Kako bismo usporedili primanja radnika-operativaca iz splitske "Čistoće" koji su jučer ujutro počeli štrajk, a nakon nekoliko sati ga i prekinuli, provjerili smo koliko novca se nalazi u "buštama" njihovih kolega širom Dalmacije, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.
Plaće zadarskih čistača ulica u srpnju 2022. povećane su za 10 posto: do tada su im se mjesečna primanja kretala od 5000 do 5500 kuna, a transportni su radnici imali oko 6000 kuna. Nedavnom novom sistematizacijom, koeficijenti terenskih radnika "Čistoće" uvećani su za dodatnih šest posto.
U dubrovačkoj "Čistoći" ukupna prosječna primanja komunalaca, s ugovorenom dodatcima za 2022. godinu, iznosila su za radno mjesto čistač je 867 eura (6532 kune), a za pomoćnog radnika 968 eura (7293 kune). Podsjetimo, prosječna neto plaća u Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj županiji iznosila je 6.584 kune u trećem tromjesečju prošle godine, o čemu je Dubrovački vjesnik pisao OVDJE.
Djelatnici šibenske komunalne tvrtke "Zeleni grad", koja obavlja poslove skupljanja otpada, na radnom mjestu higijeničara na sakupljanju otpada imaju neto plaću od 677 eura (bez troškova prijevoza i "marende"), za higijeničara na čišćenju otpada taj iznos je 662 eura, a za vozača - 742 eura, sve bez spomenutih dodataka.
Skupljanjem, prijevozom i odlaganjem komunalnog otpada na području Cetinske krajine bave se dvije tvrtke, pri čemu je ona veća "Čistoća Cetinske krajine" taj posao obavlja za područje gradova Sinj i Trilj i općina Dicmo, Hrvace i Otok.
Njihove plaće su - mizerne i primanja njihovih kolega iz splitske "Čistoće" za njih su misaona imenica.
- U "Čistoći Cetinske krajine" plaće su posljednji put povećane 2019. godine. Plaće su nedopustivo male. To sam jasno govorila dok sam bila djelatnica, a kažem i danas kada sam na dužnosti direktorice. Jedna od mojih prvih zadaća bit će nalaženje rješenja kako bi i naši zaposlenici imali koliko-toliko pristojnu plaću za posao kojega pošteno odrade.
Na izravnim poslovima skupljanja, odvoženja i odlaganja komunalnog otpada imamo oko 30 zaposlenih, vozača i radnika na vozilu. Plaća vozača početnika je 5000 kuna, odnosno 664 eura, a radnika na vozilu 610 eura. Uz to primaju topli obrok od 416 kuna, odnosno 55 eura i putne troškove čiji iznos ovisi o udaljenosti. Sve skupa malo pa nam se događa da nas napuštaju vozači jer drugdje mogu zaraditi više – kaže Kristina Šandrić, direktorica "Čistoće Cetinske krajine".

Kako bismo usporedili primanja radnika-operativaca iz splitske "Čistoće" koji su jučer ujutro počeli štrajk, a nakon nekoliko sati ga i prekinuli, provjerili smo koliko novca se nalazi u "buštama" njihovih kolega širom Dalmacije, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.
Plaće zadarskih čistača ulica u srpnju 2022. povećane su za 10 posto: do tada su im se mjesečna primanja kretala od 5000 do 5500 kuna, a transportni su radnici imali oko 6000 kuna. Nedavnom novom sistematizacijom, koeficijenti terenskih radnika "Čistoće" uvećani su za dodatnih šest posto.
U dubrovačkoj "Čistoći" ukupna prosječna primanja komunalaca, s ugovorenom dodatcima za 2022. godinu, iznosila su za radno mjesto čistač je 867 eura (6532 kune), a za pomoćnog radnika 968 eura (7293 kune). Podsjetimo, prosječna neto plaća u Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj županiji iznosila je 6.584 kune u trećem tromjesečju prošle godine, o čemu je Dubrovački vjesnik pisao OVDJE.
Djelatnici šibenske komunalne tvrtke "Zeleni grad", koja obavlja poslove skupljanja otpada, na radnom mjestu higijeničara na sakupljanju otpada imaju neto plaću od 677 eura (bez troškova prijevoza i "marende"), za higijeničara na čišćenju otpada taj iznos je 662 eura, a za vozača - 742 eura, sve bez spomenutih dodataka.
Skupljanjem, prijevozom i odlaganjem komunalnog otpada na području Cetinske krajine bave se dvije tvrtke, pri čemu je ona veća "Čistoća Cetinske krajine" taj posao obavlja za područje gradova Sinj i Trilj i općina Dicmo, Hrvace i Otok.
Njihove plaće su - mizerne i primanja njihovih kolega iz splitske "Čistoće" za njih su misaona imenica.
- U "Čistoći Cetinske krajine" plaće su posljednji put povećane 2019. godine. Plaće su nedopustivo male. To sam jasno govorila dok sam bila djelatnica, a kažem i danas kada sam na dužnosti direktorice. Jedna od mojih prvih zadaća bit će nalaženje rješenja kako bi i naši zaposlenici imali koliko-toliko pristojnu plaću za posao kojega pošteno odrade.
Na izravnim poslovima skupljanja, odvoženja i odlaganja komunalnog otpada imamo oko 30 zaposlenih, vozača i radnika na vozilu. Plaća vozača početnika je 5000 kuna, odnosno 664 eura, a radnika na vozilu 610 eura. Uz to primaju topli obrok od 416 kuna, odnosno 55 eura i putne troškove čiji iznos ovisi o udaljenosti. Sve skupa malo pa nam se događa da nas napuštaju vozači jer drugdje mogu zaraditi više – kaže Kristina Šandrić, direktorica "Čistoće Cetinske krajine".
