Gradonačelnik Mato Franković komentirao je na današnjoj konferenciji za novinare i stanje na Pilama, odnosno nered koji se stvara na predjelu na kojem se zaustavljaju turistički autobusi te je li se poboljšala situacija.

- Od travnja iduće godine ići će i fizičke barijere i zaštitari na Pilama. Ako govorimo da se poboljšala situacija, poboljšala se samo iz razloga što je jedan dio od 8 tisuća taksista napustio grad ili onih koji žive ovdje ali se trenutno više ne bave tom djelatnošću jer nije špica sezone. Situacija nije bolja, mi dnevno vidimo po broju izdanih kazni, rješenja, postupanja policije da i dalje imamo probleme i te probleme je jedino moguće riješiti fizičkom barijerom i zaštitarima te na taj način uvesti reda u taj segment ilegalnog prijevoza odnosno pokušaja korištenja javnog prostora za osobnu korist - kazao je Franković te dodao kako ovaj problem Zona posebnog prometnog režima može riješiti samo djelomično.

- Imate gospodarske subjekte koji su spremni ući u zonu posebnog prometnog režima, primiti kaznu, doći na Pile odraditi posao i tako ukrug, na kraju godine likvidirati firmu, iduće godine otvoriti novu firmu i opet sve ponoviti. To je scenarij koji nam se ponavlja već dvije godine, mi ga konstantno pratimo. Problematično je i sporo rješavanje sporova koji se odnose na tu temu, imamo na stotine ispisanih rješenja za nedozvoljeno zaustavljanje na Pilama a od njih možda dva ili tri riješena u prvom stupnju a sudu.

Nažalost, fizička barijera u nadolazećim vremenima će biti najbolje i najefikasnije rješenje jer smo vidjeli da kazne, možemo ih pisati koliko god, kod neodgovornih pojedinaca ne izazivaju neko poštovanje - kazao je gradonačelnik te se osvrnuvši se na spomenutu brojku od osam tisuća taksista odgovorio i kada možemo očekivati smanjenje tog broja odnosno optimalan broj kojeg, kako se govorilo, treba procijeniti Prometni fakultet:

- Prometni fakultet je završio svoju studiju. U potpunosti su završeni svi potrebni dokumenti što se tiče Zone posebnog prometnog režima, pripremljeno je sve za potrebne natječaje u dva segmenta, prvo za rezervirana parkirališna mjesta, drugo za one koji će smjeti ući u zonu. U postupku je javna nabava za adaptaciju same zone posebnog režima, ugradnju svih potrebnih totema, izradu informatičkog rješenja..., to je proces koji je krenuo i mislim da će se što se odluka tiče, one donijeti do kraja prosinca ove godine. Ne mogu reći otprilike koliki će to broj taksi vozila biti ali neće se približiti tisuću - najavio je Franković.

Gradonačelnik Mato Franković komentirao je na današnjoj konferenciji za novinare i stanje na Pilama, odnosno nered koji se stvara na predjelu na kojem se zaustavljaju turistički autobusi te je li se poboljšala situacija.

- Od travnja iduće godine ići će i fizičke barijere i zaštitari na Pilama. Ako govorimo da se poboljšala situacija, poboljšala se samo iz razloga što je jedan dio od 8 tisuća taksista napustio grad ili onih koji žive ovdje ali se trenutno više ne bave tom djelatnošću jer nije špica sezone. Situacija nije bolja, mi dnevno vidimo po broju izdanih kazni, rješenja, postupanja policije da i dalje imamo probleme i te probleme je jedino moguće riješiti fizičkom barijerom i zaštitarima te na taj način uvesti reda u taj segment ilegalnog prijevoza odnosno pokušaja korištenja javnog prostora za osobnu korist - kazao je Franković te dodao kako ovaj problem Zona posebnog prometnog režima može riješiti samo djelomično.

- Imate gospodarske subjekte koji su spremni ući u zonu posebnog prometnog režima, primiti kaznu, doći na Pile odraditi posao i tako ukrug, na kraju godine likvidirati firmu, iduće godine otvoriti novu firmu i opet sve ponoviti. To je scenarij koji nam se ponavlja već dvije godine, mi ga konstantno pratimo. Problematično je i sporo rješavanje sporova koji se odnose na tu temu, imamo na stotine ispisanih rješenja za nedozvoljeno zaustavljanje na Pilama a od njih možda dva ili tri riješena u prvom stupnju a sudu.

Nažalost, fizička barijera u nadolazećim vremenima će biti najbolje i najefikasnije rješenje jer smo vidjeli da kazne, možemo ih pisati koliko god, kod neodgovornih pojedinaca ne izazivaju neko poštovanje - kazao je gradonačelnik te se osvrnuvši se na spomenutu brojku od osam tisuća taksista odgovorio i kada možemo očekivati smanjenje tog broja odnosno optimalan broj kojeg, kako se govorilo, treba procijeniti Prometni fakultet:

- Prometni fakultet je završio svoju studiju. U potpunosti su završeni svi potrebni dokumenti što se tiče Zone posebnog prometnog režima, pripremljeno je sve za potrebne natječaje u dva segmenta, prvo za rezervirana parkirališna mjesta, drugo za one koji će smjeti ući u zonu. U postupku je javna nabava za adaptaciju same zone posebnog režima, ugradnju svih potrebnih totema, izradu informatičkog rješenja..., to je proces koji je krenuo i mislim da će se što se odluka tiče, one donijeti do kraja prosinca ove godine. Ne mogu reći otprilike koliki će to broj taksi vozila biti ali neće se približiti tisuću - najavio je Franković.
