Nalaz zdravstvene inspekcije u KB "Sv. Duh" i KBC "Sestre milosrdnice" utvrdio je proceduralne propuste u slučaju Mirele Čavajde, donosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Priopćenje prenosimo u cijelosti:

"S ciljem rasvjetljavanja svih činjenica u tijeku medicinskog zbrinjavanja pacijentice te objektivnog informiranja javnosti, zdravstvena inspekcija Ministarstva zdravstva, obavila je zdravstveno-inspekcijski nadzor u KB "Sv. Duh", u KBC-u „Sestre milosrdnice" i KB Merkur.

Nakon uvida u cjelokupnu dokumentaciju i razgovora s djelatnicima u svim navedenim ustanovama, utvrđeni su proceduralni propusti u KB "Sv. Duh" i KBC-u Sestre milosrdnice, zbog čega će zdravstvena inspekcija, u okviru svojih nadležnosti, poduzeti daljnje mjere. U segmentu pružanja zdravstvene skrbi, utvrđeno je da je pacijentici pružena sva raspoloživa zdravstvena usluga u okvirima struke i zakonskih odredbi u Republici Hrvatskoj.

Radi utvrđivanja svih relevantnih činjenica ovog složenog slučaja, zdravstvena inspekcija je ocijenila potrebnim izvršiti nadzor i u privatnoj zdravstvenoj ustanovi gdje je vođena trudnoća pacijentice te će se o utvrđenim činjenicama naknadno izvijestiti javnost.

U pogledu utvrđenih nepravilnosti u KB "Sv. Duh", utvrđeno je nepoštivanje zakonske procedure djelovanja prvostupanjske komisije koja je naknadno ispravljena i adekvatno upućena na drugostupanjsku komisiju KBC-a Zagreb, dok je u KBC "Sestre milosrdnice", kojemu se pacijentica obratila putem odvjetnice, prilikom donošenja odluke prvog stupnja propušteno pacijenticu obavijestiti o njezinom pravu da se obrati KBC-u Zagreb kao drugostupanjskom tijelu.

Iz dijela medicinske dokumentacije iz KB "Sv. Duh", razvidno je da je nalaz magnetne rezonance očitan sljedećeg dana po provedenoj pretrazi, no zbog nedostupnosti liječnice koja je vodila trudnoću pacijentice, nije poznato koliko je vremena prošlo od očitanja nalaza do obavještavanja pacijentice o istome.

O navedenome će Ministarstvo u najkraćem roku utvrditi činjenice. Nadalje, zdravstvena inspekcija je također temeljem medicinske dokumentacije utvrdila da je pacijentici pružena sva raspoloživa stručna podrška zdravstvenih radnika KB "Sv. Duh" kako bi joj se maksimalno olakšalo njeno​ zdravstveno stanje.

U postupanjima KB Merkur, nisu utvrđeni propusti u procesu odlučivanja prvostupanjske komisije koja je razmatrala slučaj pacijentice na temelju ustupljene dokumentacije te se sukladno tome uputilo pacijenticu na drugostupanjsku komisiju u KBC Zagreb.

Kako je javnost upoznata, drugostupanjska komisija KBC-a Zagreb, na zahtjev pacijentice, donijela je odluku o prekidu trudnoće o čemu ju je obavijestila te su stručnjaci Klinike za ginekologiju, u sklopu Referentnog centra za perinatalnu medicinu, preporučili pacijentici medicinski zahvat u Republici Hrvatskoj na temelju struke i zakonske regulative".

Nalaz zdravstvene inspekcije u KB "Sv. Duh" i KBC "Sestre milosrdnice" utvrdio je proceduralne propuste u slučaju Mirele Čavajde, donosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Priopćenje prenosimo u cijelosti:

"S ciljem rasvjetljavanja svih činjenica u tijeku medicinskog zbrinjavanja pacijentice te objektivnog informiranja javnosti, zdravstvena inspekcija Ministarstva zdravstva, obavila je zdravstveno-inspekcijski nadzor u KB "Sv. Duh", u KBC-u „Sestre milosrdnice" i KB Merkur.

Nakon uvida u cjelokupnu dokumentaciju i razgovora s djelatnicima u svim navedenim ustanovama, utvrđeni su proceduralni propusti u KB "Sv. Duh" i KBC-u Sestre milosrdnice, zbog čega će zdravstvena inspekcija, u okviru svojih nadležnosti, poduzeti daljnje mjere. U segmentu pružanja zdravstvene skrbi, utvrđeno je da je pacijentici pružena sva raspoloživa zdravstvena usluga u okvirima struke i zakonskih odredbi u Republici Hrvatskoj.

Radi utvrđivanja svih relevantnih činjenica ovog složenog slučaja, zdravstvena inspekcija je ocijenila potrebnim izvršiti nadzor i u privatnoj zdravstvenoj ustanovi gdje je vođena trudnoća pacijentice te će se o utvrđenim činjenicama naknadno izvijestiti javnost.

U pogledu utvrđenih nepravilnosti u KB "Sv. Duh", utvrđeno je nepoštivanje zakonske procedure djelovanja prvostupanjske komisije koja je naknadno ispravljena i adekvatno upućena na drugostupanjsku komisiju KBC-a Zagreb, dok je u KBC "Sestre milosrdnice", kojemu se pacijentica obratila putem odvjetnice, prilikom donošenja odluke prvog stupnja propušteno pacijenticu obavijestiti o njezinom pravu da se obrati KBC-u Zagreb kao drugostupanjskom tijelu.

Iz dijela medicinske dokumentacije iz KB "Sv. Duh", razvidno je da je nalaz magnetne rezonance očitan sljedećeg dana po provedenoj pretrazi, no zbog nedostupnosti liječnice koja je vodila trudnoću pacijentice, nije poznato koliko je vremena prošlo od očitanja nalaza do obavještavanja pacijentice o istome.

O navedenome će Ministarstvo u najkraćem roku utvrditi činjenice. Nadalje, zdravstvena inspekcija je također temeljem medicinske dokumentacije utvrdila da je pacijentici pružena sva raspoloživa stručna podrška zdravstvenih radnika KB "Sv. Duh" kako bi joj se maksimalno olakšalo njeno​ zdravstveno stanje.

U postupanjima KB Merkur, nisu utvrđeni propusti u procesu odlučivanja prvostupanjske komisije koja je razmatrala slučaj pacijentice na temelju ustupljene dokumentacije te se sukladno tome uputilo pacijenticu na drugostupanjsku komisiju u KBC Zagreb.

Kako je javnost upoznata, drugostupanjska komisija KBC-a Zagreb, na zahtjev pacijentice, donijela je odluku o prekidu trudnoće o čemu ju je obavijestila te su stručnjaci Klinike za ginekologiju, u sklopu Referentnog centra za perinatalnu medicinu, preporučili pacijentici medicinski zahvat u Republici Hrvatskoj na temelju struke i zakonske regulative".

Nalaz zdravstvene inspekcije u KB "Sv. Duh" i KBC "Sestre milosrdnice" utvrdio je proceduralne propuste u slučaju Mirele Čavajde, donosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Priopćenje prenosimo u cijelosti:

"S ciljem rasvjetljavanja svih činjenica u tijeku medicinskog zbrinjavanja pacijentice te objektivnog informiranja javnosti, zdravstvena inspekcija Ministarstva zdravstva, obavila je zdravstveno-inspekcijski nadzor u KB "Sv. Duh", u KBC-u „Sestre milosrdnice" i KB Merkur.

Nakon uvida u cjelokupnu dokumentaciju i razgovora s djelatnicima u svim navedenim ustanovama, utvrđeni su proceduralni propusti u KB "Sv. Duh" i KBC-u Sestre milosrdnice, zbog čega će zdravstvena inspekcija, u okviru svojih nadležnosti, poduzeti daljnje mjere. U segmentu pružanja zdravstvene skrbi, utvrđeno je da je pacijentici pružena sva raspoloživa zdravstvena usluga u okvirima struke i zakonskih odredbi u Republici Hrvatskoj.

Radi utvrđivanja svih relevantnih činjenica ovog složenog slučaja, zdravstvena inspekcija je ocijenila potrebnim izvršiti nadzor i u privatnoj zdravstvenoj ustanovi gdje je vođena trudnoća pacijentice te će se o utvrđenim činjenicama naknadno izvijestiti javnost.

U pogledu utvrđenih nepravilnosti u KB "Sv. Duh", utvrđeno je nepoštivanje zakonske procedure djelovanja prvostupanjske komisije koja je naknadno ispravljena i adekvatno upućena na drugostupanjsku komisiju KBC-a Zagreb, dok je u KBC "Sestre milosrdnice", kojemu se pacijentica obratila putem odvjetnice, prilikom donošenja odluke prvog stupnja propušteno pacijenticu obavijestiti o njezinom pravu da se obrati KBC-u Zagreb kao drugostupanjskom tijelu.

Iz dijela medicinske dokumentacije iz KB "Sv. Duh", razvidno je da je nalaz magnetne rezonance očitan sljedećeg dana po provedenoj pretrazi, no zbog nedostupnosti liječnice koja je vodila trudnoću pacijentice, nije poznato koliko je vremena prošlo od očitanja nalaza do obavještavanja pacijentice o istome.

O navedenome će Ministarstvo u najkraćem roku utvrditi činjenice. Nadalje, zdravstvena inspekcija je također temeljem medicinske dokumentacije utvrdila da je pacijentici pružena sva raspoloživa stručna podrška zdravstvenih radnika KB "Sv. Duh" kako bi joj se maksimalno olakšalo njeno​ zdravstveno stanje.
