Danas je i službeno započela berba mandarina. Tako je odlučilo županijsko povjerenstvo za mandarine. Beru se sorte zorica rana, iwasaki i ichumare za koje je ocjenjeno da imaju dovoljnan omjer šećera i kiselina za konzumaciju.

Ove godine se očekuje urod oko 60 tisuća tona pa se može govoriti od dobroj godini. Otkupna cijena je od 55 euro centi (4.14 kuna) za prvu klasu odnosno 30 euro centi (2.26 kuna) za drugu klasu, možda koji cent manje ili više ovisno o otkupljivaču. Poljoprivrednici nisu zadovoljni sa ovakvom otkupnom cijenom, jer s radi o prvim mandarinama poglavito što su povećani ulazni troškovi, rada, zaštitnih sredstava i gnojiva koje je duplo poskupilo.

Tvrde da neće moći ništa zaraditi odnosno da neće moći obrati mandarine jer su dnevnice radnike također poskupile. Radnici traže dnevnicu 50 a neki čak i 60 Eur-a i to je nemoguće isplatiti pod ovakvim uvjetima otkupne cijene i uroda mandarina-rekao nam je jedan proizvođač. 

Naime, uz isplatu dnevnice veže se još troškova radnika poput markice, poreza državi i iskaznice što se sve mora platiti, pa tako vlasnik plantaže ima trošako od 50 do 70 Eura.

- Koliko takav radnik treba ubrati mandarina da bi bio rentabilan-pita se naš sugovornik. Očekuje se da jedan kvalitetan berač dnevno ubere oko 50 gajba mandarina. Sve ispod toga je loše pod ovakvim uvjetima-pojašnjava nam.

U težoj poziciji su manji proizvođači koji beru do pet vagona mandarina (50 tona). Nema tu količine koja bi bila isplativa za angažman radnika na dnevnicama po toliko visokoj cijeni dnevnice a sam vlasnik ne može obrati. Drugim riječima, izgledno je da će dosta mandarina ostati neobrano.

Svima nam je interes da zaradimo. Meni kao proizvođaču i radniku na dnevnici. Ali po ovim cijenama dnevnica ja ne mogu uzeti radnika ili ga mogu uzeti manji broj puta, pa smo svi na gubitku-govori nam.

Radnika za berbu ima samo što su puno skupi. Idu tamo vamo nude se onome tko više plati. Kad pitate koliko možete ubrati, možete li ubrati 50 gajba sliježu ramenima. Znaju da njima treba dnevnica 50-60 Eura a koliko mogu ubrati to ne znaju-govori naš sugovornik. Dnevnica u Hercegovini na berbi trešanja bila je 35 € dok je otkupna cijena bila 2 €, a mandarina je 55 centi. Kako se možemo uklopiti, nikako rezolutan je naš sugovornik, koji ima urod između četiri i pet vagona. Pod ovim uvjetima će mu propasti dva vagona mandarina jer ih on sam neće moći obrati dok je uzimanje radnika na dnevnicu po ovakvim cijenama mu je neisplativo.

- Veliki su troškovi održavanja voćnjaka, čeka se sedam godina da dođe na rod nema tu nikakve zarade-zaključuje.

Plaćanje po ubranoj gajbi

Najpošteniji način plaćanja radnika je po ubranoj gajbi uz uvjet da gajba mora biti puna. Cijena gajbe bi bila 1.20 €. Radnik ubere 50 gajbi i dobije dnevnicu od 60 €, odnosno ubere manje i dobije manji iznos dnevnice.

Danas je i službeno započela berba mandarina. Tako je odlučilo županijsko povjerenstvo za mandarine. Beru se sorte zorica rana, iwasaki i ichumare za koje je ocjenjeno da imaju dovoljnan omjer šećera i kiselina za konzumaciju.

Ove godine se očekuje urod oko 60 tisuća tona pa se može govoriti od dobroj godini. Otkupna cijena je od 55 euro centi (4.14 kuna) za prvu klasu odnosno 30 euro centi (2.26 kuna) za drugu klasu, možda koji cent manje ili više ovisno o otkupljivaču. Poljoprivrednici nisu zadovoljni sa ovakvom otkupnom cijenom, jer s radi o prvim mandarinama poglavito što su povećani ulazni troškovi, rada, zaštitnih sredstava i gnojiva koje je duplo poskupilo.

Tvrde da neće moći ništa zaraditi odnosno da neće moći obrati mandarine jer su dnevnice radnike također poskupile. Radnici traže dnevnicu 50 a neki čak i 60 Eur-a i to je nemoguće isplatiti pod ovakvim uvjetima otkupne cijene i uroda mandarina-rekao nam je jedan proizvođač. 

Naime, uz isplatu dnevnice veže se još troškova radnika poput markice, poreza državi i iskaznice što se sve mora platiti, pa tako vlasnik plantaže ima trošako od 50 do 70 Eura.

- Koliko takav radnik treba ubrati mandarina da bi bio rentabilan-pita se naš sugovornik. Očekuje se da jedan kvalitetan berač dnevno ubere oko 50 gajba mandarina. Sve ispod toga je loše pod ovakvim uvjetima-pojašnjava nam.

U težoj poziciji su manji proizvođači koji beru do pet vagona mandarina (50 tona). Nema tu količine koja bi bila isplativa za angažman radnika na dnevnicama po toliko visokoj cijeni dnevnice a sam vlasnik ne može obrati. Drugim riječima, izgledno je da će dosta mandarina ostati neobrano.

Svima nam je interes da zaradimo. Meni kao proizvođaču i radniku na dnevnici. Ali po ovim cijenama dnevnica ja ne mogu uzeti radnika ili ga mogu uzeti manji broj puta, pa smo svi na gubitku-govori nam.

Radnika za berbu ima samo što su puno skupi. Idu tamo vamo nude se onome tko više plati. Kad pitate koliko možete ubrati, možete li ubrati 50 gajba sliježu ramenima. Znaju da njima treba dnevnica 50-60 Eura a koliko mogu ubrati to ne znaju-govori naš sugovornik. Dnevnica u Hercegovini na berbi trešanja bila je 35 € dok je otkupna cijena bila 2 €, a mandarina je 55 centi. Kako se možemo uklopiti, nikako rezolutan je naš sugovornik, koji ima urod između četiri i pet vagona. Pod ovim uvjetima će mu propasti dva vagona mandarina jer ih on sam neće moći obrati dok je uzimanje radnika na dnevnicu po ovakvim cijenama mu je neisplativo.

- Veliki su troškovi održavanja voćnjaka, čeka se sedam godina da dođe na rod nema tu nikakve zarade-zaključuje.

Plaćanje po ubranoj gajbi

Najpošteniji način plaćanja radnika je po ubranoj gajbi uz uvjet da gajba mora biti puna. Cijena gajbe bi bila 1.20 €. Radnik ubere 50 gajbi i dobije dnevnicu od 60 €, odnosno ubere manje i dobije manji iznos dnevnice.

Danas je i službeno započela berba mandarina. Tako je odlučilo županijsko povjerenstvo za mandarine. Beru se sorte zorica rana, iwasaki i ichumare za koje je ocjenjeno da imaju dovoljnan omjer šećera i kiselina za konzumaciju.

Ove godine se očekuje urod oko 60 tisuća tona pa se može govoriti od dobroj godini. Otkupna cijena je od 55 euro centi (4.14 kuna) za prvu klasu odnosno 30 euro centi (2.26 kuna) za drugu klasu, možda koji cent manje ili više ovisno o otkupljivaču. Poljoprivrednici nisu zadovoljni sa ovakvom otkupnom cijenom, jer s radi o prvim mandarinama poglavito što su povećani ulazni troškovi, rada, zaštitnih sredstava i gnojiva koje je duplo poskupilo.

Tvrde da neće moći ništa zaraditi odnosno da neće moći obrati mandarine jer su dnevnice radnike također poskupile. Radnici traže dnevnicu 50 a neki čak i 60 Eur-a i to je nemoguće isplatiti pod ovakvim uvjetima otkupne cijene i uroda mandarina-rekao nam je jedan proizvođač. 

Naime, uz isplatu dnevnice veže se još troškova radnika poput markice, poreza državi i iskaznice što se sve mora platiti, pa tako vlasnik plantaže ima trošako od 50 do 70 Eura.
