Dubrovačka biskupija daje u zakup dva prostora u Gradu i jedan u Mlinima. Prostori u Gradu se nalaze u Ulici između polača i trenutno je u zakupu Marina d.o.o. “Pizzeria Mamma Margherita” do 31.12.2024, a prostor u  Zamanjinoj ulici trenutno nema zakupca kao i prostor u Mlinima.

Na stranicama Biskupije pišu kako zajedno s povezanim pravnim osobama, dajući u zakup poslovne prostore pokrivaju značajan dio troškova svoga poslanja i pastoralnog djelovanja. Trenutno su slobodna dva poslovna prostora, a oglasili su i treći koji je slobodan za zakup od 1. siječnja 2025. Kao i proteklih godina, žele dobiti što jasniji i transparentniji uvid u stanje i poslovne mogućnosti potencijalnih zakupnika kao i namjeravanih djelatnosti.

Temeljem pristiglih prijava Povjerenstvo Dubrovačke biskupije donijet će odluku o potencijalnim zakupoprimcima za sljedeće razdoblje. Iako je visina zakupa bitna stavka, ona nije jedini kriterij po kojem će se odlučivati. Povjerenstvo Dubrovačke biskupije nije vezano niti jednom od zaprimljenih ponuda te ima isključivo pravo donijeti odluku o ponuditelju kojeg smatra najpovoljnijim, odnosno ne prihvatiti niti jednu od zaprimljenih ponuda bez posebnog obrazloženja i postojanja bilo kakve odgovornosti spram ponuditelja ili trećih osoba. Dubrovačka biskupija daje u zakup dva prostora u Gradu i jedan u Mlinima. Prostori u Gradu se nalaze u Ulici između polača i trenutno je u zakupu Marina d.o.o. “Pizzeria Mamma Margherita” do 31.12.2024, a prostor u  Zamanjinoj ulici trenutno nema zakupca kao i prostor u Mlinima.

Na stranicama Biskupije pišu kako zajedno s povezanim pravnim osobama, dajući u zakup poslovne prostore pokrivaju značajan dio troškova svoga poslanja i pastoralnog djelovanja. Trenutno su slobodna dva poslovna prostora, a oglasili su i treći koji je slobodan za zakup od 1. siječnja 2025. Kao i proteklih godina, žele dobiti što jasniji i transparentniji uvid u stanje i poslovne mogućnosti potencijalnih zakupnika kao i namjeravanih djelatnosti.

Temeljem pristiglih prijava Povjerenstvo Dubrovačke biskupije donijet će odluku o potencijalnim zakupoprimcima za sljedeće razdoblje. Iako je visina zakupa bitna stavka, ona nije jedini kriterij po kojem će se odlučivati. Povjerenstvo Dubrovačke biskupije nije vezano niti jednom od zaprimljenih ponuda te ima isključivo pravo donijeti odluku o ponuditelju kojeg smatra najpovoljnijim, odnosno ne prihvatiti niti jednu od zaprimljenih ponuda bez posebnog obrazloženja i postojanja bilo kakve odgovornosti spram ponuditelja ili trećih osoba. Biskupija oglasila zakup dvaju poslovnih prostora u Gradu i jednog u Mlinima

Dubrovačka biskupija daje u zakup dva prostora u Gradu i jedan u Mlinima. Prostori u Gradu se nalaze u Ulici između polača i trenutno je u zakupu Marina d.o.o. “Pizzeria Mamma Margherita” do 31.12.2024, a prostor u  Zamanjinoj ulici trenutno nema zakupca kao i prostor u Mlinima.

Na stranicama Biskupije pišu kako zajedno s povezanim pravnim osobama, dajući u zakup poslovne prostore pokrivaju značajan dio troškova svoga poslanja i pastoralnog djelovanja. Trenutno su slobodna dva poslovna prostora, a oglasili su i treći koji je slobodan za zakup od 1. siječnja 2025. Kao i proteklih godina, žele dobiti što jasniji i transparentniji uvid u stanje i poslovne mogućnosti potencijalnih zakupnika kao i namjeravanih djelatnosti.
