Mjesni odbor Dračevac je dosada bio jedini od 37 mjesnih odbora na području Grada Zadra bez društvenih prostorija, ali i nekih drugih društvenih sadržaja kao što su trgovine ili kafići, rečeno je na kolegiju gradonačelnika Branka Dukića. Gradska je vlast najavila da će taj "infrastrukturni nedostatak" uskoro biti ispravljen.

Dolores Grdović Kalmeta, pročelnica Upravnog odjela za gradsku samoupravu i opće poslove, objasnila je da je problem bio u tome što za gradnju društvenih prostorija Grad Zadar na području Dračevca nema odgovarajuće zemljište u svom vlasništvu.

-Od države smo zatražili dodjelu šest čestica zemljišta ukupne površine od 600 četvornih metara, koliko je potrebno za izgradnju Društvenog doma. Radi se o zemljištu preko puta mjesne crkve na kojemu bi bile uklonjene postojeće ruševine koje se ne mogu rekonstruirati jer su u prometnom koridoru, rekla je Grdović Kalmeta očekujući da će državno zemljište biti ustupljeno Gradu Zadru.

Društveni dom bi trebao imati 122 četvorna metra ukupne i 92 četvorna metra korisne površine, a u njegovom bi sklopu bile jedna veća (40 kvadrata) i jedna manja dvorana (20 kvadrata), te ured i sanitarni čvor.

Pročelnica je izjavila da se radi projekt i društvenih prostorija za Mjesni odbor Novi Bokanjac s trgom, parkingom, dječjim igralištem i boćalištem.

Mjesni odbor Dračevac je dosada bio jedini od 37 mjesnih odbora na području Grada Zadra bez društvenih prostorija, ali i nekih drugih društvenih sadržaja kao što su trgovine ili kafići, rečeno je na kolegiju gradonačelnika Branka Dukića. Gradska je vlast najavila da će taj "infrastrukturni nedostatak" uskoro biti ispravljen.

Dolores Grdović Kalmeta, pročelnica Upravnog odjela za gradsku samoupravu i opće poslove, objasnila je da je problem bio u tome što za gradnju društvenih prostorija Grad Zadar na području Dračevca nema odgovarajuće zemljište u svom vlasništvu.

-Od države smo zatražili dodjelu šest čestica zemljišta ukupne površine od 600 četvornih metara, koliko je potrebno za izgradnju Društvenog doma. Radi se o zemljištu preko puta mjesne crkve na kojemu bi bile uklonjene postojeće ruševine koje se ne mogu rekonstruirati jer su u prometnom koridoru, rekla je Grdović Kalmeta očekujući da će državno zemljište biti ustupljeno Gradu Zadru.

Društveni dom bi trebao imati 122 četvorna metra ukupne i 92 četvorna metra korisne površine, a u njegovom bi sklopu bile jedna veća (40 kvadrata) i jedna manja dvorana (20 kvadrata), te ured i sanitarni čvor.

Pročelnica je izjavila da se radi projekt i društvenih prostorija za Mjesni odbor Novi Bokanjac s trgom, parkingom, dječjim igralištem i boćalištem.
