Pomiče li se turističko oživljavanje Kupara s mrtve točke? Vlada je na predbožićnoj sjednici usvojila Prijedlog odluke o izmjenama Odluke o pokretanju postupka za realizaciju turističkog razvojnog projekta Kupari na lokaciji Kupari I. u Općini Župa dubrovačka kojim je izmijenjen sastav Povjerenstva za praćenje realizacije projekta.
U sastav Povjerenstva imenovani su ministri nadležni za državnu imovinu, turizam i more, državni tajnici u ministarstvima nadležnima za državnu imovinu i turizam, predstavnik Ureda predsjednika Vlade Republike Hrvatske te načelnik Općine Župa dubrovačka.

Naime, Odlukom Vlade o pokretanju postupka za realizaciju turističkog razvojnog projekta Kupari od 16. siječnja 2014. godine pokrenut je postupak za realizaciju Projekta Kupari I. i imenovano Povjerenstvo za ocjenu dostavljenih iskaza interesa, kao i za daljnje praćenje realizacije Projekta.
Odlukom Vlade Republike Hrvatske od 8. ožujka 2018., izmijenjen je sastav Povjerenstva za praćenje realizacije projekta te je zbog izmjena nadležnosti po Zakonu o ustrojstvu i djelokrugu ministarstava i drugih središnjih tijela državne uprave, za obveze dotadašnjeg Državnog ureda za upravljanje državnom imovinom zaduženo je tadašnje Ministarstvo državne imovine.

U sastav Povjerenstva imenovani su ministar i zamjenik ministra turizma, predstojnik i zamjenik predstojnika tadašnjeg državnog ureda za upravljanje državnom imovinom i načelnik Općine Župa dubrovačka, a Odlukom iz 2018. u sastav Povjerenstva su imenovani ministri državne imovine, turizma i mora, prometa i infrastrukture, državni tajnici u Ministarstvu državne imovine i Ministarstvu turizma te načelnik Općine Župa dubrovačka.
U međuvremenu je većini državnih dužnosnika, članova Povjerenstva prestala funkcija te je sukladno navedenom potrebno izmijeniti i sastav povjerenstva, a Ministarstvo državne imovine koje je navedenim Odlukama Vlade bilo zaduženo za njihovu provedbu prestalo je s radom te se usklađuje naziv ministarstva nadležnog za državnu imovinu a koje obavlja stručne i tehničke poslove za Povjerenstvo.

Tako se promijenilo i ministarstvo nadležno za tu imovinu, odnosno Ministarstvo prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine preuzelo je poslove iz djelokruga poslova bivšeg Ministarstva državne imovine.
Predsjednik novog povjerenstva postaje ministar nadležan za državnu imovinu.
Projekt Kupari po novom, od početka rujna 2021., zastupa investitor u taj budući hotelski resort tvrtka Kupari Luxury Hotels, što je novi naziv za tvrtku Avenue ulaganja, koja je na natječaju 'dobila' taj projekt. Spomenuta je promjena rezultat strateškog povezivanja s grupacijom Hotel Properties Limited (HPL) iz Singapura koja ulazi i u vlasničku strukturu s 50 posto kapitala.
Singapurska grupacija je spomenutih 50 posto udjela u projektu platio 3,52 milijuna eura.

Pomiče li se turističko oživljavanje Kupara s mrtve točke? Vlada je na predbožićnoj sjednici usvojila Prijedlog odluke o izmjenama Odluke o pokretanju postupka za realizaciju turističkog razvojnog projekta Kupari na lokaciji Kupari I. u Općini Župa dubrovačka kojim je izmijenjen sastav Povjerenstva za praćenje realizacije projekta.
U sastav Povjerenstva imenovani su ministri nadležni za državnu imovinu, turizam i more, državni tajnici u ministarstvima nadležnima za državnu imovinu i turizam, predstavnik Ureda predsjednika Vlade Republike Hrvatske te načelnik Općine Župa dubrovačka.

Naime, Odlukom Vlade o pokretanju postupka za realizaciju turističkog razvojnog projekta Kupari od 16. siječnja 2014. godine pokrenut je postupak za realizaciju Projekta Kupari I. i imenovano Povjerenstvo za ocjenu dostavljenih iskaza interesa, kao i za daljnje praćenje realizacije Projekta.
Odlukom Vlade Republike Hrvatske od 8. ožujka 2018., izmijenjen je sastav Povjerenstva za praćenje realizacije projekta te je zbog izmjena nadležnosti po Zakonu o ustrojstvu i djelokrugu ministarstava i drugih središnjih tijela državne uprave, za obveze dotadašnjeg Državnog ureda za upravljanje državnom imovinom zaduženo je tadašnje Ministarstvo državne imovine.

U sastav Povjerenstva imenovani su ministar i zamjenik ministra turizma, predstojnik i zamjenik predstojnika tadašnjeg državnog ureda za upravljanje državnom imovinom i načelnik Općine Župa dubrovačka, a Odlukom iz 2018. u sastav Povjerenstva su imenovani ministri državne imovine, turizma i mora, prometa i infrastrukture, državni tajnici u Ministarstvu državne imovine i Ministarstvu turizma te načelnik Općine Župa dubrovačka.
U međuvremenu je većini državnih dužnosnika, članova Povjerenstva prestala funkcija te je sukladno navedenom potrebno izmijeniti i sastav povjerenstva, a Ministarstvo državne imovine koje je navedenim Odlukama Vlade bilo zaduženo za njihovu provedbu prestalo je s radom te se usklađuje naziv ministarstva nadležnog za državnu imovinu a koje obavlja stručne i tehničke poslove za Povjerenstvo.

Tako se promijenilo i ministarstvo nadležno za tu imovinu, odnosno Ministarstvo prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine preuzelo je poslove iz djelokruga poslova bivšeg Ministarstva državne imovine.
Predsjednik novog povjerenstva postaje ministar nadležan za državnu imovinu.
Projekt Kupari po novom, od početka rujna 2021., zastupa investitor u taj budući hotelski resort tvrtka Kupari Luxury Hotels, što je novi naziv za tvrtku Avenue ulaganja, koja je na natječaju 'dobila' taj projekt. Spomenuta je promjena rezultat strateškog povezivanja s grupacijom Hotel Properties Limited (HPL) iz Singapura koja ulazi i u vlasničku strukturu s 50 posto kapitala.
Singapurska grupacija je spomenutih 50 posto udjela u projektu platio 3,52 milijuna eura.
