Splitski HDZ-ovci potrudili su se brže-bolje obavijestiti svekoliku javnost da su Hrvatske ceste raspisale natječaj za izgradnju triju od šest podfaza nove obilaznice najvećeg dalmatinskoga grada, što je u nedavnoj izjavi za našu medijsku kuću precizno najavio Josip Škorić, čelnik državne infrastrukturne tvrtke.

Naš sugovornik prošlog je tjedna otvoreno rekao da, unatoč već izabranom izvođaču radova za prve tri podfaze, za dobar dio projekta još nije ishođena ni građevinska dozvola. Bageri se još ne pale, a kamoli da se vrpce slijeku i slavljenički janjci peku, ali iz vladajuće stranke očito bolje vide i čuju od građana i birača iz regionalne "metropole" stiješnjene između dviju najfrekventnijih cestovnih točaka u dijeloj Hrvatskoj.

- I dalje će jedini bageri koje vidimo na području šireg splitskog područja biti plod rada Vlade RH kao kontinuitet ulaganja u naš grad - napisao je u svojoj objavi na Facebooku Josip Balić, član HDZ-ova Gradskog odbora, nigdje (ne)namjerno spominjući ključnu papirnatu prepreku.

Koje je to strojeve narodni "odbornik" vidio na trasi (buduće) ceste od Dračevca prema TTTS-u, ne znamo, ali da nije riječ o ekipi čiji je prvi čovjek zajedno sa svojom u međuvremenu prorijeđenom ministarskom svitom prije gotovo četiri godine pod Marjan dovezao cijeli šleper projektnih obećanja, još bi se aktualni natječaj, vrijedan nešto manje od 50 milijuna eura, mogao i progutati. Međutim, kada se sjetimo nekih najava i rokova čija je neispunjenost već postala punoljetna, kao i svakodnevnih gužvi izvan sezone, znoj nam oblije čelo i prije ljetnih kolona na vrućem zakrčenom asfaltu u smjeru Omiša ili Solina.

U doba kada su projektanti povlačili prve konture planirane prometnice koja bi se velikim kružnim tokom ispod Mravinaca trebala odvajati od brze ceste Solin-Klis i sa sjeverne i istočne strane obilaziti Split po trasi dugoj gotovo 2,6 kilometara, tvrtke specijalizirane za nekretninski biznis temeljito su snimale teren.

Jedna od njih, u vlasništvu austrijskog trgovačkog lanca "Supernova", bila je najkonkretnija i na području Dračevca je od dotadašnjih privatnih vlasnika, mahom osoba porijeklom iz Mravinaca, otkupila više od 24 tisuće četvornih metara zemljišta, što, za usporedbu, predstavlja polovicu površine "City Centera one" i pripadajuće mu višeetažne garaže ili dvije trećine terena koji zauzima "Mall of Split".

Ne treba biti vidovnjak kako bi se zaključilo da su inozemni investitori na spomenutom prostoru, još uvijek podijeljenom na čak 15 parcela pojedinačne površine od 270 do 3539 kvadrata, planirali izgradnju svojeg prodajnog centra, tek trećeg u Dalmaciji i na cijelom Jadranu, ali i prvog južnije od Šibenika. U tom cilju osnovana je i tvrtka "Supernova Split" za poslovanje nekretninama, jedna od dvadesetak sličnih u portfelju matične kompanije, koja je ujedno i uknjiženi vlasnik svih zemljišta uz postojeću i planiranu državnu cestu.

Nesuđenom ulaganju ruku su dali i iz Grada Solina kojem administrativno pripadaju spomenuta zemljišta, pa su cijeli obuhvat namjeravanog trgovačkog centra u Generalnom urbanističkom planu proglasili "proizvodnom i poslovnom" zonom, pri čemu se u prvi dio namjene nekako ne bismo kladili. Ništa manje galantni nisu bili ni u Hrvatskim cestama, jer je (i) za taj prostor planirana spojna prometnica s novom splitskom obilaznicom.

Bit će stoga zanimljivo pratiti rasplet nadmetanja za izgradnju i druge polovice planiranog poteza Dračevac-TTTS, na kojem je, spomenimo i to, južno od Mravinaca planiran i tristotinjak metara dug tunel "Gladinci", ali i rasplet priče oko možebitne izgradnje splitsko-solinske "Supernove". Je, ne treba zaboraviti da je većina od 15 spomenutih parcela pod teretom čak šest hipoteka Porezne uprave, s ovršnom snagom, na ukupan iznos od 25,2 milijuna kuna.

Splitski HDZ-ovci potrudili su se brže-bolje obavijestiti svekoliku javnost da su Hrvatske ceste raspisale natječaj za izgradnju triju od šest podfaza nove obilaznice najvećeg dalmatinskoga grada, što je u nedavnoj izjavi za našu medijsku kuću precizno najavio Josip Škorić, čelnik državne infrastrukturne tvrtke.

Naš sugovornik prošlog je tjedna otvoreno rekao da, unatoč već izabranom izvođaču radova za prve tri podfaze, za dobar dio projekta još nije ishođena ni građevinska dozvola. Bageri se još ne pale, a kamoli da se vrpce slijeku i slavljenički janjci peku, ali iz vladajuće stranke očito bolje vide i čuju od građana i birača iz regionalne "metropole" stiješnjene između dviju najfrekventnijih cestovnih točaka u dijeloj Hrvatskoj.

- I dalje će jedini bageri koje vidimo na području šireg splitskog područja biti plod rada Vlade RH kao kontinuitet ulaganja u naš grad - napisao je u svojoj objavi na Facebooku Josip Balić, član HDZ-ova Gradskog odbora, nigdje (ne)namjerno spominjući ključnu papirnatu prepreku.

Koje je to strojeve narodni "odbornik" vidio na trasi (buduće) ceste od Dračevca prema TTTS-u, ne znamo, ali da nije riječ o ekipi čiji je prvi čovjek zajedno sa svojom u međuvremenu prorijeđenom ministarskom svitom prije gotovo četiri godine pod Marjan dovezao cijeli šleper projektnih obećanja, još bi se aktualni natječaj, vrijedan nešto manje od 50 milijuna eura, mogao i progutati. Međutim, kada se sjetimo nekih najava i rokova čija je neispunjenost već postala punoljetna, kao i svakodnevnih gužvi izvan sezone, znoj nam oblije čelo i prije ljetnih kolona na vrućem zakrčenom asfaltu u smjeru Omiša ili Solina.

U doba kada su projektanti povlačili prve konture planirane prometnice koja bi se velikim kružnim tokom ispod Mravinaca trebala odvajati od brze ceste Solin-Klis i sa sjeverne i istočne strane obilaziti Split po trasi dugoj gotovo 2,6 kilometara, tvrtke specijalizirane za nekretninski biznis temeljito su snimale teren.

Jedna od njih, u vlasništvu austrijskog trgovačkog lanca "Supernova", bila je najkonkretnija i na području Dračevca je od dotadašnjih privatnih vlasnika, mahom osoba porijeklom iz Mravinaca, otkupila više od 24 tisuće četvornih metara zemljišta, što, za usporedbu, predstavlja polovicu površine "City Centera one" i pripadajuće mu višeetažne garaže ili dvije trećine terena koji zauzima "Mall of Split".

Ne treba biti vidovnjak kako bi se zaključilo da su inozemni investitori na spomenutom prostoru, još uvijek podijeljenom na čak 15 parcela pojedinačne površine od 270 do 3539 kvadrata, planirali izgradnju svojeg prodajnog centra, tek trećeg u Dalmaciji i na cijelom Jadranu, ali i prvog južnije od Šibenika. U tom cilju osnovana je i tvrtka "Supernova Split" za poslovanje nekretninama, jedna od dvadesetak sličnih u portfelju matične kompanije, koja je ujedno i uknjiženi vlasnik svih zemljišta uz postojeću i planiranu državnu cestu.

Nesuđenom ulaganju ruku su dali i iz Grada Solina kojem administrativno pripadaju spomenuta zemljišta, pa su cijeli obuhvat namjeravanog trgovačkog centra u Generalnom urbanističkom planu proglasili "proizvodnom i poslovnom" zonom, pri čemu se u prvi dio namjene nekako ne bismo kladili. Ništa manje galantni nisu bili ni u Hrvatskim cestama, jer je (i) za taj prostor planirana spojna prometnica s novom splitskom obilaznicom.

Bit će stoga zanimljivo pratiti rasplet nadmetanja za izgradnju i druge polovice planiranog poteza Dračevac-TTTS, na kojem je, spomenimo i to, južno od Mravinaca planiran i tristotinjak metara dug tunel "Gladinci", ali i rasplet priče oko možebitne izgradnje splitsko-solinske "Supernove". Je, ne treba zaboraviti da je većina od 15 spomenutih parcela pod teretom čak šest hipoteka Porezne uprave, s ovršnom snagom, na ukupan iznos od 25,2 milijuna kuna.
