krenuli nazvao vozača da provjerim kakvo je stanje i na kojoj razini joj je kisik. S druge sam strane začuo muk. I onda pitanje: "Koji kisik?" Pokušavao sam ostati pribran, ali u tom su mi se trenu odsjekle noge.

Naime, osim što ju je bolnica poslala kući bez kisika, bolesnicu s takvim zdravstvenim stanjem otpustili su i bez sestre i bez doktora! Samo s vozačem. Vozač se od panike htio vratiti u bolnicu, što mu nisam dopustio. Rekao sam: imaš još tri do četiri minute, juri kako znaš i umiješ, makar i kroz crveno i u suprotnom smjeru samo je dovedi pred zgradu gdje ću te čekati s kisikom.
Nazvao sam susjede da mi pomognu kad stignu, jer sam je ne mogu podići. Čekali smo ih tih nekoliko minuta, koje su se meni činile kao vječnost. Kad su stigli, brzo smo reagirali, prikačili smo je na kisik i mislim da je to stvarno bio zadnji tren da smo je spasili... – prepričava suprug.
Rekao je kako je vozač toliko bio u šoku da je sjedio neko vrijeme sam, sa strane, i pokušavao doći sebi.
- Prišao sam mu i rekao da se ne ljutim na njega, da on stvarno nije kriv ni za što. Vjerujem da je već sutra uzeo bolovanje jer je stvarno bio potresen, vikao je "ubio sam je, što su mi napravili" – prisjeća se suprug.
Zvao je nakon toga i sanitet i bolnicu, ispričao što se dogodilo, ljutit je očekivao barem ispriku. No njihov odgovor nije ga zadovoljio.
- Kao da nisu shvatili da je zbog njihove greške mogla umrijeti u tim kolima taj dan – rekao je naš sugovornik koji je zbog svega kontaktirao i medije.
Pitanja o ovom incidentu uputili smo Zavodu za hitnu medicinu Zadarske županije.
- Nalog za sanitetski prijevoz mogu dobiti samo osigurane osobe. Dispečer saniteta zaprima nalog za sanitetski prijevoz od zdravstvene ustanove, obiteljskog liječnika i slično. Na nalogu za sanitetski prijevoz mora biti upisano ime i prezime pacijenta, adresa, dijagnoza pacijenta i specifičnosti prijevoza (ležeći pacijent ili sjedeći pacijent).
U slučaju potrebe za pratnjom medicinske sestre i kisika u vozilu, zdravstvena ustanova koja izdaje nalog za sanitetski prijevoz, mora obavezno staviti u napomenu da postoji potreba za kisikom (količina kisika u litrama koja je potrebna pacijentu), i pratnja medicinske sestre. Nalog za sanitetski prijevoz spomenute pacijentice, bez napomene, dobili smo 22. listopada od Opće bolnice - odgovorila je ravnateljica Ivana Šimić.

Ista pitanja poslali smo i na adresu dr. Željka Čuline, čelnog čovjeka krovne zadarske medicinske ustanove.
- Sukladno internoj proceduri provodimo postupak kojim ćemo utvrditi sve činjenice i okolnosti vezano za navedeni događaj - naglasio je dr. Čulina, potvđujući kako je bolnica pokrenula internu istragu.
Rezultati istrage trebali bi utvrditi tko je u sustavu napravio grešku i ženu ovisnu o kisiku ostavio - bez kisika.

Opća bolnica Zadar provodi internu istragu u slučaju pacijentice (61), ležeće bolesnice koja mora primati kisik, a koja je nakon hospitalizacije otpuštena i sanitetskim vozilom poslana kući bez prijeko potrebne boce kisika!
Prema riječima njezina supruga (71) čiji je identitet poznat redakciji, ona je gotovo 20 minuta bila bez kisika, boreći se za život.
- To je ostavilo posljedice s kojima ćemo još morati naučiti živjeti – rekao je revoltirani suprug koji je već dan uoči incidenta, 21. listopada, na hitnom prijemu primijetio nedostatke liječenja.
- Kad sam stigao do nje, nakon što su je pregledali, bila je toliko crvena da sam se šokirao. Prišao sam bliže i shvatio da boca s kisikom uopće nije bila prikačena!
Odmah sam to napomenuo medicinskoj sestri koja mi je odbrusila da ne može ona na sve paziti i da je to uvijek problem s tim cijevima za kisik jer često ispadaju – prisjeća se suprug.
Nakon toga, predloženo mu je da je odveze kući, što je bio dodatni šok.
- Kako da ja ženu s teškim oblikom kronične opstruktivne plućne bolesti, koja mora ležati s bocama kisika, stavim u svoj mali auto i vozim do kuće?! Rekao sam da ne dolazi u obzir i da je izvole dovesti kolima s lječnikom. Kad smo sve dogovorili, otišao sam kući kako bi ih sačekao i smjestio u krevet. I tad je počela drama...
Saniteskom vozilu treba 20 minuta do našeg stana, a ja sam nakon deset minuta od kad su krenuli nazvao vozača da provjerim kakvo je stanje i na kojoj razini joj je kisik. S druge sam strane začuo muk. I onda pitanje: "Koji kisik?" Pokušavao sam ostati pribran, ali u tom su mi se trenu odsjekle noge.

Naime, osim što ju je bolnica poslala kući bez kisika, bolesnicu s takvim zdravstvenim stanjem otpustili su i bez sestre i bez doktora! Samo s vozačem. Vozač se od panike htio vratiti u bolnicu, što mu nisam dopustio. Rekao sam: imaš još tri do četiri minute, juri kako znaš i umiješ, makar i kroz crveno i u suprotnom smjeru samo je dovedi pred zgradu gdje ću te čekati s kisikom.
Nazvao sam susjede da mi pomognu kad stignu, jer sam je ne mogu podići. Čekali smo ih tih nekoliko minuta, koje su se meni činile kao vječnost. Kad su stigli, brzo smo reagirali, prikačili smo je na kisik i mislim da je to stvarno bio zadnji tren da smo je spasili... – prepričava suprug.
Rekao je kako je vozač toliko bio u šoku da je sjedio neko vrijeme sam, sa strane, i pokušavao doći sebi.
- Prišao sam mu i rekao da se ne ljutim na njega, da on stvarno nije kriv ni za što. Vjerujem da je već sutra uzeo bolovanje jer je stvarno bio potresen, vikao je "ubio sam je, što su mi napravili" – prisjeća se suprug.
Zvao je nakon toga i sanitet i bolnicu, ispričao što se dogodilo, ljutit je očekivao barem ispriku. No njihov odgovor nije ga zadovoljio.
- Kao da nisu shvatili da je zbog njihove greške mogla umrijeti u tim kolima taj dan – rekao je naš sugovornik koji je zbog svega kontaktirao i medije.
Pitanja o ovom incidentu uputili smo Zavodu za hitnu medicinu Zadarske županije.
- Nalog za sanitetski prijevoz mogu dobiti samo osigurane osobe. Dispečer saniteta zaprima nalog za sanitetski prijevoz od zdravstvene ustanove, obiteljskog liječnika i slično. Na nalogu za sanitetski prijevoz mora biti upisano ime i prezime pacijenta, adresa, dijagnoza pacijenta i specifičnosti prijevoza (ležeći pacijent ili sjedeći pacijent).
U slučaju potrebe za pratnjom medicinske sestre i kisika u vozilu, zdravstvena ustanova koja izdaje nalog za sanitetski prijevoz, mora obavezno staviti u napomenu da postoji potreba za kisikom (količina kisika u litrama koja je potrebna pacijentu), i pratnja medicinske sestre. Nalog za sanitetski prijevoz spomenute pacijentice, bez napomene, dobili smo 22. listopada od Opće bolnice - odgovorila je ravnateljica Ivana Šimić.

Ista pitanja poslali smo i na adresu dr. Željka Čuline, čelnog čovjeka krovne zadarske medicinske ustanove.
- Sukladno internoj proceduri provodimo postupak kojim ćemo utvrditi sve činjenice i okolnosti vezano za navedeni događaj - naglasio je dr. Čulina, potvđujući kako je bolnica pokrenula internu istragu.
Rezultati istrage trebali bi utvrditi tko je u sustavu napravio grešku i ženu ovisnu o kisiku ostavio - bez kisika.
