Grad Dubrovnik objavio je Javni Poziv za sufinanciranje izrade projektne dokumentacije za energetsku obnovu postojećih višestambenih zgrada na području Grada Dubrovnika za 2023. godinu.

 

Predmet ovog poziva jest javno prikupljanje prijava za neposredno sudjelovanje Grada Dubrovnika u sufinanciranju izrade projektne dokumentacije za energetsku obnovu postojećih višestambenih zgrada, a sve u skladu s Nacionalnom razvojnom strategijom Republike Hrvatske do 2030.godine.

 

Prihvatljivi prijavitelj u sklopu ovog poziva su upravitelji zgrada u ime i za račun suvlasnika višestambene zgrade, a ukoliko postoji više upravitelja jedinstvene arhitektonske cjeline, utoliko predstavnici suvlasnika opunomoćuju jednog upravitelja zgrade koji podnosi projektni prijedlog  (punomoć ovjerena kod javnog bilježnika prilaže se projektnom prijedlogu). 

 

Pravo na financiranje mogu ostvariti upravitelji višestambenih zgrada, kao korisnici sredstava u ime i na račun suvlasnika višestambenih zgrade koji u svojstvu krajnjih korisnika, ako udovoljavaju sljedećim uvjetima:  da su registrirani za obavljanje poslova upravljanja stambenim zgradama i imaju sjedište na području Republike Hrvatske ukoliko se radi o upravitelju kao trgovačkom društvu ili obrtniku, da suvlasnici višestambene zgrade u svojstvu krajnjih korisnika ulažu sredstva za potrebe provedbe sufinanciranih projekata, ukoliko sklope ugovor s Gradom o zajedničkom ulaganju u energetsku obnovu višestambenih zgrada te da dostave potrebnu dokumentaciju sukladno ovom Javnom pozivu. 

 

Izrada projektne dokumentacije za energetsku obnovu višestambenih zgrada sufinancira se do 85% opravdanih troškova ukupne vrijednosti investicije.

 

Prijave se zaprimaju do isteka sredstava natječaja, a najkasnije do 31. prosinca 2023. godine. S obzirom da se iste rješavaju prema redoslijedu zaprimanja, potrebno je na omotnici istaknut datum i sat zaprimanja.

Grad Dubrovnik objavio je Javni Poziv za sufinanciranje izrade projektne dokumentacije za energetsku obnovu postojećih višestambenih zgrada na području Grada Dubrovnika za 2023. godinu.

 

Predmet ovog poziva jest javno prikupljanje prijava za neposredno sudjelovanje Grada Dubrovnika u sufinanciranju izrade projektne dokumentacije za energetsku obnovu postojećih višestambenih zgrada, a sve u skladu s Nacionalnom razvojnom strategijom Republike Hrvatske do 2030.godine.

 

Prihvatljivi prijavitelj u sklopu ovog poziva su upravitelji zgrada u ime i za račun suvlasnika višestambene zgrade, a ukoliko postoji više upravitelja jedinstvene arhitektonske cjeline, utoliko predstavnici suvlasnika opunomoćuju jednog upravitelja zgrade koji podnosi projektni prijedlog  (punomoć ovjerena kod javnog bilježnika prilaže se projektnom prijedlogu). 

 

Pravo na financiranje mogu ostvariti upravitelji višestambenih zgrada, kao korisnici sredstava u ime i na račun suvlasnika višestambenih zgrade koji u svojstvu krajnjih korisnika, ako udovoljavaju sljedećim uvjetima:  da su registrirani za obavljanje poslova upravljanja stambenim zgradama i imaju sjedište na području Republike Hrvatske ukoliko se radi o upravitelju kao trgovačkom društvu ili obrtniku, da suvlasnici višestambene zgrade u svojstvu krajnjih korisnika ulažu sredstva za potrebe provedbe sufinanciranih projekata, ukoliko sklope ugovor s Gradom o zajedničkom ulaganju u energetsku obnovu višestambenih zgrada te da dostave potrebnu dokumentaciju sukladno ovom Javnom pozivu. 

 

Izrada projektne dokumentacije za energetsku obnovu višestambenih zgrada sufinancira se do 85% opravdanih troškova ukupne vrijednosti investicije.

 

Prijave se zaprimaju do isteka sredstava natječaja, a najkasnije do 31. prosinca 2023. godine. S obzirom da se iste rješavaju prema redoslijedu zaprimanja, potrebno je na omotnici istaknut datum i sat zaprimanja.

JAVNI POZIV

Grad Dubrovnik objavio je Javni Poziv za sufinanciranje izrade projektne dokumentacije za energetsku obnovu postojećih višestambenih zgrada na području Grada Dubrovnika za 2023. godinu.

 

Predmet ovog poziva jest javno prikupljanje prijava za neposredno sudjelovanje Grada Dubrovnika u sufinanciranju izrade projektne dokumentacije za energetsku obnovu postojećih višestambenih zgrada, a sve u skladu s Nacionalnom razvojnom strategijom Republike Hrvatske do 2030.godine.

 

Prihvatljivi prijavitelj u sklopu ovog poziva su upravitelji zgrada u ime i za račun suvlasnika višestambene zgrade, a ukoliko postoji više upravitelja jedinstvene arhitektonske cjeline, utoliko predstavnici suvlasnika opunomoćuju jednog upravitelja zgrade koji podnosi projektni prijedlog  (punomoć ovjerena kod javnog bilježnika prilaže se projektnom prijedlogu). 

 

Pravo na financiranje mogu ostvariti upravitelji višestambenih zgrada, kao korisnici sredstava u ime i na račun suvlasnika višestambenih zgrade koji u svojstvu krajnjih korisnika, ako udovoljavaju sljedećim uvjetima:  da su registrirani za obavljanje poslova upravljanja stambenim zgradama i imaju sjedište na području Republike Hrvatske ukoliko se radi o upravitelju kao trgovačkom društvu ili obrtniku, da suvlasnici višestambene zgrade u svojstvu krajnjih korisnika ulažu sredstva za potrebe provedbe sufinanciranih projekata, ukoliko sklope ugovor s Gradom o zajedničkom ulaganju u energetsku obnovu višestambenih zgrada te da dostave potrebnu dokumentaciju sukladno ovom Javnom pozivu. 

 

Izrada projektne dokumentacije za energetsku obnovu višestambenih zgrada sufinancira se do 85% opravdanih troškova ukupne vrijednosti investicije.

 

Prijave se zaprimaju do isteka sredstava natječaja, a najkasnije do 31. prosinca 2023. godine. S obzirom da se iste rješavaju prema redoslijedu zaprimanja, potrebno je na omotnici istaknut datum i sat zaprimanja.
