ACI Europe (Međunarodno vijeće zračnih luka) i Međunarodno udruženje zračnog prijevoza (IATA) pozvali su na ukidanje svih preostalih ograničenja COVID-a koja se odnose na putovanja unutar EU-a i schengenskog područja, uključujući sve zahtjeve testiranja, potrebu za predočenjem dokaza cijepljenja ili ispuniti obrazac za lociranje putnika (PLF). To uključuje odustajanje od nošenja maski za putovanja unutar ili između država gdje to više nije potrebno u drugim zatvorenim okruženjima.

“11. ožujka navršava se točno dvije godine otkako je SZO objavila da je COVID-19 globalna pandemija. U to vrijeme vidjeli smo sve više dokaza da su ograničenja na granicama neučinkovita. Imunitet europskog stanovništva je snažan, a COVID-19 je sada u biti endemska bolest. Došlo je vrijeme da svoje napore COVID-a usmjere na nadzor i uklone preostala ograničenja unutar EU. To će osloboditi ljude da putuju i podržati radna mjesta koja se vraćaju u europski zračni promet i sektor putovanja,” rekao je Rafael Schvartzman , regionalni potpredsjednik IATA-e za Europu.

“Neovisno istraživanje pokazuje da vlade mogu s povjerenjem ukinuti ograničenja – kako za danas tako i za sve buduće varijante zabrinutosti. Ograničenja putovanja pokazala su se tupim instrumentom s malo ili nimalo utjecaja na prijenos virusa. Uklanjanje svih ograničenja COVID-19 konačno će u potpunosti vratiti slobodu putovanja. To će biti prijeko potreban poticaj za cijeli sektor putovanja i turizma koji je tijekom pandemije bio prisiljen otpustiti stotine tisuća radnih mjesta”, rekao je Olivier Jankovec , glavni direktor ACI Europe.

U svjetlu novog istraživanja i sve većih znakova da je težina COVID-19 sve bliža onoj sezonske gripe, ACI Europe i IATA zajedno su pisali ministrima prometa i zdravstva zemalja članica EU, tražeći:

- ukloniti sva ograničenja putovanja i granice vezana uz zdravlje prije ljetne sezone, barem na letovima unutar EGP-a, posebno testiranja, praćenja kontakata i potvrde o cjepivu

- uskladiti zdravstvena ograničenja koja se primjenjuju na zrakoplovstvo s onima koji se primjenjuju na nacionalnoj razini, posebice u pogledu nošenja maski

- dopustiti onima koji su cijepljeni cjepivom odobrenim od WHO-a da putuju u EGP iz trećih zemalja pod istim uvjetima kao i oni putnici cijepljeni cjepivom koje je odobrila EMA.

ACI Europe i IATA također su ponovili ključnu ulogu koju ima EU digitalni Covid certifikat (DCC) u davanju povjerenja državama da ponovno otvore granice i ponovno počnu putovanja.

“Željeli bismo iskoristiti ovu priliku da pohvalimo EU i države članice za razvoj i provedbu EU DCC-a. Snažno podržavamo vrijednost EU DCC-a koja će ostati ključna, posebno za europske građane koji putuju u inozemstvo, kao i za treće zemlje. Isto tako, EU DCC će biti koristan za obuzdavanje mogućih varijanti zabrinutosti i povećati otpornost industrije na buduće zdravstvene epidemije”, stoji u pismu.

ACI Europe (Međunarodno vijeće zračnih luka) i Međunarodno udruženje zračnog prijevoza (IATA) pozvali su na ukidanje svih preostalih ograničenja COVID-a koja se odnose na putovanja unutar EU-a i schengenskog područja, uključujući sve zahtjeve testiranja, potrebu za predočenjem dokaza cijepljenja ili ispuniti obrazac za lociranje putnika (PLF). To uključuje odustajanje od nošenja maski za putovanja unutar ili između država gdje to više nije potrebno u drugim zatvorenim okruženjima.

“11. ožujka navršava se točno dvije godine otkako je SZO objavila da je COVID-19 globalna pandemija. U to vrijeme vidjeli smo sve više dokaza da su ograničenja na granicama neučinkovita. Imunitet europskog stanovništva je snažan, a COVID-19 je sada u biti endemska bolest. Došlo je vrijeme da svoje napore COVID-a usmjere na nadzor i uklone preostala ograničenja unutar EU. To će osloboditi ljude da putuju i podržati radna mjesta koja se vraćaju u europski zračni promet i sektor putovanja,” rekao je Rafael Schvartzman , regionalni potpredsjednik IATA-e za Europu.

“Neovisno istraživanje pokazuje da vlade mogu s povjerenjem ukinuti ograničenja – kako za danas tako i za sve buduće varijante zabrinutosti. Ograničenja putovanja pokazala su se tupim instrumentom s malo ili nimalo utjecaja na prijenos virusa. Uklanjanje svih ograničenja COVID-19 konačno će u potpunosti vratiti slobodu putovanja. To će biti prijeko potreban poticaj za cijeli sektor putovanja i turizma koji je tijekom pandemije bio prisiljen otpustiti stotine tisuća radnih mjesta”, rekao je Olivier Jankovec , glavni direktor ACI Europe.

U svjetlu novog istraživanja i sve većih znakova da je težina COVID-19 sve bliža onoj sezonske gripe, ACI Europe i IATA zajedno su pisali ministrima prometa i zdravstva zemalja članica EU, tražeći:

- ukloniti sva ograničenja putovanja i granice vezana uz zdravlje prije ljetne sezone, barem na letovima unutar EGP-a, posebno testiranja, praćenja kontakata i potvrde o cjepivu

- uskladiti zdravstvena ograničenja koja se primjenjuju na zrakoplovstvo s onima koji se primjenjuju na nacionalnoj razini, posebice u pogledu nošenja maski

- dopustiti onima koji su cijepljeni cjepivom odobrenim od WHO-a da putuju u EGP iz trećih zemalja pod istim uvjetima kao i oni putnici cijepljeni cjepivom koje je odobrila EMA.

ACI Europe i IATA također su ponovili ključnu ulogu koju ima EU digitalni Covid certifikat (DCC) u davanju povjerenja državama da ponovno otvore granice i ponovno počnu putovanja.

“Željeli bismo iskoristiti ovu priliku da pohvalimo EU i države članice za razvoj i provedbu EU DCC-a. Snažno podržavamo vrijednost EU DCC-a koja će ostati ključna, posebno za europske građane koji putuju u inozemstvo, kao i za treće zemlje. ACI Europe (Međunarodno vijeće zračnih luka) i Međunarodno udruženje zračnog prijevoza (IATA) pozvali su na ukidanje svih preostalih ograničenja COVID-a koja se odnose na putovanja unutar EU-a i schengenskog područja, uključujući sve zahtjeve testiranja, potrebu za predočenjem dokaza cijepljenja ili ispuniti obrazac za lociranje putnika (PLF). To uključuje odustajanje od nošenja maski za putovanja unutar ili između država gdje to više nije potrebno u drugim zatvorenim okruženjima.

“11. ožujka navršava se točno dvije godine otkako je SZO objavila da je COVID-19 globalna pandemija. U to vrijeme vidjeli smo sve više dokaza da su ograničenja na granicama neučinkovita. Imunitet europskog stanovništva je snažan, a COVID-19 je sada u biti endemska bolest. Došlo je vrijeme da svoje napore COVID-a usmjere na nadzor i uklone preostala ograničenja unutar EU. To će osloboditi ljude da putuju i podržati radna mjesta koja se vraćaju u europski zračni promet i sektor putovanja,” rekao je Rafael Schvartzman , regionalni potpredsjednik IATA-e za Europu.

“Neovisno istraživanje pokazuje da vlade mogu s povjerenjem ukinuti ograničenja – kako za danas tako i za sve buduće varijante zabrinutosti. Ograničenja putovanja pokazala su se tupim instrumentom s malo ili nimalo utjecaja na prijenos virusa. Uklanjanje svih ograničenja COVID-19 konačno će u potpunosti vratiti slobodu putovanja. To će biti prijeko potreban poticaj za cijeli sektor putovanja i turizma koji je tijekom pandemije bio prisiljen otpustiti stotine tisuća radnih mjesta”, rekao je Olivier Jankovec , glavni direktor ACI Europe.

U svjetlu novog istraživanja i sve većih znakova da je težina COVID-19 sve bliža onoj sezonske gripe, ACI Europe i IATA zajedno su pisali ministrima prometa i zdravstva zemalja članica EU, tražeći:

- ukloniti sva ograničenja putovanja i granice vezana uz zdravlje prije ljetne sezone, barem na letovima unutar EGP-a, posebno testiranja, praćenja kontakata i potvrde o cjepivu

- uskladiti zdravstvena ograničenja koja se primjenjuju na zrakoplovstvo s onima koji se primjenjuju na nacionalnoj razini, posebice u pogledu nošenja maski

- dopustiti onima koji su cijepljeni cjepivom odobrenim od WHO-a da putuju u EGP iz trećih zemalja pod istim uvjetima kao i oni putnici cijepljeni cjepivom koje je odobrila EMA.

ACI Europe i IATA također su ponovili ključnu ulogu koju ima EU digitalni Covid certifikat (DCC) u davanju povjerenja državama da ponovno otvore granice i ponovno počnu putovanja.

“Željeli bismo iskoristiti ovu priliku da pohvalimo EU i države članice za razvoj i provedbu EU DCC-a. Snažno podržavamo vrijednost EU DCC-a koja će ostati ključna, posebno za europske građane koji putuju u inozemstvo, kao i za treće zemlje. Isto tako, EU DCC će biti koristan za obuzdavanje mogućih varijanti zabrinutosti i povećati otpornost industrije na buduće zdravstvene epidemije”, stoji u pismu.
