Sjedinjene Države ne mogu mirno sjediti i gledati kako se jedna NATO-ova država udružuje s Putinovim režimom i to pod slabo prikrivenim velom netrualnosti, a u isto vrijeme uništava demokraciju kod kuće, izjavljuju čelnici Američkog helsinškog odbora.

Podsjećamo, Mađarska je u četvrtak blokirala 18 milijardi eura ‘težak‘ paket pomoći Ukrajini koji sada stoji na ledu dok Kijev očajnički čeka financijsku injekciju za nadolazeće zimske mjesece. Prema procjenama MMF-a, Ukrajini treba 3 do 4 milijarde eura mjesečno kako bi podigli razorenu energetsku i inu infrastrukturu, piše Jutarnji list.

Orbanova vlada čvrsto se protivi sankcijama Moskvi, (kažu da su se pokazale kao "težak neuspjeh"), ne dopušta da se preko njenog teritorija izvozi ofenzivno oružje namijenjeno Ukrajini, a zadržava i ulazak Švedske i Finske u NATO savez. Mađarska i Turska jedine su dvije članice NATO-a koje još nisu ratificirale skandinavske zahtjeve za pristupanje savezu. Mađarsko vodstvo kontinuirano izaziva disrupcije u jedinstvenoj fronti NATO-a i Europske unije, što predstavlja ozbiljan sigurnosni i kredibilni rizik i za jednu i za drugu organizaciju. No, još je znakovitije da Viktor Orban otvoreno tvrdi da je Zapad isprovocirao Putinovu invaziju u Ukrajini.

Budimpešta se nekažnjeno ponaša kao glavni oslonac Rusije u Europi, što nije samo uvreda za europsku solidarnost već ukazuje i na slabost NATO-ovog saveza. Ovakva Orbanova politika ne korelira sa stavovima mađarskih građana. Prema istraživanju koje prenosi 24.hu, jedan od tri najveća mađarska portala, 57 posto građana smatra da bi Viktor Orban trebao oštrije osuditi Rusiju, a 69 posto ih smatra da je Rusija agresor u ovom ratu. U veljači 64 posto, za razliku od proljeća kada je tako mislilo samo 36 posto mađarskih građana.

Prema podacima Instituta Publicus, dvije trećine ispitanih smatraju da nije moguće istovremeno održavati dobre političke odnose s EU i Rusijom. U međuvremenu, Budimpešta nastavlja svoj i ne baš tihi rat protiv europskih institucija. "Politika Bruxellesa prema Moskvi uništava gospodarstvo Europske unije", tvrde u Orbanovoj vladi.

"Mi smo u minusu"

"Sankcije protiv Rusije nisu postigle nijedan od navedenih ciljeva EU-a i samo su naštetile gospodarstvima zemalja članica, to je potpuni promašaj!", rekao je mađarski ministar vanjskih poslova Peter Szijjarto. "Rat postaje sve brutalniji, a europska ekonomija je na konopcima", kaže.

Szijjarto navodi da je Mađarska u 2021. godini uvoz energenata platila 7 milijardi eura, a onda zbog sankcija izgubila 19 milijardi eura. "Eto, to je razlika, to je rezultat promašene politike sankcija", kaže Szijjarto.

Orbanova vlada tvrdi da bi se umjesto ekonomskih sankcija, EU trebala usredotočiti na postizanje mira u regiji. "Mi smo jedini u Europi koji se zalažu za mir", kaže mađarski ministar vanjskih poslova.

Valja reći i da mađarsko gospodarstvo uvelike ovisi o ruskim energentima, a Orban se tvrdo opirao planovima Bruxellesa da se potpuno zabrani uvoz nafte i plina iz Moskve. Nakon napetih pregovora, Budimpešti je odobreno nekoliko izuzeća na kupnju ruskih fosilnih goriva.

U Bruxellesu Mađare optužuju za ucjenu. Mađarska je pod sve većim financijskim pritiskom jer EU prijeti obustavom oko 7,5 milijardi eura iz EU fondova u okviru mehanizma koji povezuje proračunske isplate sa standardima vladavine prava, dok je dodatnih 5,8 milijardi eura u sredstvima za oporavak od pandemije također na liniji. Bruxelles zahtijeva antikorupcijske i pravosudne reforme kako bi se novac oslobodio. Orban se blokadom paketa pomoći Ukrajini nada zaobići ove zahtjeve.

Nijemci su posebno frustrirani posljednjim Orbanovim potezom. Njemačka ministrica vanjskih poslova Annalena Baerbock oštro je u četvrtak kritizirala Mađarsku zbog blokiranja 18 milijardi eura financijske pomoći EU Ukrajini, rekavši da Budimpešta ne bi trebala "igrati poker" u ovoj situaciji.

"Naša humanitarna potpora Ukrajini nije jedna od onih uobičajenih europskih stvari gdje ljudi pregovaraju naprijed-natrag o financijama, u situaciji smo da spašavamo živote upravo uz financijsku potporu iz Europe", rekla je Baerbock.

Sada stranke u njemačkoj vladajućoj koaliciji pozivaju kancelara Olafa Scholza da "temeljito" preispita mađarske reforme i da podrži oslobađanje milijardi iz fondova namijenjenih Budimpešti samo ako Orban dokaže da je ozbiljan u implementiranju praksi koje zahtijeva Bruxelles.

Stvar će vjerojatno doći do vrhunca na sastanku europskih ministara financija 6. prosinca, piše Jutarnji list.

Sjedinjene Države ne mogu mirno sjediti i gledati kako se jedna NATO-ova država udružuje s Putinovim režimom i to pod slabo prikrivenim velom netrualnosti, a u isto vrijeme uništava demokraciju kod kuće, izjavljuju čelnici Američkog helsinškog odbora.

Podsjećamo, Mađarska je u četvrtak blokirala 18 milijardi eura ‘težak‘ paket pomoći Ukrajini koji sada stoji na ledu dok Kijev očajnički čeka financijsku injekciju za nadolazeće zimske mjesece. Prema procjenama MMF-a, Ukrajini treba 3 do 4 milijarde eura mjesečno kako bi podigli razorenu energetsku i inu infrastrukturu, piše Jutarnji list.

Orbanova vlada čvrsto se protivi sankcijama Moskvi, (kažu da su se pokazale kao "težak neuspjeh"), ne dopušta da se preko njenog teritorija izvozi ofenzivno oružje namijenjeno Ukrajini, a zadržava i ulazak Švedske i Finske u NATO savez. Mađarska i Turska jedine su dvije članice NATO-a koje još nisu ratificirale skandinavske zahtjeve za pristupanje savezu. Mađarsko vodstvo kontinuirano izaziva disrupcije u jedinstvenoj fronti NATO-a i Europske unije, što predstavlja ozbiljan sigurnosni i kredibilni rizik i za jednu i za drugu organizaciju. No, još je znakovitije da Viktor Orban otvoreno tvrdi da je Zapad isprovocirao Putinovu invaziju u Ukrajini.

Budimpešta se nekažnjeno ponaša kao glavni oslonac Rusije u Europi, što nije samo uvreda za europsku solidarnost već ukazuje i na slabost NATO-ovog saveza. Ovakva Orbanova politika ne korelira sa stavovima mađarskih građana. Prema istraživanju koje prenosi 24.hu, jedan od tri najveća mađarska portala, 57 posto građana smatra da bi Viktor Orban trebao oštrije osuditi Rusiju, a 69 posto ih smatra da je Rusija agresor u ovom ratu. U veljači 64 posto, za razliku od proljeća kada je tako mislilo samo 36 posto mađarskih građana.

Prema podacima Instituta Publicus, dvije trećine ispitanih smatraju da nije moguće istovremeno održavati dobre političke odnose s EU i Rusijom. U međuvremenu, Budimpešta nastavlja svoj i ne baš tihi rat protiv europskih institucija. "Politika Bruxellesa prema Moskvi uništava gospodarstvo Europske unije", tvrde u Orbanovoj vladi.

"Mi smo u minusu"

"Sankcije protiv Rusije nisu postigle nijedan od navedenih ciljeva EU-a i samo su naštetile gospodarstvima zemalja članica, to je potpuni promašaj!", rekao je mađarski ministar vanjskih poslova Peter Szijjarto. "Rat postaje sve brutalniji, a europska ekonomija je na konopcima", kaže.

Szijjarto navodi da je Mađarska u 2021. godini uvoz energenata platila 7 milijardi eura, a onda zbog sankcija izgubila 19 milijardi eura. "Eto, to je razlika, to je rezultat promašene politike sankcija", kaže Szijjarto.

Orbanova vlada tvrdi da bi se umjesto ekonomskih sankcija, EU trebala usredotočiti na postizanje mira u regiji. "Mi smo jedini u Europi koji se zalažu za mir", kaže mađarski ministar vanjskih poslova.

Valja reći i da mađarsko gospodarstvo uvelike ovisi o ruskim energentima, a Orban se tvrdo opirao planovima Bruxellesa da se potpuno zabrani uvoz nafte i plina iz Moskve. Nakon napetih pregovora, Budimpešti je odobreno nekoliko izuzeća na kupnju ruskih fosilnih goriva.

U Bruxellesu Mađare optužuju za ucjenu. Mađarska je pod sve većim financijskim pritiskom jer EU prijeti obustavom oko 7,5 milijardi eura iz EU fondova u okviru mehanizma koji povezuje proračunske isplate sa standardima vladavine prava, dok je dodatnih 5,8 milijardi eura u sredstvima za oporavak od pandemije također na liniji. Bruxelles zahtijeva antikorupcijske i pravosudne reforme kako bi se novac oslobodio. Orban se blokadom paketa pomoći Ukrajini nada zaobići ove zahtjeve.

Nijemci su posebno frustrirani posljednjim Orbanovim potezom. Njemačka ministrica vanjskih poslova Annalena Baerbock oštro je u četvrtak kritizirala Mađarsku zbog blokiranja 18 milijardi eura financijske pomoći EU Ukrajini, rekavši da Budimpešta ne bi trebala "igrati poker" u ovoj situaciji.

"Naša humanitarna potpora Ukrajini nije jedna od onih uobičajenih europskih stvari gdje ljudi pregovaraju naprijed-natrag o financijama, u situaciji smo da spašavamo živote upravo uz financijsku potporu iz Europe", rekla je Baerbock.

Sada stranke u njemačkoj vladajućoj koaliciji pozivaju kancelara Olafa Scholza da "temeljito" preispita mađarske reforme i da podrži oslobađanje milijardi iz fondova namijenjenih Budimpešti samo ako Orban dokaže da je ozbiljan u implementiranju praksi koje zahtijeva Bruxelles.

Stvar će vjerojatno doći do vrhunca na sastanku europskih ministara financija 6. prosinca, piše Jutarnji list.
