Prošle godine u ovo doba pisalo se o nedostatku radne snage na dubrovačkom području kao velikoj prepreci razvoja turizma, zalagalo se za ukidanje kvota za zapošljavanje stranaca. U svibnju 2020., Dubrovačko-neretvanska županija na drugom je mjestu po skoku broja nezaposlenih za čak 82 posto u odnosu na isti mjesec prošle godine!

Kako je počeo slabiti strah od bolesti zbog dobre epidemiološke situacije u državi, tako je počeo rasti strah od recesije. Iskustvo je takvo da su one u Hrvatskoj obično dugotrajne.

Zatvaranjem gospodarskih objekata i realnim očekivanjem da sezona ni približno neće doseći lanjske brojke, dio poslodavca već je u samom početku pandemije otkazao suradnju radnicima.

Obrtnici su se, doznajemo, u ožujku raspitivali o zatvaranju obrta, no odustali su čim je Vlada RH najavila isplatu potpora za očuvanje radnih mjesta. Opstanak obrtnika privremena je odluka, pa će se tek prestankom isplate ove naknade pokazati prava slika stanja obrtništva.

Uslužni sektor najteže je pogođen, a kako Dubrovnik ovisi o turizmu, kriza koja pogađa taj sektor prelit će se na sve ostale. Najveći teret podnosi privatni sektor, a najmanji će podnijeti javni u kojem manjina osjeća neznatno smanjenje plaća, uglavnom 10 posto.

Promatrano po djelatnostima u čitavoj državi, među osobama s radnim iskustvom, najveći broj nezaposlenih radio je u pružanju smještaja, pripremi i usluživanju hrane, potom u prerađivačkoj industriji, trgovini, itd.

U Hrvatskom zavodu za zapošljavanje – Područnom uredu Dubrovnik, na kraju svibnja bilo je evidentirano 6.838 nezaposlenih osoba, što je, kako je već napisano, porast od 82 posto u odnosu na svibanj 2019. kada je bilo nezaposleno 3.757 osoba.

Posljednji podaci koje područni ured HZZ-a ima govore kako je za travanj s dubrovačkog područja podneseno više od 4.500 zahtjeva poslodavaca za novčanu potporu radi očuvanja radnih mjesta u vrijeme pandemije COVID-19, a naknada je isplaćena za ukupno 16.000 zaposlenih radnika.

Kako je na posljednjoj sjednici Županijske skupštine izjavio župan Nikola Dobroslavić, u Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj županiji isplaćeno je 106 milijuna kuna na račun ove potpore.
 

Mirovina od 2.548 kuna

Kad se to usporedi s najnovijim podacima Hrvatskog zavoda za mirovinsko osiguranje, koji u Područnom uredu Dubrovnik broji 44.223 osiguranika, ispada da 36 posto zaposlenih u županiji trenutačno živi od korona-naknade koju isplaćuje država. Najviše osiguranika radi u turizmu, potom u trgovini. Među brojnijim kategorijama zaposlenika, oko 4.400 radi u javnoj upravi i obrani. Petstotinjak više nego, primjerice, u građevini, a tisuću više nego u obrazovanju.
U županiji je 32.429 umirovljenika koji žive od prosječne mirovine u iznosu od 2.548 kuna mjesečno. Pprosječna mirovina 2.326 umirovljenika hrvatskih branitelja i članova njihovih obitelji, u prosjeku mjesečno prima 5.569 kuna.
U samom Dubrovniku je 30. travnja bilo 23.323 osiguranika, a 11.968 korisnika mirovina koje su nešto veće od županijskog prosjeka – 3.167 kuna.

- Gledajući zapošljavanje nezaposlenih osoba iz evidencije HZZ – Područnog ureda Dubrovnik, u svibnju 2020. je zaposleno 366 osoba dok je taj broj u svibnju 2019. iznosio 981 osoba. Prema vrsti zanimanja najviše se u svibnju zaposlilo prodavača, konobara, kuhara i čistačica. Od početka 2020. godine pa do kraja svibnja, bilo je 30 posto manje potražnje za radnicima u HZZ - Područnom uredu Dubrovnik nego u istom razdoblju lani – kažu u HZZ-u.

Samo u Dubrovniku, nezaposlene su 3.054 osobe, a u svibnju se na burzu rada prijavilo njih 200. Istodobno, preko Zavoda tražila su se 73 radnika. HZMO bilježi 330 umirovljenika koji rade do polovice punog radnog vremena.

Prošle godine u ovo doba pisalo se o nedostatku radne snage na dubrovačkom području kao velikoj prepreci razvoja turizma, zalagalo se za ukidanje kvota za zapošljavanje stranaca. U svibnju 2020., Dubrovačko-neretvanska županija na drugom je mjestu po skoku broja nezaposlenih za čak 82 posto u odnosu na isti mjesec prošle godine!

Kako je počeo slabiti strah od bolesti zbog dobre epidemiološke situacije u državi, tako je počeo rasti strah od recesije. Iskustvo je takvo da su one u Hrvatskoj obično dugotrajne.

Zatvaranjem gospodarskih objekata i realnim očekivanjem da sezona ni približno neće doseći lanjske brojke, dio poslodavca već je u samom početku pandemije otkazao suradnju radnicima.

Obrtnici su se, doznajemo, u ožujku raspitivali o zatvaranju obrta, no odustali su čim je Vlada RH najavila isplatu potpora za očuvanje radnih mjesta. Opstanak obrtnika privremena je odluka, pa će se tek prestankom isplate ove naknade pokazati prava slika stanja obrtništva.

Uslužni sektor najteže je pogođen, a kako Dubrovnik ovisi o turizmu, kriza koja pogađa taj sektor prelit će se na sve ostale. Najveći teret podnosi privatni sektor, a najmanji će podnijeti javni u kojem manjina osjeća neznatno smanjenje plaća, uglavnom 10 posto.

Promatrano po djelatnostima u čitavoj državi, među osobama s radnim iskustvom, najveći broj nezaposlenih radio je u pružanju smještaja, pripremi i usluživanju hrane, potom u prerađivačkoj industriji, trgovini, itd.

U Hrvatskom zavodu za zapošljavanje – Područnom uredu Dubrovnik, na kraju svibnja bilo je evidentirano 6.838 nezaposlenih osoba, što je, kako je već napisano, porast od 82 posto u odnosu na svibanj 2019. kada je bilo nezaposleno 3.757 osoba.

Posljednji podaci koje područni ured HZZ-a ima govore kako je za travanj s dubrovačkog područja podneseno više od 4.500 zahtjeva poslodavaca za novčanu potporu radi očuvanja radnih mjesta u vrijeme pandemije COVID-19, a naknada je isplaćena za ukupno 16.000 zaposlenih radnika.

Kako je na posljednjoj sjednici Županijske skupštine izjavio župan Nikola Dobroslavić, u Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj županiji isplaćeno je 106 milijuna kuna na račun ove potpore.
 

Mirovina od 2.548 kuna

Kad se to usporedi s najnovijim podacima Hrvatskog zavoda za mirovinsko osiguranje, koji u Područnom uredu Dubrovnik broji 44.223 osiguranika, ispada da 36 posto zaposlenih u županiji trenutačno živi od korona-naknade koju isplaćuje država. Najviše osiguranika radi u turizmu, potom u trgovini. Među brojnijim kategorijama zaposlenika, oko 4.400 radi u javnoj upravi i obrani. Petstotinjak više nego, primjerice, u građevini, a tisuću više nego u obrazovanju.
U županiji je 32.429 umirovljenika koji žive od prosječne mirovine u iznosu od 2.548 kuna mjesečno. Pprosječna mirovina 2.326 umirovljenika hrvatskih branitelja i članova njihovih obitelji, u prosjeku mjesečno prima 5.569 kuna.
U samom Dubrovniku je 30. travnja bilo 23.323 osiguranika, a 11.968 korisnika mirovina koje su nešto veće od županijskog prosjeka – 3.167 kuna.

- Gledajući zapošljavanje nezaposlenih osoba iz evidencije HZZ – Područnog ureda Dubrovnik, u svibnju 2020. je zaposleno 366 osoba dok je taj broj u svibnju 2019. iznosio 981 osoba. Prema vrsti zanimanja najviše se u svibnju zaposlilo prodavača, konobara, kuhara i čistačica. Od početka 2020. godine pa do kraja svibnja, bilo je 30 posto manje potražnje za radnicima u HZZ - Područnom uredu Dubrovnik nego u istom razdoblju lani – kažu u HZZ-u.

Samo u Dubrovniku, nezaposlene su 3.054 osobe, a u svibnju se na burzu rada prijavilo njih 200. Istodobno, preko Zavoda tražila su se 73 radnika. HZMO bilježi 330 umirovljenika koji rade do polovice punog radnog vremena.

Prošle godine u ovo doba pisalo se o nedostatku radne snage na dubrovačkom području kao velikoj prepreci razvoja turizma, zalagalo se za ukidanje kvota za zapošljavanje stranaca. U svibnju 2020., Dubrovačko-neretvanska županija na drugom je mjestu po skoku broja nezaposlenih za čak 82 posto u odnosu na isti mjesec prošle godine!

Kako je počeo slabiti strah od bolesti zbog dobre epidemiološke situacije u državi, tako je počeo rasti strah od recesije. Iskustvo je takvo da su one u Hrvatskoj obično dugotrajne.

Zatvaranjem gospodarskih objekata i realnim očekivanjem da sezona ni približno neće doseći lanjske brojke, dio poslodavca već je u samom početku pandemije otkazao suradnju radnicima.

Obrtnici su se, doznajemo, u ožujku raspitivali o zatvaranju obrta, no odustali su či...
