Nezadovoljstvo liječnika ovih je dana eskaliralo dosad najvećim liječničkim prosvjedom u Hrvatskoj, a kako neki kažu, s obzirom na broj stanovnika, vjerojatno i jednim od najvećih u Europi. Na ulice je izišlo oko 1500 liječnika iz cijele Hrvatske jer im je dosta preopterećenosti, potplaćenosti i podcijenjenosti, dosta je šutnje. Jer, ako ih Hrvatska ne treba i neće, ima tko ih hoće! Ministar Vili Beroš, iako i sam liječnik, nije došao među kolege nego im se s distance obratio "otvorenim pismom". Premijer Plenković, na kojeg su sada adresirani svi liječnički zahtjevi jer je, kako ističu, problem nadišao ministra Beroša, nije ih primio, njihovo nezadovoljstvo i bunt naprosto je ignorirao.

Pitali smo dva šibenska umirovljena liječnika što oni misle o prosvjedu i opravdanosti zahtjeva liječnika, odnosno što je po njihovu uvjerenju glavni okidač revolta koji se izlio na ulice, piše Šibenski list.

Dr. Ivo Mišura, endokrinolog, prvi predsjednik županijskog povjerenstva Hrvatske liječničke komore, oko uzroka prosvjeda nema nikakvih dvojbi. Najveći problem su plaće i koeficijenti - sasvim je decidiran.

- Plaće su neadekvatne, odnos prema specijalizantima i prema specijalistima neprihvatljiv. I ja sam bio specijalizant i mogu reći, onima koji to ne znaju, da specijalizanti rade, onu cijelu svoju specijalizaciju odrade, ne sjede u kući i čitaju knjige - razbija dr. Mišura zabludu o specijalizantima.

U javnosti, međutim, vlada stereotip o liječnicima kao svojevrsnoj društvenoj eliti koja ima i više nego treba, pa mnogima nije jasno zašto se bune. Na tu tezu, dr. Mišura vadi iz fascikla papire, stavlja ih pred nas na stol i kaže:

- Evo, ako hoćete slobodno objavite kolika je moja mirovina - sa 41 godinom i 4 mjeseca staža, kada sam otišao u mirovinu 2011. dobio sam 5289 kuna mirovine. Eto, to je kompenzacija za predani liječnički rad od preko 41 godine!

U međuvremenu sam radio privatno i to se odrazilo na moju ukupnu mirovinu jer država daje poticaj za rad iza 65. godine, tako da mi je mirovina porasla. Sada je osam tisuća kuna, ali to sam ostvario naknadnim, privatnim radom, ne od države. Ukupno sam sakupio 45 godina staža kao liječnik. A zadnjih 3,5 godine koliko sam radio nakon umirovljenja, imao sam beneficiju jer država daje 1,8 posto za svaku godinu iza 65. Od 65. do 70. godine tko radi dobiva 1,8 posto godišnje kao dodatak na mirovinu. I zahvaljujući tome moja mirovina danas iznosi 8 tisuća kuna - detaljno objašnjava dr. Mišura. Toliko o preplaćenosti liječnika.

Problem je, napominje, i to što ministar Beroš evidentno ne razlikuje plaću i primanja, pa govori da nije bitna plaća, nego ono što ljudi prime. Da, ali imaju i prekovremeni rad i dežurstva, pripravnost, studije i predavanja koja drže, i razumljivo je da se to honorira. A po ministru im se ništa od toga ne bi trebalo plaćati. Ako profesor u školi radi honorarno to mu je plaćeno. Znači, ni njemu ne treba platiti?!

- Mogu vam reći i da se u moje vrijeme subspecijalizacija, primjerice, nije plaćala. A to vam je kad završite 4 godine specijalizacije, recimo kao internist, i onda još dvije godine subspecijalizacije i to vam se, to dodatno obrazovanje, nikako nije honoriralo. osim što ljudi mahom vjeruju da su liječnici preplaćeni, uvjereni su i da svi primaju mito, da pacijenta nitko neće ni pogledati dok ne dobije "plavu kuvertu". Kad sve to imamo u vidu, pravo je čudo da je ovaj liječnički prosvjed napokon naišao na odobravanje javnosti - ističe dr. Mišura.

Nezadovoljstvo liječnika ovih je dana eskaliralo dosad najvećim liječničkim prosvjedom u Hrvatskoj, a kako neki kažu, s obzirom na broj stanovnika, vjerojatno i jednim od najvećih u Europi. Na ulice je izišlo oko 1500 liječnika iz cijele Hrvatske jer im je dosta preopterećenosti, potplaćenosti i podcijenjenosti, dosta je šutnje. Jer, ako ih Hrvatska ne treba i neće, ima tko ih hoće! Ministar Vili Beroš, iako i sam liječnik, nije došao među kolege nego im se s distance obratio "otvorenim pismom". Premijer Plenković, na kojeg su sada adresirani svi liječnički zahtjevi jer je, kako ističu, problem nadišao ministra Beroša, nije ih primio, njihovo nezadovoljstvo i bunt naprosto je ignorirao.

Pitali smo dva šibenska umirovljena liječnika što oni misle o prosvjedu i opravdanosti zahtjeva liječnika, odnosno što je po njihovu uvjerenju glavni okidač revolta koji se izlio na ulice, piše Šibenski list.

Dr. Ivo Mišura, endokrinolog, prvi predsjednik županijskog povjerenstva Hrvatske liječničke komore, oko uzroka prosvjeda nema nikakvih dvojbi. Najveći problem su plaće i koeficijenti - sasvim je decidiran.

- Plaće su neadekvatne, odnos prema specijalizantima i prema specijalistima neprihvatljiv. I ja sam bio specijalizant i mogu reći, onima koji to ne znaju, da specijalizanti rade, onu cijelu svoju specijalizaciju odrade, ne sjede u kući i čitaju knjige - razbija dr. Mišura zabludu o specijalizantima.

U javnosti, međutim, vlada stereotip o liječnicima kao svojevrsnoj društvenoj eliti koja ima i više nego treba, pa mnogima nije jasno zašto se bune. Na tu tezu, dr. Mišura vadi iz fascikla papire, stavlja ih pred nas na stol i kaže:

- Evo, ako hoćete slobodno objavite kolika je moja mirovina - sa 41 godinom i 4 mjeseca staža, kada sam otišao u mirovinu 2011. dobio sam 5289 kuna mirovine. Eto, to je kompenzacija za predani liječnički rad od preko 41 godine!

U međuvremenu sam radio privatno i to se odrazilo na moju ukupnu mirovinu jer država daje poticaj za rad iza 65. godine, tako da mi je mirovina porasla. Sada je osam tisuća kuna, ali to sam ostvario naknadnim, privatnim radom, ne od države. Ukupno sam sakupio 45 godina staža kao liječnik. A zadnjih 3,5 godine koliko sam radio nakon umirovljenja, imao sam beneficiju jer država daje 1,8 posto za svaku godinu iza 65. Od 65. do 70. godine tko radi dobiva 1,8 posto godišnje kao dodatak na mirovinu. I zahvaljujući tome moja mirovina danas iznosi 8 tisuća kuna - detaljno objašnjava dr. Mišura. Toliko o preplaćenosti liječnika.

Problem je, napominje, i to što ministar Beroš evidentno ne razlikuje plaću i primanja, pa govori da nije bitna plaća, nego ono što ljudi prime. Da, ali imaju i prekovremeni rad i dežurstva, pripravnost, studije i predavanja koja drže, i razumljivo je da se to honorira. A po ministru im se ništa od toga ne bi trebalo plaćati. Ako profesor u školi radi honorarno to mu je plaćeno. Znači, ni njemu ne treba platiti?!

- Mogu vam reći i da se u moje vrijeme subspecijalizacija, primjerice, nije plaćala. A to vam je kad završite 4 godine specijalizacije, recimo kao internist, i onda još dvije godine subspecijalizacije i to vam se, to dodatno obrazovanje, nikako nije honoriralo. Kasnije se to ipak promijenilo, donosi Šibenski list

osim što ljudi mahom vjeruju da su liječnici preplaćeni, uvjereni su i da svi primaju mito, da pacijenta nitko neće ni pogledati dok ne dobije "plavu kuvertu". Kad sve to imamo u vidu, pravo je čudo da je ovaj liječnički prosvjed napokon naišao na odobravanje javnosti - ističe dr. Mišura.

Nezadovoljstvo liječnika ovih je dana eskaliralo dosad najvećim liječničkim prosvjedom u Hrvatskoj, a kako neki kažu, s obzirom na broj stanovnika, vjerojatno i jednim od najvećih u Europi. Na ulice je izišlo oko 1500 liječnika iz cijele Hrvatske jer im je dosta preopterećenosti, potplaćenosti i podcijenjenosti, dosta je šutnje. Jer, ako ih Hrvatska ne treba i neće, ima tko ih hoće! Ministar Vili Beroš, iako i sam liječnik, nije došao među kolege nego im se s distance obratio "otvorenim pismom". Premijer Plenković, na kojeg su sada adresirani svi liječnički zahtjevi jer je, kako ističu, problem nadišao ministra Beroša, nije ih primio, njihovo nezadovoljstvo i bunt naprosto je ignorirao.
