Nakon što je s prvim danom 2024. na snagu stupio Zakon o turizmu, gradovi i općine dobili su mogućnost samostalno donositi planove upravljanja destinacijom, pa i ograničavati broj apartmana.

Dubrovački gradonačelnik Mato Franković za Dnevnik Nove TV najavio je da će se dozvole za apartmane unutar dubrovačkih zidina prestati izdavati nakon što u idućih dva mjeseca završe cjelokupni postupak te donesu odluku na sjednici Gradskog vijeća.

"Cilj je živi grad i imamo jasnu strategiju i plan što, kako i na koji način dalje", rekao je Franković i pojasnio da za dva mjeseca grad više neće izdati ni jednu dozvolu za apartman.

"Postigli smo jednu brojku koja je uistinu velika, što se tiče smještajnog kapaciteta unutar stare jezgre. Grad Dubrovnik ima strategiju populacije povijesne jezgre, kupujući nekretnine u povijesnoj jezgri i dodjeljujući ih mladim obiteljima do deset godina i to je naš cilj i naša vizija", izjavio je za Novu TV i poručio: "Ne govorimo o zabranama, već o regulacijama, upravljanju turizmom. Mi postupamo sukladno zakonu".

Rješenja koja imaju vlasnici postojećih apartmana neće biti ukinuta, rekao je Franković, ali očekuje da će se broj apartmana svejedno kroz vrijeme smanjiti. 

"Izmjenama GUP-a Grada Dubrovnika već smo zabranili da se u zonama stambenog življenja mogu graditi apartmani, međutim aktima Grada Dubrovnika najkasnije do kraja ove godine regulirat ćemo i mogućnost da se u stambenim zgradama više ne može baviti djelatnošću najma", objasnio je Franković plan za kontrolu broja apartmana i u ostatku Dubrovnika. Ponovio je da , se stečena prava ne mogu ukinuti, što se odnosi na sve koji već imaju rješenje kojim iznajmljuju nekretninu.

Nakon što je s prvim danom 2024. na snagu stupio Zakon o turizmu, gradovi i općine dobili su mogućnost samostalno donositi planove upravljanja destinacijom, pa i ograničavati broj apartmana.

Dubrovački gradonačelnik Mato Franković za Dnevnik Nove TV najavio je da će se dozvole za apartmane unutar dubrovačkih zidina prestati izdavati nakon što u idućih dva mjeseca završe cjelokupni postupak te donesu odluku na sjednici Gradskog vijeća.

"Cilj je živi grad i imamo jasnu strategiju i plan što, kako i na koji način dalje", rekao je Franković i pojasnio da za dva mjeseca grad više neće izdati ni jednu dozvolu za apartman.

"Postigli smo jednu brojku koja je uistinu velika, što se tiče smještajnog kapaciteta unutar stare jezgre. Grad Dubrovnik ima strategiju populacije povijesne jezgre, kupujući nekretnine u povijesnoj jezgri i dodjeljujući ih mladim obiteljima do deset godina i to je naš cilj i naša vizija", izjavio je za Novu TV i poručio: "Ne govorimo o zabranama, već o regulacijama, upravljanju turizmom. Mi postupamo sukladno zakonu".

Rješenja koja imaju vlasnici postojećih apartmana neće biti ukinuta, rekao je Franković, ali očekuje da će se broj apartmana svejedno kroz vrijeme smanjiti. 

"Izmjenama GUP-a Grada Dubrovnika već smo zabranili da se u zonama stambenog življenja mogu graditi apartmani, međutim aktima Grada Dubrovnika najkasnije do kraja ove godine regulirat ćemo i mogućnost da se u stambenim zgradama više ne može baviti djelatnošću najma", objasnio je Franković plan za kontrolu broja apartmana i u ostatku Dubrovnika. Ponovio je da , se stečena prava ne mogu ukinuti, što se odnosi na sve koji već imaju rješenje kojim iznajmljuju nekretninu.

Dubrovnik zabranjuje nove apartmane unutar zidina, a Grad se tu ne zaustavlja! Dolazi kraj iznajmljivanju u višestambenim zgradama?

Nakon što je s prvim danom 2024. na snagu stupio Zakon o turizmu, gradovi i općine dobili su mogućnost samostalno donositi planove upravljanja destinacijom, pa i ograničavati broj apartmana.

Dubrovački gradonačelnik Mato Franković za Dnevnik Nove TV najavio je da će se dozvole za apartmane unutar dubrovačkih zidina prestati izdavati nakon što u idućih dva mjeseca završe cjelokupni postupak te donesu odluku na sjednici Gradskog vijeća.

"Cilj je živi grad i imamo jasnu strategiju i plan što, kako i na koji način dalje", rekao je Franković i pojasnio da za dva mjeseca grad više neće izdati ni jednu dozvolu za apartman.

"Postigli smo jednu brojku koja je uistinu velika, što se tiče smještajnog kapaciteta unutar stare jezgre. Grad Dubrovnik ima strategiju populacije povijesne jezgre, kupujući nekretnine u povijesnoj jezgri i dodjeljujući ih mladim obiteljima do deset godina i to je naš cilj i naša vizija", izjavio je za Novu TV i poručio: "Ne govorimo o zabranama, već o regulacijama, upravljanju turizmom. Mi postupamo sukladno zakonu".

Rješenja koja imaju vlasnici postojećih apartmana neće biti ukinuta, rekao je Franković, ali očekuje da će se broj apartmana svejedno kroz vrijeme smanjiti. 

"Izmjenama GUP-a Grada Dubrovnika već smo zabranili da se u zonama stambenog življenja mogu graditi apartmani, međutim aktima Grada Dubrovnika najkasnije do kraja ove godine regulirat ćemo i mogućnost da se u stambenim zgradama više ne može baviti djelatnošću najma", objasnio je Franković plan za kontrolu broja apartmana i u ostatku Dubrovnika. Ponovio je da , se stečena prava ne mogu ukinuti, što se odnosi na sve koji već imaju rješenje kojim iznajmljuju nekretninu.
