Ekonomsko i socijalno stanje u Bosni i Hercegovini vjerojatno je najteže od svih država bivše Jugoslavije. Međutim, ono je pod teretom vrlo kompliciranoga ustroja s tri naroda i teškim ratnim bremenom.

Kao takvo ono je izazov za mnoga promišljanja, a svoje stavove o BIH iznio je i ugledni BiH filozof, banjalučki profesor Miodrag Živanović.

- Najveći problemi ove zemlje su strukturalne prirode i teže su rješivi od ovog hoće li biti jedan, drugi ili peti političar na vlasti. Mi smo jedina zemlja u Europi, a možda i u svijetu, koja u sistemu vlasti ima samo domove naroda. To je plemensko uređenje, pa zato ne možemo napraviti nijedan iskorak izvan okvira ovih naših državica - kazao je prof. dr. Živanović za Dnevni avaz.

Pojasnio je da je najveći hendikep to što BiH nema šefa države, već trojicu u Predsjedništvu kao svojevrsnom domu naroda, zatim to što nema zastupnički dom u Parlamentu BiH, nema vladu nego Vijeće ministara... Zato je jedinstven stav o bilo čemu nemoguće postići, a svaka nova tema izaziva nove potrese.

- Tko će doći i uložiti novac ako nema nikakvu pravnu sigurnost, ako tri glasa mogu oboriti sedam!? Nadležnosti domova naroda trebaju biti samo teme iz domena vitalnog nacionalnog interesa. Zastupnički domovi trebaju se baviti životnim problemima nas koji ovdje živimo, ili koji ovdje umiremo. Ljudi nam umiru na ulici bukvalno od gladi, a ovi prebrojavaju ruke kod izbora za ove ili one fotelje - dodao je Živanović za Avaz.

Nezdovoljstvo stanjem u državi građane povremeno izvede na ulice

Jednom od nužnih obaveza smatra i uvođenje prijevremenih i izvanrednih općih izbora, kako se ne bi događalo da, osim s tročlanim šefom države, BiH za sprdnju služi i zbog blokada ili funkcionera koje se, bez obzira na kriminal, ne može smijeniti.

"U našim gradovima formirane su ne samo javne kuhinje za odrasle već i javne kuhinje za bebe! Takav ustroj ove naše lijepe države učinit će da ova naša zemlja ostane pusta, upozorio je prof. dr. Živanović, piše Dnevni avaz.

Dramatični apel uglednoga profesora trebao bi odjeknuti kod svih koji u Bosni Hercegovini odlučuju, kao i kod onih koji o njoj odlučuju.

Ekonomsko i socijalno stanje u Bosni i Hercegovini vjerojatno je najteže od svih država bivše Jugoslavije. Međutim, ono je pod teretom vrlo kompliciranoga ustroja s tri naroda i teškim ratnim bremenom.

Kao takvo ono je izazov za mnoga promišljanja, a svoje stavove o BIH iznio je i ugledni BiH filozof, banjalučki profesor Miodrag Živanović.

- Najveći problemi ove zemlje su strukturalne prirode i teže su rješivi od ovog hoće li biti jedan, drugi ili peti političar na vlasti. Mi smo jedina zemlja u Europi, a možda i u svijetu, koja u sistemu vlasti ima samo domove naroda. To je plemensko uređenje, pa zato ne možemo napraviti nijedan iskorak izvan okvira ovih naših državica - kazao je prof. dr. Živanović za Dnevni avaz.

Pojasnio je da je najveći hendikep to što BiH nema šefa države, već trojicu u Predsjedništvu kao svojevrsnom domu naroda, zatim to što nema zastupnički dom u Parlamentu BiH, nema vladu nego Vijeće ministara... Zato je jedinstven stav o bilo čemu nemoguće postići, a svaka nova tema izaziva nove potrese.

- Tko će doći i uložiti novac ako nema nikakvu pravnu sigurnost, ako tri glasa mogu oboriti sedam!? Nadležnosti domova naroda trebaju biti samo teme iz domena vitalnog nacionalnog interesa. Zastupnički domovi trebaju se baviti životnim problemima nas koji ovdje živimo, ili koji ovdje umiremo. Ljudi nam umiru na ulici bukvalno od gladi, a ovi prebrojavaju ruke kod izbora za ove ili one fotelje - dodao je Živanović za Avaz.

Nezdovoljstvo stanjem u državi građane povremeno izvede na ulice

Jednom od nužnih obaveza smatra i uvođenje prijevremenih i izvanrednih općih izbora, kako se ne bi događalo da, osim s tročlanim šefom države, BiH za sprdnju služi i zbog blokada ili funkcionera koje se, bez obzira na kriminal, ne može smijeniti.

"U našim gradovima formirane su ne samo javne kuhinje za odrasle već i javne kuhinje za bebe! Takav ustroj ove naše lijepe države učinit će da ova naša zemlja ostane pusta, upozorio je prof. dr. Živanović, piše Dnevni avaz.

Dramatični apel uglednoga profesora trebao bi odjeknuti kod svih koji u Bosni Hercegovini odlučuju, kao i kod onih koji o njoj odlučuju.
