Osim što se mogu pohvaliti kvalitetnim i svake godine sve posjećenijim adventskim programom, šibenska "Adventura" koja će svoja vrata otvoriti 1. prosinca je, barem iz pozicije ugostitelja, jedan od najpovoljnijih božićnih i novogodišnjih sajmova u cijeloj Dalmaciji.

Takav zaključak dodatno ojačavaju informacije iz Splita gdje je još neizvjesno hoće li se uopće organizirati (pred)blagdanski program s ugostiteljskom ponudom, pa poznavajući protekle godine, nije isključeno da se mnogi potencijalni posjetitelji splitskih kućica zapute u susjedstvo kako bi se proveselili i opustili pred kraj aktualne godine.

Ovogodišnje izdanje programa u Krešimirovu gradu će se, podsjetimo, održati na ukupno tri lokacije: u Kući umjetnosti "Arsen", na Poljani te u Perivoju Roberta Visianija, koji je već tradicionalno središte cijele manifestacije. U omiljenom Đardinu bit će smješteno 14 adventskih kućica.

Vrijedi napomenuti i kako su se na javni poziv za izlaganje, prezentaciju, prodaju proizvoda i usluga, raspisan od strane Turističke zajednice grada (TZ), javila 23 ponuditelja. Interesa za unajmljivanjem blagdanskih poslovnih kvadrata u parkiću ni ove godine nije manjkalo, a kada pogledamo i koliko su iznosile cijene zakupnine – jasno je i zašto. 

Konkretno, za kućice na prolazu i donjoj etaži perivoja zakupnina je iznosila 2000 eura, a u cijenu je uključen priključak za električnu energiju te tri barska stola. Adventski prostori na srednjoj etaži parka bili su nešto povoljniji.

Zakupnina je iznosila 1700 eura, dok je na gornjoj etaži, predviđenom za prodaju fritula, medenjaka, palačinka, maruna, kokica, tople čokolade i sličnog, najamnina je iznosila vrlo povoljnih 800 eura.

Uspoređujući cijene zakupnine po kućici sa sličnim sadržajima u Zadru ili Splitu, šibenske su praktički – bagatelne. U Zadru su se iznosi kretali između 5000 i nevjerojatnih 15 tisuća eura. Zagrebačka tvrtka "Naša ideja" je za najatraktivniji blagdanski prostor u Zadru ponudila rekordnih 15.777 eura. 

I u Splitu su cijene astronomske. Početni iznos godišnje zakupnine za cijelu zonu Prokurativa iznosi 62.500 eura, za Rivu je 18.750 eura, a za Mertojak 3750 eura po kućici. 

- Za razliku od drugih gradova, mi nemamo licitacije, već model prema kojem su cijene zakupa fiksne.

Time smo htjeli osigurati da ponuda na "Adventuri" bude raznolika i kvalitetna – kaže Dino Karađole, TZ-ov direktor.

S obzirom na tradicionalno povećanu potrošnju u vrijeme blagdana, nema sumnje da će šibenski ugostitelji u novu godinu ući punih džepova. Dobru zaradu mogli bi im poremetiti samo nepovoljni vremenski uvjeti, kao što je slučaj bio lani kada je prvih desetak dana programa kiša bila neumoljiva, a zarada skromna.

Osim što se mogu pohvaliti kvalitetnim i svake godine sve posjećenijim adventskim programom, šibenska "Adventura" koja će svoja vrata otvoriti 1. prosinca je, barem iz pozicije ugostitelja, jedan od najpovoljnijih božićnih i novogodišnjih sajmova u cijeloj Dalmaciji.

Takav zaključak dodatno ojačavaju informacije iz Splita gdje je još neizvjesno hoće li se uopće organizirati (pred)blagdanski program s ugostiteljskom ponudom, pa poznavajući protekle godine, nije isključeno da se mnogi potencijalni posjetitelji splitskih kućica zapute u susjedstvo kako bi se proveselili i opustili pred kraj aktualne godine.

Ovogodišnje izdanje programa u Krešimirovu gradu će se, podsjetimo, održati na ukupno tri lokacije: u Kući umjetnosti "Arsen", na Poljani te u Perivoju Roberta Visianija, koji je već tradicionalno središte cijele manifestacije. U omiljenom Đardinu bit će smješteno 14 adventskih kućica.

Vrijedi napomenuti i kako su se na javni poziv za izlaganje, prezentaciju, prodaju proizvoda i usluga, raspisan od strane Turističke zajednice grada (TZ), javila 23 ponuditelja. Interesa za unajmljivanjem blagdanskih poslovnih kvadrata u parkiću ni ove godine nije manjkalo, a kada pogledamo i koliko su iznosile cijene zakupnine – jasno je i zašto. 

Konkretno, za kućice na prolazu i donjoj etaži perivoja zakupnina je iznosila 2000 eura, a u cijenu je uključen priključak za električnu energiju te tri barska stola. Adventski prostori na srednjoj etaži parka bili su nešto povoljniji.

Zakupnina je iznosila 1700 eura, dok je na gornjoj etaži, predviđenom za prodaju fritula, medenjaka, palačinka, maruna, kokica, tople čokolade i sličnog, najamnina je iznosila vrlo povoljnih 800 eura.

Uspoređujući cijene zakupnine po kućici sa sličnim sadržajima u Zadru ili Splitu, šibenske su praktički – bagatelne. U Zadru su se iznosi kretali između 5000 i nevjerojatnih 15 tisuća eura. Zagrebačka tvrtka "Naša ideja" je za najatraktivniji blagdanski prostor u Zadru ponudila rekordnih 15.777 eura. 

I u Splitu su cijene astronomske. Početni iznos godišnje zakupnine za cijelu zonu Prokurativa iznosi 62.500 eura, za Rivu je 18.750 eura, a za Mertojak 3750 eura po kućici. 

- Za razliku od drugih gradova, mi nemamo licitacije, već model prema kojem su cijene zakupa fiksne.

Time smo htjeli osigurati da ponuda na "Adventuri" bude raznolika i kvalitetna – kaže Dino Karađole, TZ-ov direktor.

S obzirom na tradicionalno povećanu potrošnju u vrijeme blagdana, nema sumnje da će šibenski ugostitelji u novu godinu ući punih džepova. Dobru zaradu mogli bi im poremetiti samo nepovoljni vremenski uvjeti, kao što je slučaj bio lani kada je prvih desetak dana programa kiša bila neumoljiva, a zarada skromna.

Dok splitskim ugostiteljima prijeti gubitak masne zarade od adventskih kućica, susjedi već trljaju ruke, evo i zašto

Osim što se mogu pohvaliti kvalitetnim i svake godine sve posjećenijim adventskim programom, šibenska "Adventura" koja će svoja vrata otvoriti 1. prosinca je, barem iz pozicije ugostitelja, jedan od najpovoljnijih božićnih i novogodišnjih sajmova u cijeloj Dalmaciji.

Takav zaključak dodatno ojačavaju informacije iz Splita gdje je još neizvjesno hoće li se uopće organizirati (pred)blagdanski program s ugostiteljskom ponudom, pa poznavajući protekle godine, nije isključeno da se mnogi potencijalni posjetitelji splitskih kućica zapute u susjedstvo kako bi se proveselili i opustili pred kraj aktualne godine.

Ovogodišnje izdanje programa u Krešimirovu gradu će se, podsjetimo, održati na ukupno tri lokacije: u Kući umjetnosti "Arsen", na Poljani te u Perivoju Roberta Visianija, koji je već tradicionalno središte cijele manifestacije. U omiljenom Đardinu bit će smješteno 14 adventskih kućica.

Vrijedi napomenuti i kako su se na javni poziv za izlaganje, prezentaciju, prodaju proizvoda i usluga, raspisan od strane Turističke zajednice grada (TZ), javila 23 ponuditelja. Interesa za unajmljivanjem blagdanskih poslovnih kvadrata u parkiću ni ove godine nije manjkalo, a kada pogledamo i koliko su iznosile cijene zakupnine – jasno je i zašto.
