Grad Zadar uvodi moratorij na zakup javne površine na razdoblje od dvije godine za područje MO Poluotok

Gradonačlenik Branko Dukić je na današnjem kolegiju predstavio ovu odluku koja još mora proći Gradsko vijeće. 

- Mediji su zabilježili aktivnosti komunalnog redarstva po pitanju uklanjanja ugostiteljskog inventara s javne površine za koje nisu imali ugovor o korištenju. Možda vam je i promaklo, ali i prošlog tjedna su s ulica uklonjeni "kavaleti". Red u javnom prostoru i pravila za njegovo korištenje se moraju poštovati, svi jednako i bez iznimke. ovo je tek početak jer će se ukloniti sav inventar koji se nalazi u javnom prostoru bez dozvole. Nije dobro što uopće na ovaj način moramo uvoditi red, ali nažalost u nekim slučajevima drugačije ne ide, kazao je gradonačelnik Dukić dodajući kako više od godinu dana rade u partnerstvu sa strukovnim udruženjima na novim odlukama koje se tiču korištenja javnih površina, buke, radnog vremena i prometa u pješačkim zonama.

- Što nam to vrijedi, ako se ta pravila ne poštuju i ne provode. Uz moratorij napravit ćemo detaljnu analizu korištenja postojećih javnih površina te definirati koje treba umanjiti zbog potreba javnog interesa i zaštite gradske jezgre. Kroz izmjene pravilnika idemo i s povećanjem cijena za zakupnik, a uvodimo i markaciju javnih površina. Na terenu ćemo obilježiti granice svih ugostiteljskih objekata, kazao je gradonačelnik Dukić, kojeg su novinari upitali smatra li da je takva odluka prema budućim zakupcima diskriminatorna.

​- Došli smo do maksimuma opterećenja javne površine, a sa svim strukovnim udruženjima smo zajednički došli do stava da se više ne opterećuje javna površina. Ne možemo zamišljati kako će netko za godinu dana nešto otvoriti i tražiti javnu površinu. Dugi niz godina gledali smo kroz prste, a sada tražimo samo red i disciplinu, zaključio je gradonačelnik Dukić, a s njim se složio i pročelnik UO za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom Tomislav Korona koji je kazao kako je Grad u pandemiji ugostiteljima bio partner, ali kako su pratneri i danas jer je ova odluka napravljena u cilju zaštite građanstva i zaštite zakupaca. 

- Odluka nije diskriminatorna  jer smo do ove odluke došli promišljeno jer već godinu dana vodimo razgovore sa svim onim udrugama i komorama koji predstavljaju zakupce. Svi smo mi partneri u ovom poslu i tako smo se odnosili u u razgovorima, kazao je pročelnik Korona dodajući kako je ovakva odluka volja zakupaca, ali i njihova. 

- Moratorij će se odnositi na područje MO Poluotok na način da će svi budući zakupci od 1.1.2024. do 31.12.2025. godine neće moći dobiti zakup javne površine za postavljanje ugostiteljskih stolova i stolica. druga vrlo važna odluka je ta da će gradonačelnik moći, na postojeće javne površine umanjiti postotak korištene javne površine ako se radi o zaštiti javnog interesa i ako se radi o zaštiti povijesne baštine. Isto tako, svim onim zakupcima koji su trenutno pod ugovorima dajemo olakšice u vidu da ćemo im produžiti zakupnine koje će biti maksimalno tri godine, a takav ugovor ćemo nagraditi jer ćemo ako dođe do jednokratne uplate dati nižu cijenu. Nakon ove odluke, ako prođe gradsko vijeće. ići ćemo s izmjenom pravilnika o zakupu javne površine, a pravilnikom ćemo urediti nove cijene, zone i još neke druge situacije vezane za javnu površinu.

Grad Zadar uvodi moratorij na zakup javne površine na razdoblje od dvije godine za područje MO Poluotok

Gradonačlenik Branko Dukić je na današnjem kolegiju predstavio ovu odluku koja još mora proći Gradsko vijeće. 

- Mediji su zabilježili aktivnosti komunalnog redarstva po pitanju uklanjanja ugostiteljskog inventara s javne površine za koje nisu imali ugovor o korištenju. Možda vam je i promaklo, ali i prošlog tjedna su s ulica uklonjeni "kavaleti". Red u javnom prostoru i pravila za njegovo korištenje se moraju poštovati, svi jednako i bez iznimke. ovo je tek početak jer će se ukloniti sav inventar koji se nalazi u javnom prostoru bez dozvole. Nije dobro što uopće na ovaj način moramo uvoditi red, ali nažalost u nekim slučajevima drugačije ne ide, kazao je gradonačelnik Dukić dodajući kako više od godinu dana rade u partnerstvu sa strukovnim udruženjima na novim odlukama koje se tiču korištenja javnih površina, buke, radnog vremena i prometa u pješačkim zonama.

- Što nam to vrijedi, ako se ta pravila ne poštuju i ne provode. Uz moratorij napravit ćemo detaljnu analizu korištenja postojećih javnih površina te definirati koje treba umanjiti zbog potreba javnog interesa i zaštite gradske jezgre. Kroz izmjene pravilnika idemo i s povećanjem cijena za zakupnik, a uvodimo i markaciju javnih površina. Na terenu ćemo obilježiti granice svih ugostiteljskih objekata, kazao je gradonačelnik Dukić, kojeg su novinari upitali smatra li da je takva odluka prema budućim zakupcima diskriminatorna.

​- Došli smo do maksimuma opterećenja javne površine, a sa svim strukovnim udruženjima smo zajednički došli do stava da se više ne opterećuje javna površina. Ne možemo zamišljati kako će netko za godinu dana nešto otvoriti i tražiti javnu površinu. Dugi niz godina gledali smo kroz prste, a sada tražimo samo red i disciplinu, zaključio je gradonačelnik Dukić, a s njim se složio i pročelnik UO za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom Tomislav Korona koji je kazao kako je Grad u pandemiji ugostiteljima bio partner, ali kako su pratneri i danas jer je ova odluka napravljena u cilju zaštite građanstva i zaštite zakupaca. 

- Odluka nije diskriminatorna  jer smo do ove odluke došli promišljeno jer već godinu dana vodimo razgovore sa svim onim udrugama i komorama koji predstavljaju zakupce. Svi smo mi partneri u ovom poslu i tako smo se odnosili u u razgovorima, kazao je pročelnik Korona dodajući kako je ovakva odluka volja zakupaca, ali i njihova. 

- Moratorij će se odnositi na područje MO Poluotok na način da će svi budući zakupci od 1.1.2024. do 31.12.2025. godine neće moći dobiti zakup javne površine za postavljanje ugostiteljskih stolova i stolica. druga vrlo važna odluka je ta da će gradonačelnik moći, na postojeće javne površine umanjiti postotak korištene javne površine ako se radi o zaštiti javnog interesa i ako se radi o zaštiti povijesne baštine. Isto tako, svim onim zakupcima koji su trenutno pod ugovorima dajemo olakšice u vidu da ćemo im produžiti zakupnine koje će biti maksimalno tri godine, a takav ugovor ćemo nagraditi jer ćemo ako dođe do jednokratne uplate dati nižu cijenu. Nakon ove odluke, ako prođe gradsko vijeće. ići ćemo s izmjenom pravilnika o zakupu javne površine, a pravilnikom ćemo urediti nove cijene, zone i još neke druge situacije vezane za javnu površinu.

Gradonačelnik Dukić želi uvesti dvogodišnji moratorij na zakup javne površine na Poluotoku te reviziju postojećih terasa!

Grad Zadar uvodi moratorij na zakup javne površine na razdoblje od dvije godine za područje MO Poluotok

Gradonačlenik Branko Dukić je na današnjem kolegiju predstavio ovu odluku koja još mora proći Gradsko vijeće. 

- Mediji su zabilježili aktivnosti komunalnog redarstva po pitanju uklanjanja ugostiteljskog inventara s javne površine za koje nisu imali ugovor o korištenju. Možda vam je i promaklo, ali i prošlog tjedna su s ulica uklonjeni "kavaleti". Red u javnom prostoru i pravila za njegovo korištenje se moraju poštovati, svi jednako i bez iznimke. ovo je tek početak jer će se ukloniti sav inventar koji se nalazi u javnom prostoru bez dozvole. Nije dobro što uopće na ovaj način moramo uvoditi red, ali nažalost u nekim slučajevima drugačije ne ide, kazao je gradonačelnik Dukić dodajući kako više od godinu dana rade u partnerstvu sa strukovnim udruženjima na novim odlukama koje se tiču korištenja javnih površina, buke, radnog vremena i prometa u pješačkim zonama.

- Što nam to vrijedi, ako se ta pravila ne poštuju i ne provode. Uz moratorij napravit ćemo detaljnu analizu korištenja postojećih javnih površina te definirati koje treba umanjiti zbog potreba javnog interesa i zaštite gradske jezgre. Kroz izmjene pravilnika idemo i s povećanjem cijena za zakupnik, a uvodimo i markaciju javnih površina. Na terenu ćemo obilježiti granice svih ugostiteljskih objekata, kazao je gradonačelnik Dukić, kojeg su novinari upitali smatra li da je takva odluka prema budućim zakupcima diskriminatorna.

​- Došli smo do maksimuma opterećenja javne površine, a sa svim strukovnim udruženjima smo zajednički došli do stava da se više ne opterećuje javna površina. Ne možemo zamišljati kako će netko za godinu dana nešto otvoriti i tražiti javnu površinu.
