Polaganjem vijenaca i paljenjem svijeća jutros je na Gradskom groblju sv. Ivana Nepomuka obilježena 31. obljetnica osnivanja 116. brigade HV-a.

Pred Središnjim križem vijence su položili i svijeće zapalili predstavnici Grada Metkovića na čelu s gradonačelnikom Daliborom Milanom, gradonačelnik Opuzena Ivan Mataga, zamjenik gradonačelnika Ploča Ivan Marević, zapovjednici brigade Nedjeljko Obradović i Joško Dragović, predstavnici udruga proizašlih iz Domovinskoga rata, političkih stranaka, policije te vatrogasaca. Molitvu su predvodili župnik Župe sv. Ilije proroka fra Denis Šimunović te don Dino Prkut iz Župe sv. Nikole biskupa, piše portal metkovic.hr.

Podsjetimo, 17. studenoga 1991., ustrojena je 116. brigada Hrvatske vojske. U njen sastav ušla je većina manjih, već ustrojenih postrojbi, a između ostaloga i ‘A‘ satnija ZNG Metković – prva djelatna postrojba ustrojena u Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj županiji. U Metkoviću je ustrojeno zapovjedništvo i 1. bojna, u Opuzenu 2. bojna, u Pločama 3. bojna, u Novim selima 4. bojna, a u Blacama 1992. Stolačka bojna. Brigada je imala ogroman doprinos u obrani doline Neretve i dubrovačkoga područja, a njezini pripadnici kasnije su se borili u akcijama diljem Hrvatske. Kroz brigadu je prošlo 6.409 branitelja, od čega ih je 52 poginulo, a više stotina ih je ranjeno.

U sklopu programa obilježavanja 31. obljetnice osnivanja 116. brigade HV-a u 18 sati u crkvi sv. Ilije bit će održana i misa za branitelje.

Polaganjem vijenaca i paljenjem svijeća jutros je na Gradskom groblju sv. Ivana Nepomuka obilježena 31. obljetnica osnivanja 116. brigade HV-a.

Pred Središnjim križem vijence su položili i svijeće zapalili predstavnici Grada Metkovića na čelu s gradonačelnikom Daliborom Milanom, gradonačelnik Opuzena Ivan Mataga, zamjenik gradonačelnika Ploča Ivan Marević, zapovjednici brigade Nedjeljko Obradović i Joško Dragović, predstavnici udruga proizašlih iz Domovinskoga rata, političkih stranaka, policije te vatrogasaca. Molitvu su predvodili župnik Župe sv. Ilije proroka fra Denis Šimunović te don Dino Prkut iz Župe sv. Nikole biskupa, piše portal metkovic.hr.

Podsjetimo, 17. studenoga 1991., ustrojena je 116. brigada Hrvatske vojske. U njen sastav ušla je većina manjih, već ustrojenih postrojbi, a između ostaloga i ‘A‘ satnija ZNG Metković – prva djelatna postrojba ustrojena u Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj županiji. U Metkoviću je ustrojeno zapovjedništvo i 1. bojna, u Opuzenu 2. bojna, u Pločama 3. bojna, u Novim selima 4. bojna, a u Blacama 1992. Stolačka bojna. Brigada je imala ogroman doprinos u obrani doline Neretve i dubrovačkoga područja, a njezini pripadnici kasnije su se borili u akcijama diljem Hrvatske. Kroz brigadu je prošlo 6.409 branitelja, od čega ih je 52 poginulo, a više stotina ih je ranjeno.

U sklopu programa obilježavanja 31. obljetnice osnivanja 116. brigade HV-a u 18 sati u crkvi sv. Ilije bit će održana i misa za branitelje.

Obilježena 31. obljetnica osnutka 116. brigade HV-a. Vijenci i svijeće za poginule branitelje

Polaganjem vijenaca i paljenjem svijeća jutros je na Gradskom groblju sv. Ivana Nepomuka obilježena 31. obljetnica osnivanja 116. brigade HV-a.

Pred Središnjim križem vijence su položili i svijeće zapalili predstavnici Grada Metkovića na čelu s gradonačelnikom Daliborom Milanom, gradonačelnik Opuzena Ivan Mataga, zamjenik gradonačelnika Ploča Ivan Marević, zapovjednici brigade Nedjeljko Obradović i Joško Dragović, predstavnici udruga proizašlih iz Domovinskoga rata, političkih stranaka, policije te vatrogasaca. Molitvu su predvodili župnik Župe sv. Ilije proroka fra Denis Šimunović te don Dino Prkut iz Župe sv. Nikole biskupa, piše portal metkovic.hr.

Podsjetimo, 17. studenoga 1991., ustrojena je 116. brigada Hrvatske vojske. U njen sastav ušla je većina manjih, već ustrojenih postrojbi, a između ostaloga i ‘A‘ satnija ZNG Metković – prva djelatna postrojba ustrojena u Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj županiji. U Metkoviću je ustrojeno zapovjedništvo i 1. bojna, u Opuzenu 2. bojna, u Pločama 3. bojna, u Novim selima 4. bojna, a u Blacama 1992. Stolačka bojna. Brigada je imala ogroman doprinos u obrani doline Neretve i dubrovačkoga područja, a njezini pripadnici kasnije su se borili u akcijama diljem Hrvatske. Kroz brigadu je prošlo 6.409 branitelja, od čega ih je 52 poginulo, a više stotina ih je ranjeno.

U sklopu programa obilježavanja 31. obljetnice osnivanja 116. brigade HV-a u 18 sati u crkvi sv. Ilije bit će održana i misa za branitelje.
