Općina Rogoznica izradila je prijedlog Urbanistički plan uređenja proizvodne zone Oglavci koji je na javnoj raspravi do 10. ožujka i to u Domu Matice hrvatske. UPU se može razgledat svakog radnog dana do 15 sati, a do konca javne rasprave mogu se podnositi prijedlozi i primjedbe.
U široj javnosti ovo najnovije prikrajanje rogozničkog prostora nije izazvalo veću pozornost, međutim od šire javnosti puno više zainteresirana ona poslovna i za sada, kako se može čuti, ima zainteresiranih ulagača. Najveći od njih su "Plodine“.
Radi se o izdvojenom građevinskom području izvan naselja veličine 7,7 hektara. Planirana je kao samostalna zona u kojoj se u sklopu gospodarskih objekata mogu graditi i prateći sadržaji koji bi pridonjeti njenoj atraktivnosti i višefunkcionalnom korištenju, pa se navode poslovni prostori, prostori za ugostiteljstvo i turizam, javni i društveni sadržaji, sport...
Pored svih sadržaja ipak se u tekstualno dijelu ističe da je zona pretežno proizvodna i poslovna (12 K2) i poslovni dio zauzima čak 85 posto površine ili 6,4 hektara. Najmanja poslovna površina iznosi 5000 metara kvadratnih, a najveće obuhvaća površinu cjeline, maksimalna visina objekta je 10 metara, građevine mogu imati više podrumskih etaža i moraju od prometnica biti udaljene pet metara.
Kako sada stvari stoje, ova poslovna zona sigurno će zaživjeti jer ima zainteresiranih ulagača i površina zemljišta nije državno vlasništvo, za razliku od gospodarske zone Krušćice koja je planira još 2003. godine i koja je većim dijelom u vlasništvu države, odnosno sada Ministarstva prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine i ministra Darka Horvata. Koncem prošle godine Općina je svečano objavila da bi s Ministarstvom državne imovine do prošlog Božića trebala potisat ugovor o preuzimanju bivše vojarne, to se međutim još nije dogodilo.
Inače sve zahtjeve nadležnog ministartva općina je davno ispunila, izradila je kompletnu prostorno plansku dokumentaciju, ali vojarnu nije dobila jer je ministrima koji su na čelu državne imovine mjenjali kao na traci trebalo gotovo 20 godina da riješe jedan manji imovinsko-pravni spor. Sada im se navodno ispriječila neka braniteljska zadruga koja s davnih dana uselila u vojarnu. Dobro upućeni kažu da tamo nema nikave zadruge, ni proizvodnje ni bilo kakvih aktivnosti, pa ispda da zbog jednog čovjeka koji tamo navodno živi zaustavlja razvoj općine s tri tisuće stanovnika. Valja istaknuti da je u međuvremenu prostor bivše vojarne potpuno opljačkan i devastiran.
Inače prema urbanističkom planu uređenja na prostoru vojarne Krušćice planirana je poslovna zona vličine 14,3 hektara. Zona je smještena uz Magistralu, udaljenom svega 1,5 kilometara od centra, a prema planskoj dokumentaciji predviđena je izgradnja trgovačkog sadržaja, malih proizvodnih pogona, obrta za uslužne i servisne djelatnosti...
Aktiviranje te poslovne zone bitno bi utjecalo na stabilnost i strukturu proračunskih prihoda koji su se do sada uglavnom, i to dobro, punili od povremenih i stalnih poreza na imovinu i od komunalnog doprinosa. Taj prihodni bazen nije nepresušan.

Općina Rogoznica izradila je prijedlog Urbanistički plan uređenja proizvodne zone Oglavci koji je na javnoj raspravi do 10. ožujka i to u Domu Matice hrvatske. UPU se može razgledat svakog radnog dana do 15 sati, a do konca javne rasprave mogu se podnositi prijedlozi i primjedbe.
U široj javnosti ovo najnovije prikrajanje rogozničkog prostora nije izazvalo veću pozornost, međutim od šire javnosti puno više zainteresirana ona poslovna i za sada, kako se može čuti, ima zainteresiranih ulagača. Najveći od njih su "Plodine“.
Radi se o izdvojenom građevinskom području izvan naselja veličine 7,7 hektara. Planirana je kao samostalna zona u kojoj se u sklopu gospodarskih objekata mogu graditi i prateći sadržaji koji bi pridonjeti njenoj atraktivnosti i višefunkcionalnom korištenju, pa se navode poslovni prostori, prostori za ugostiteljstvo i turizam, javni i društveni sadržaji, sport...
Pored svih sadržaja ipak se u tekstualno dijelu ističe da je zona pretežno proizvodna i poslovna (12 K2) i poslovni dio zauzima čak 85 posto površine ili 6,4 hektara. Najmanja poslovna površina iznosi 5000 metara kvadratnih, a najveće obuhvaća površinu cjeline, maksimalna visina objekta je 10 metara, građevine mogu imati više podrumskih etaža i moraju od prometnica biti udaljene pet metara.
Kako sada stvari stoje, ova poslovna zona sigurno će zaživjeti jer ima zainteresiranih ulagača i površina zemljišta nije državno vlasništvo, za razliku od gospodarske zone Krušćice koja je planira još 2003. godine i koja je većim dijelom u vlasništvu države, odnosno sada Ministarstva prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine i ministra Darka Horvata. Koncem prošle godine Općina je svečano objavila da bi s Ministarstvom državne imovine do prošlog Božića trebala potisat ugovor o preuzimanju bivše vojarne, to se međutim još nije dogodilo.
Inače sve zahtjeve nadležnog ministartva općina je davno ispunila, izradila je kompletnu prostorno plansku dokumentaciju, ali vojarnu nije dobila jer je ministrima koji su na čelu državne imovine mjenjali kao na traci trebalo gotovo 20 godina da riješe jedan manji imovinsko-pravni spor. Sada im se navodno ispriječila neka braniteljska zadruga koja s davnih dana uselila u vojarnu. Dobro upućeni kažu da tamo nema nikave zadruge, ni proizvodnje ni bilo kakvih aktivnosti, pa ispda da zbog jednog čovjeka koji tamo navodno živi zaustavlja razvoj općine s tri tisuće stanovnika. Valja istaknuti da je u međuvremenu prostor bivše vojarne potpuno opljačkan i devastiran.
Inače prema urbanističkom planu uređenja na prostoru vojarne Krušćice planirana je poslovna zona vličine 14,3 hektara. Zona je smještena uz Magistralu, udaljenom svega 1,5 kilometara od centra, a prema planskoj dokumentaciji predviđena je izgradnja trgovačkog sadržaja, malih proizvodnih pogona, obrta za uslužne i servisne djelatnosti...
Aktiviranje te poslovne zone bitno bi utjecalo na stabilnost i strukturu proračunskih prihoda koji su se do sada uglavnom, i to dobro, punili od povremenih i stalnih poreza na imovinu i od komunalnog doprinosa. Taj prihodni bazen nije nepresušan.
