- Posljednjih tjedana, ali i mjeseci nerijetko možete čuti kad netko gradi novu zgradu kako gradska uprava pogoduje investitorima. Vrlo rijetko ili gotovo nikad čujete kako gradska uprava mora raditi sukladno zakonu i sukladno prostorno planskim dokumentima koji su definirali građevinske zone prije desetak i više godina.

- Iz svih navedenih razloga odlučio sam organizirati okrugli stol na kojem će sudjelovati stručne osobe iz grada Dubrovnika, odjel za izdavanje dozvola, odjel za urbanizam, pozvat ćemo komoru inženjera građevinarstva, Društvo arhitekata, ali i dubrovačku oporbu za koju vjerujem kako će imati hrabrosti odazvati se pozivu i dijalogom sa svim stručnim osobama u ovom Gradu raščlaniti što to gradska uprava može, kako i na koji način postupiti u nekoliko različitih scenarija koji su se dogodili u posljednjih 5 godina. Okrugli stol ćemo organizirati idući tjedan u ljetnikovcu Bunić Kaboga i na istu će biti pozvani predstavnici medija - najavio je.

- Posljednjih tjedana, ali i mjeseci nerijetko možete čuti kad netko gradi novu zgradu kako gradska uprava pogoduje investitorima. Vrlo rijetko ili gotovo nikad čujete kako gradska uprava mora raditi sukladno zakonu i sukladno prostorno planskim dokumentima koji su definirali građevinske zone prije desetak i više godina.

- Iz svih navedenih razloga odlučio sam organizirati okrugli stol na kojem će sudjelovati stručne osobe iz grada Dubrovnika, odjel za izdavanje dozvola, odjel za urbanizam, pozvat ćemo komoru inženjera građevinarstva, Društvo arhitekata, ali i dubrovačku oporbu za koju vjerujem kako će imati hrabrosti odazvati se pozivu i dijalogom sa svim stručnim osobama u ovom Gradu raščlaniti što to gradska uprava može, kako i na koji način postupiti u nekoliko različitih scenarija koji su se dogodili u posljednjih 5 godina. Okrugli stol ćemo organizirati idući tjedan u ljetnikovcu Bunić Kaboga i na istu će biti pozvani predstavnici medija - najavio je.

- Posljednjih tjedana, ali i mjeseci nerijetko možete čuti kad netko gradi novu zgradu kako gradska uprava pogoduje investitorima. Vrlo rijetko ili gotovo nikad čujete kako gradska uprava mora raditi sukladno zakonu i sukladno prostorno planskim dokumentima koji su definirali građevinske zone prije desetak i više godina.

- Iz svih navedenih razloga odlučio sam organizirati okrugli stol na kojem će sudjelovati stručne osobe iz grada Dubrovnika, odjel za izdavanje dozvola, odjel za urbanizam, pozvat ćemo komoru inženjera građevinarstva, Društvo arhitekata, ali i dubrovačku oporbu za koju vjerujem kako će imati hrabrosti odazvati se pozivu i dijalogom sa svim stručnim osobama u ovom Gradu raščlaniti što to gradska uprava može, kako i na koji način postupiti u nekoliko različitih scenarija koji su se dogodili u posljednjih 5 godina. Okrugli stol ćemo organizirati idući tjedan u ljetnikovcu Bunić Kaboga i na istu će biti pozvani predstavnici medija - najavio je.
