Na međunarodnom natjecanju u Nantwichu u Velikoj Britaniji (International Cheese Awards), paški sir Sirane Gligora dobio je zlatnu medalju, tj. prvo mjesto u vrlo jakoj kategoriji tvrdih ovčjih sireva.

To je već treće prvo mjesto za Gligorin paški sir na ovom prestižnom natjecanju sireva, čime je Sirana Gligora dokazala još jednom da je među najboljim proizvođačima sireva u svijetu.

International Cheese Awards u Nantwichu je najveće natjecanje sireva, s najdužom tradicijom, a u utorak je sudjelovalo ukupno čak 5000 mliječnih proizvoda iz 27 zemalja.

A Gligorin sir kozlar, napravljen od 100-postotnog kozjeg mlijeka iz dalmatinskog zaleđa, dobio je odlično treće mjesto (broncu) u kategoriji tvrdih kozjih sireva!

Na međunarodnom natjecanju u Nantwichu u Velikoj Britaniji (International Cheese Awards), paški sir Sirane Gligora dobio je zlatnu medalju, tj. prvo mjesto u vrlo jakoj kategoriji tvrdih ovčjih sireva.

To je već treće prvo mjesto za Gligorin paški sir na ovom prestižnom natjecanju sireva, čime je Sirana Gligora dokazala još jednom da je među najboljim proizvođačima sireva u svijetu.

International Cheese Awards u Nantwichu je najveće natjecanje sireva, s najdužom tradicijom, a u utorak je sudjelovalo ukupno čak 5000 mliječnih proizvoda iz 27 zemalja.

A Gligorin sir kozlar, napravljen od 100-postotnog kozjeg mlijeka iz dalmatinskog zaleđa, dobio je odlično treće mjesto (broncu) u kategoriji tvrdih kozjih sireva!

Na međunarodnom natjecanju u Nantwichu u Velikoj Britaniji (International Cheese Awards), paški sir Sirane Gligora dobio je zlatnu medalju, tj. prvo mjesto u vrlo jakoj kategoriji tvrdih ovčjih sireva.
