Po plaži u Podstrani izlijevaju se fekalije, i to „u vodoskocima“. Tako je naša čitateljica opisala prizor koji je zatekla, i to, nažalost, ne prvi put.

- Već deset godina imamo isti problem, svaki put nakon nevremena i obilne kiše - rekla je.

Naša sugovornica tvrdi da su za ovaj problem krivi mještani, ali i da nadležne institucije dosad nisu adekvatno pristupile njegovom rješavanju.

- Kuće iznad ceste su spojile cijevi za odvod kišnice direktno u kanalizaciju. Zato se stvara velik pritisak, poklopci šahti lete u zrak, a fekalije se izlijevaju na plažu i u more. To se najviše događa na potezu Grljevca, kraj braniteljske zgrade. Obratili smo se Općini i bivšem načelniku viša puta. Kao odgovor na ovaj problem, na plažu dolaze bageri koji žalo bacaju u more. Od ove godine dolaze i vatrogasci koji šmrkom speru prljavštinu. To opet završi u našem moru - rekla je uznemirena mještanka.

Čitateljica naglašava da treba hitno intervenirati te zaključuje da nijedan od dosadašnjih prijedloga ne predstavlja zadovoljavajuće rješenje.

- Jedno od rješenja koje su nudili je da postave cijev koja će ići pedeset metara u more pa da kanalizacija otječe direktno u more, ali to nije rješenje. Vodovod i Općina se trebaju uhvatiti u koštac s ovim problemom i od kuće do kuće upozoravaju ljude da cijevi maknu iz kanalizacije pa ih, ako treba, i dobro novčano kažnjavati. Ovo nije problem od jučer, treba ga hitno riješiti jer ćemo inače izgubiti more - zaključila je naša sugovornica.

Načelnik Općine Podstrana Mijo Dropuljić na naš je upit odgovorio kako je upoznat s navedenim problemom. Poručuje da je planirana izgradnja sustava odvodnje otpadnih voda te da je raspisan javni natječaj za izvođenje radova.

Gradonačelnik napominje da je za komunalne vodne građevine na području Općine Podstrana nadležno društvo Vodovod i kanalizacija Split. Njima smo također poslali upit o ovom problemu, ali odgovor nismo dobili.

Prema riječima načelnika, u sklopu izvođenja radova iz Projekta aglomeracija Split-Solin-Kaštela-Trogir-Podstrana, odnosno realizacije projekta 'EKO - Kaštelanski zaljev', planirana je izgradnja sustava odvodnje otpadnih voda na obalnom području, i to od crpne stanice Podstrana do crpne stanice Bilaja. Na taj bi se način otpadne vode s toga područja odvodile na crpnu stanicu Strožanac i crpnu stanicu Šine, odnosno na uređaj za pročišćavanje Stupe - TTTS, a nakon toga podmorskim ispustom u Brački kanal.

- Za predmetni zahvat izrađena je projektna dokumentacija, izdana je građevinska dozvola, u tijeku je javni natječaj za izvođenje radova. Općina Podstrana sufinancira realizaciju ovog projekta - rekao je Dropuljić.

- Poznat je problem izbijanja otpadnih voda na obalnom području u Grljevcu. S predstavnicima društva Vodovod i kanalizacija u više navrata su sagledavana potencijalna rješenja, odnosno umanjenje negativnih učinaka. Redarstvo Općine Podstrana izlazi na terenski izvid vezano obavijest o mogućoj incidentnoj situaciji te o tome obavještava nadležnu sanitarnu inspekciju i predstavnike VIK-a - poručio je naš sugovornik.

Potvrdio je da se ovakve situacije ponavljaju svaki put nakon obilnijih kiša.

- U suradnji s društvom Vodovod i kanalizacija Split kontinuirano se poduzimanju mjere i aktivnosti u kontekstu regulacije oborinskih voda, ali se u vrijeme većih oborina događaju određene incidentne situacije. Izgradnjom novog sustava odvodnje otpadnih voda s rekonstrukcijom crpnih stanica i kontroliranom odvodnjom oborinskih voda biti će riješen navedeni problem - zaključio je Mijo Dropuljić.

Po plaži u Podstrani izlijevaju se fekalije, i to „u vodoskocima“. Tako je naša čitateljica opisala prizor koji je zatekla, i to, nažalost, ne prvi put.

- Već deset godina imamo isti problem, svaki put nakon nevremena i obilne kiše - rekla je.

Naša sugovornica tvrdi da su za ovaj problem krivi mještani, ali i da nadležne institucije dosad nisu adekvatno pristupile njegovom rješavanju.

- Kuće iznad ceste su spojile cijevi za odvod kišnice direktno u kanalizaciju. Zato se stvara velik pritisak, poklopci šahti lete u zrak, a fekalije se izlijevaju na plažu i u more. To se najviše događa na potezu Grljevca, kraj braniteljske zgrade. Obratili smo se Općini i bivšem načelniku viša puta. Kao odgovor na ovaj problem, na plažu dolaze bageri koji žalo bacaju u more. Od ove godine dolaze i vatrogasci koji šmrkom speru prljavštinu. To opet završi u našem moru - rekla je uznemirena mještanka.

Čitateljica naglašava da treba hitno intervenirati te zaključuje da nijedan od dosadašnjih prijedloga ne predstavlja zadovoljavajuće rješenje.

- Jedno od rješenja koje su nudili je da postave cijev koja će ići pedeset metara u more pa da kanalizacija otječe direktno u more, ali to nije rješenje. Vodovod i Općina se trebaju uhvatiti u koštac s ovim problemom i od kuće do kuće upozoravaju ljude da cijevi maknu iz kanalizacije pa ih, ako treba, i dobro novčano kažnjavati. Ovo nije problem od jučer, treba ga hitno riješiti jer ćemo inače izgubiti more - zaključila je naša sugovornica.

Načelnik Općine Podstrana Mijo Dropuljić na naš je upit odgovorio kako je upoznat s navedenim problemom. Poručuje da je planirana izgradnja sustava odvodnje otpadnih voda te da je raspisan javni natječaj za izvođenje radova.

Gradonačelnik napominje da je za komunalne vodne građevine na području Općine Podstrana nadležno društvo Vodovod i kanalizacija Split. Njima smo također poslali upit o ovom problemu, ali odgovor nismo dobili.

Prema riječima načelnika, u sklopu izvođenja radova iz Projekta aglomeracija Split-Solin-Kaštela-Trogir-Podstrana, odnosno realizacije projekta 'EKO - Kaštelanski zaljev', planirana je izgradnja sustava odvodnje otpadnih voda na obalnom području, i to od crpne stanice Podstrana do crpne stanice Bilaja. Na taj bi se način otpadne vode s toga područja odvodile na crpnu stanicu Strožanac i crpnu stanicu Šine, odnosno na uređaj za pročišćavanje Stupe - TTTS, a nakon toga podmorskim ispustom u Brački kanal.

- Za predmetni zahvat izrađena je projektna dokumentacija, izdana je građevinska dozvola, u tijeku je javni natječaj za izvođenje radova. Općina Podstrana sufinancira realizaciju ovog projekta - rekao je Dropuljić.

- Poznat je problem izbijanja otpadnih voda na obalnom području u Grljevcu. S predstavnicima društva Vodovod i kanalizacija u više navrata su sagledavana potencijalna rješenja, odnosno umanjenje negativnih učinaka. Redarstvo Općine Podstrana izlazi na terenski izvid vezano obavijest o mogućoj incidentnoj situaciji te o tome obavještava nadležnu sanitarnu inspekciju i predstavnike VIK-a - poručio je naš sugovornik.

Potvrdio je da se ovakve situacije ponavljaju svaki put nakon obilnijih kiša.

- U suradnji s društvom Vodovod i kanalizacija Split kontinuirano se poduzimanju mjere i aktivnosti u kontekstu regulacije oborinskih voda, ali se u vrijeme većih oborina događaju određene incidentne situacije. Izgradnjom novog sustava odvodnje otpadnih voda s rekonstrukcijom crpnih stanica i kontroliranom odvodnjom oborinskih voda biti će riješen navedeni problem - zaključio je Mijo Dropuljić.

Po plaži u Podstrani izlijevaju se fekalije, i to „u vodoskocima“. Tako je naša čitateljica opisala prizor koji je zatekla, i to, nažalost, ne prvi put.

- Već deset godina imamo isti problem, svaki put nakon nevremena i obilne kiše - rekla je.

Naša sugovornica tvrdi da su za ovaj problem krivi mještani, ali i da nadležne institucije dosad nisu adekvatno pristupile njegovom rješavanju.

- Kuće iznad ceste su spojile cijevi za odvod kišnice direktno u kanalizaciju. Zato se stvara velik pritisak, poklopci šahti lete u zrak, a fekalije se izlijevaju na plažu i u more. To se najviše događa na potezu Grljevca, kraj braniteljske zgrade. Obratili smo se Općini i bivšem načelniku viša puta. Kao odgovor na ovaj problem, na plažu dolaze bageri koji žalo bacaju u more.
