Anemija je poremećaj krvi koji pogađa oko milijardu svjetskog stanovništva. Uzrokovana nedostatkom odnosno manjkom željeza u tijelu, oboljele može dovesti do brojnih poteškoća. Tri su razloga zbog kojih dolazi do manjka željeza: smanjen unos putem hrane, smanjena apsorpcija u crijevima i krvarenje, piše Živim.

Osim poznatih simptoma manjka željeza - umor, slabost, otežana koncentracija i nedostatak zraka, postoje i manje poznati, a česti. Naime, anemija može biti uzrok plavih usana.

Kada posjetiti liječnika?

Ako osjetite bilo kakve simptome nedostatka željeza, javite se svom liječniku koji će vam putem jednostavne krvne pretrage utvrditi je li u pitanju anemija.

Još neki od manje poznatih simptoma koji ipak mogu biti signal za anemiju su sljedeći: glavobolje, zvonjava u ušima, zujanje ili šištanje u glavi (tinitus), hrana čudnog okusa, osjećaj svrbeža, bolan jezik, gubitak kose, želja za jedenjem neprehrambenih namirnica poput papira, teško gutanje (disfagija), bolne otvorene rane (čirevi) u uglovima usta i sindrom nemirnih nogu.

Što uzrokuje anemiju?

Kod žena reproduktivne dobi, menstruacija i trudnoća česti su uzroci anemije. Prema Nacionalnoj zdravstvenoj službi (NHS), to je zato što tijelo zahtijeva više željeza za vašu bebu tijekom trudnoće. U muškaraca i žena u postmenopauzi najčešći uzrok je krvarenje u želucu i crijevima. Ovu vrstu unutarnjeg krvarenja mogu uzrokovati čir na želucu, rak želuca, rak crijeva ili protuupalni lijekovi.

Kako se liječi?

Liječenje anemije obično uključuje uzimanje dodataka željeza, Uz to, preporuka je jesti namirnice koje su prirodno bogate ovim mineralom: tamnozeleno lisnato povrće (kelj, špinat i ostalo), mahunarke i grah, smeđu rižu, orašaste plodove, meso, ribu, jaja i tofu te sušeno voće (suha marelica, šljiva i ostalo.) Poželjno je da osobe sklone anemiji redovito idu na laboratorijske obrade kako bi se u slučaju ponovnog razvoja manjka željeza, na vrijeme i adekvatno reagiralo, piše Živim.

Anemija je poremećaj krvi koji pogađa oko milijardu svjetskog stanovništva. Uzrokovana nedostatkom odnosno manjkom željeza u tijelu, oboljele može dovesti do brojnih poteškoća. Tri su razloga zbog kojih dolazi do manjka željeza: smanjen unos putem hrane, smanjena apsorpcija u crijevima i krvarenje, piše Živim.

Osim poznatih simptoma manjka željeza - umor, slabost, otežana koncentracija i nedostatak zraka, postoje i manje poznati, a česti. Naime, anemija može biti uzrok plavih usana.

Kada posjetiti liječnika?

Ako osjetite bilo kakve simptome nedostatka željeza, javite se svom liječniku koji će vam putem jednostavne krvne pretrage utvrditi je li u pitanju anemija.

Još neki od manje poznatih simptoma koji ipak mogu biti signal za anemiju su sljedeći: glavobolje, zvonjava u ušima, zujanje ili šištanje u glavi (tinitus), hrana čudnog okusa, osjećaj svrbeža, bolan jezik, gubitak kose, želja za jedenjem neprehrambenih namirnica poput papira, teško gutanje (disfagija), bolne otvorene rane (čirevi) u uglovima usta i sindrom nemirnih nogu.

Što uzrokuje anemiju?

Kod žena reproduktivne dobi, menstruacija i trudnoća česti su uzroci anemije. Prema Nacionalnoj zdravstvenoj službi (NHS), to je zato što tijelo zahtijeva više željeza za vašu bebu tijekom trudnoće. U muškaraca i žena u postmenopauzi najčešći uzrok je krvarenje u želucu i crijevima. Ovu vrstu unutarnjeg krvarenja mogu uzrokovati čir na želucu, rak želuca, rak crijeva ili protuupalni lijekovi.

Kako se liječi?

Liječenje anemije obično uključuje uzimanje dodataka željeza, Uz to, preporuka je jesti namirnice koje su prirodno bogate ovim mineralom: tamnozeleno lisnato povrće (kelj, špinat i ostalo), mahunarke i grah, smeđu rižu, orašaste plodove, meso, ribu, jaja i tofu te sušeno voće (suha marelica, šljiva i ostalo.) Poželjno je da osobe sklone anemiji redovito idu na laboratorijske obrade kako bi se u slučaju ponovnog razvoja manjka željeza, na vrijeme i adekvatno reagiralo, piše Živim.

Anemija je poremećaj krvi koji pogađa oko milijardu svjetskog stanovništva. Uzrokovana nedostatkom odnosno manjkom željeza u tijelu, oboljele može dovesti do brojnih poteškoća. Tri su razloga zbog kojih dolazi do manjka željeza: smanjen unos putem hrane, smanjena apsorpcija u crijevima i krvarenje, piše Živim.

Osim poznatih simptoma manjka željeza - umor, slabost, otežana koncentracija i nedostatak zraka, postoje i manje poznati, a česti. Naime, anemija može biti uzrok plavih usana.

Kada posjetiti liječnika?

Ako osjetite bilo kakve simptome nedostatka željeza, javite se svom liječniku koji će vam putem jednostavne krvne pretrage utvrditi je li u pitanju anemija.

Još neki od manje poznatih simptoma koji ipak mogu biti signal za anemiju su sljedeći: glavobolje, zvonjava u ušima, zujanje ili šištanje u glavi (tinitus), hrana čudnog okusa, osjećaj svrbeža, bolan jezik, gubitak kose, želja za jedenjem neprehrambenih namirnica poput papira, teško gutanje (disfagija), bolne otvorene rane (čirevi) u uglovima usta i sindrom nemirnih nogu.

Što uzrokuje anemiju?
