Premijer Andrej Plenković sudjelovao je u četvrtak na svečanosti povodom početka izgradnje druge cijevi tunela Učka, u vrijednosti od 1,5 milijardi kuna, te poručio kako je taj projekt od iznimne važnosti.

"Istarski ipsilon jedna je od prometnih žila kucavica Hrvatske i zato je ovaj projekt od iznimne važnosti", rekao je premijer Plenković te podsjetio kako je, prije dvije godine, na otvorenju radova na izgradnji faze 2B1 naglasio da je nastavak ulaganja u prometno povezivanje Hrvatske - prioritet Vlade.

"Danas smo upravo učinili još jedan značajan iskorak ka potpunom integriranju svih dijelova Hrvatske, u ovom slučaju Istre, u europski prometni, a time i gospodarski sustav Hrvatske i Europske unije", istaknuo je premijer.

Plenković je rekao da je preduvjet svim tim radovima bila odluka Vlade na sjednici u Puli prije dvije godine kojom je Vlada omogućila nastavak radova na izgradnji punog profila Istarskog ipsilona.

Tek nakon toga, naveo je, Vlada je donijela odluku o izmjenama i dopunama Ugovora o koncesiji čime su stvoreni uvjeti za početak radova na drugoj cijevi tunela Učka vrijednih 1,5 milijardi kuna.

Zahvalivši se grupaciji Bouygues, partneru u društvu Bina Istra, koja se dokazala kao pouzdan i kvalitetan partner, Plenković je ustvrdio kako model javno-privatnog partnerstva primijenjen na ovom projektu može služiti kao primjer za realizaciju drugih sličnih projekata, jer Hrvatskoj u vlasništvu, po isteku koncesija, ostaju sve izgrađene dionice čija je vrijednost veća od 7,2 milijarde kuna.

"Investicije su posebno važne i upravo zato Vlada će u prometni sektor do 2027. godine uložiti 45 milijardi kuna, od toga 22 milijarde u željeznice, 15 milijardi u ceste, 3 milijarde kuna za luke i pet milijardi kuna ostalih investicija. U ovom mandatu očekujemo završetak najznačajnijih projekata, a najvažniji je zasigurno Pelješki most čime će Hrvatska biti 2022. godine i fizički integriran kao zemlja", poručio je premijer Andrej Plenković.

Dodao je i kako se nastavljaju cestovni projekti poput dionice od čvora Škurinja do Rijeke, obilaznice u Novom Vinodolskom te projekta izgradnje Križišće-Žuta Lokva.

Kako se danas čulo, da bi povezanost Istre i ostatka Hrvatske autocestom bila potpuna, ostat će još cesta od riječke strane tunela Učka do riječke zaobilaznice, odnosno do Matulja.

Butković: Pokazali smo da znamo realizirati velike infrastrukturne projekte

Ministar mora, prometa i infrastrukture Oleg Butković rekao je kako je Hrvatska pokazala da zna realizirati velike infrastrukturne projekte.

"Iako smo najmlađa članica Europske unije, pokazali smo da znamo realizirati velike infrastrukturne projekte", poručio je Butković dodavši kako će puni profil Ipsilona i tunela Učka biti gotov do sezone 2021.

"Do kraja 2024. godine u cijelosti će biti gotov Istarski ipsilon, a 2039. godine bit će u vlasništvu Republike Hrvatske odnosno Hrvatskih autocesta. Svi ovi infrastrukturni projekti pokazuju opredjeljenje Vlade da ravnomjerno razvijamo i provodimo velike infrastrukturne projekte u cijeloj Hrvatskoj", zaključio je Butković. 

Direktor Bina-Istre Dario Silić rekao je da je za njih danas povijesni dan.

"Za nas je ovo veliki povijesni dan. Nismo čekali kraj krize usprkos velikog pada prometa, već smo zatvorili financijsku konstrukciju tešku skoro 200 milijuna eura", rekao je te najavio da će radovi trajati 42 mjeseca i da se nastavlja i prema Matuljima.

Radin: Ovaj projekt ulijeva nadu

Istarski župan Fabrizio Radin napomenuo je da je taj projekt od životne važnosti za Istru.

"Zato smo zahvalni Vladi i Bina-Istri. Ovaj projekt nam ulijeva nadu da će oporavak gospodarstva brzo početi", ustvrdio je Radin, dok je primorsko-goranski župan Zlatko Komadina uputio apel da se krene s pripremama i da se realizira druga traka do Matulja.  

Podsjetimo, nakon što je u listopadu ove godine Vlada donijela odluku o izmjenama i dopunama Ugovora o koncesiji s Bina Istrom, stekli su se uvjeti za početak izgradnje druge cijevi tunela Učka odnosno tzv. podfaze 2B21 čiji radovi na podfazi 2B2-1 obuhvaćaju izgradnju drugog kolničkog traka od čvora Vranja do Tunela Učka-Portala Kvarner, dionice duge osam kilometara na sjeveroistočnoj strani autoceste, koja uključuje izgradnju 5,6 kilometara  dugačke druge cijevi tunela Učka s opremom i poprečnim vezama s postojećom tunelskom cijevi te izgradnju novog odmorišta na kvarnerskoj strani tunela Učka. 

Također, radovi će uključivati izgradnju novog čvora Vranja, izgradnju novog podvožnjaka, izgradnju dva nova nadvožnjaka, izgradnju prometne poveznice iznad portala obje cijevi tunela Učka na istarskoj strani, izgradnju tri nova cestarinska prolaza te izgradnju nove zgrade za vatrogasnu postrojbu na postojećoj platformi s istarske strane tunela. 

Vrijednost ove faze je 1,5 milijardi kuna, a završetak svih radova se očekuje do sredine 2024.

Premijer Andrej Plenković sudjelovao je u četvrtak na svečanosti povodom početka izgradnje druge cijevi tunela Učka, u vrijednosti od 1,5 milijardi kuna, te poručio kako je taj projekt od iznimne važnosti.

"Istarski ipsilon jedna je od prometnih žila kucavica Hrvatske i zato je ovaj projekt od iznimne važnosti", rekao je premijer Plenković te podsjetio kako je, prije dvije godine, na otvorenju radova na izgradnji faze 2B1 naglasio da je nastavak ulaganja u prometno povezivanje Hrvatske - prioritet Vlade.

"Danas smo upravo učinili još jedan značajan iskorak ka potpunom integriranju svih dijelova Hrvatske, u ovom slučaju Istre, u europski prometni, a time i gospodarski sustav Hrvatske i Europske unije", istaknuo je premijer.

Plenković je rekao da je preduvjet svim tim radovima bila odluka Vlade na sjednici u Puli prije dvije godine kojom je Vlada omogućila nastavak radova na izgradnji punog profila Istarskog ipsilona.

Tek nakon toga, naveo je, Vlada je donijela odluku o izmjenama i dopunama Ugovora o koncesiji čime su stvoreni uvjeti za početak radova na drugoj cijevi tunela Učka vrijednih 1,5 milijardi kuna.

Zahvalivši se grupaciji Bouygues, partneru u društvu Bina Istra, koja se dokazala kao pouzdan i kvalitetan partner, Plenković je ustvrdio kako model javno-privatnog partnerstva primijenjen na ovom projektu može služiti kao primjer za realizaciju drugih sličnih projekata, jer Hrvatskoj u vlasništvu, po isteku koncesija, ostaju sve izgrađene dionice čija je vrijednost veća od 7,2 milijarde kuna.

"Investicije su posebno važne i upravo zato Vlada će u prometni sektor do 2027. godine uložiti 45 milijardi kuna, od toga 22 milijarde u željeznice, 15 milijardi u ceste, 3 milijarde kuna za luke i pet milijardi kuna ostalih investicija. U ovom mandatu očekujemo završetak najznačajnijih projekata, a najvažniji je zasigurno Pelješki most čime će Hrvatska biti 2022. godine i fizički integriran kao zemlja", poručio je premijer Andrej Plenković.

Dodao je i kako se nastavljaju cestovni projekti poput dionice od čvora Škurinja do Rijeke, obilaznice u Novom Vinodolskom te projekta izgradnje Križišće-Žuta Lokva.

Kako se danas čulo, da bi povezanost Istre i ostatka Hrvatske autocestom bila potpuna, ostat će još cesta od riječke strane tunela Učka do riječke zaobilaznice, odnosno do Matulja.

Butković: Pokazali smo da znamo realizirati velike infrastrukturne projekte

Ministar mora, prometa i infrastrukture Oleg Butković rekao je kako je Hrvatska pokazala da zna realizirati velike infrastrukturne projekte.

"Iako smo najmlađa članica Europske unije, pokazali smo da znamo realizirati velike infrastrukturne projekte", poručio je Butković dodavši kako će puni profil Ipsilona i tunela Učka biti gotov do sezone 2021.

"Do kraja 2024. godine u cijelosti će biti gotov Istarski ipsilon, a 2039. godine bit će u vlasništvu Republike Hrvatske odnosno Hrvatskih autocesta. Svi ovi infrastrukturni projekti pokazuju opredjeljenje Vlade da ravnomjerno razvijamo i provodimo velike infrastrukturne projekte u cijeloj Hrvatskoj", zaključio je Butković. 

Direktor Bina-Istre Dario Silić rekao je da je za njih danas povijesni dan.

"Za nas je ovo veliki povijesni dan. Nismo čekali kraj krize usprkos velikog pada prometa, već smo zatvorili financijsku konstrukciju tešku skoro 200 milijuna eura", rekao je te najavio da će radovi trajati 42 mjeseca i da se nastavlja i prema Matuljima.

Radin: Ovaj projekt ulijeva nadu

Istarski župan Fabrizio Radin napomenuo je da je taj projekt od životne važnosti za Istru.

"Zato smo zahvalni Vladi i Bina-Istri. Ovaj projekt nam ulijeva nadu da će oporavak gospodarstva brzo početi", ustvrdio je Radin, dok je primorsko-goranski župan Zlatko Komadina uputio apel da se krene s pripremama i da se realizira druga traka do Matulja.  

Podsjetimo, nakon što je u listopadu ove godine Vlada donijela odluku o izmjenama i dopunama Ugovora o koncesiji s Bina Istrom, stekli su se uvjeti za početak izgradnje druge cijevi tunela Učka odnosno tzv. podfaze 2B21 čiji radovi na podfazi 2B2-1 obuhvaćaju izgradnju drugog kolničkog traka od čvora Vranja do Tunela Učka-Portala Kvarner, dionice duge osam kilometara na sjeveroistočnoj strani autoceste, koja uključuje izgradnju 5,6 kilometara  dugačke druge cijevi tunela Učka s opremom i poprečnim vezama s postojećom tunelskom cijevi te izgradnju novog odmorišta na kvarnerskoj strani tunela Učka. 

Također, radovi će uključivati izgradnju novog čvora Vranja, izgradnju novog podvožnjaka, izgradnju dva nova nadvožnjaka, izgradnju prometne poveznice iznad portala obje cijevi tunela Učka na istarskoj strani, izgradnju tri nova cestarinska prolaza te izgradnju nove zgrade za vatrogasnu postrojbu na postojećoj platformi s istarske strane tunela. 

Vrijednost ove faze je 1,5 milijardi kuna, a završetak svih radova se očekuje do sredine 2024.
