Na sjednici Općinskog vijeća Općine Ston usvojen je proračun za 2020. godinu, a za novo programsko razdoblje priprema se dosta projekata koji bi se financirali iz EU fondova.

Jedan od njih je projekt uspinjače do brda Podzvizd. Realizacija ovog projekta u budućnosti priskrbila bi Stonu ono što je jedna od glavnih turističkih atrakcija u Dubrovniku – uspinjaču ili žičaru koja godišnje svom vlasniku zaradi velik novac.

Nezaboravan pogled

U ovom slučaju vlasnik bi bila Općina Ston, a u kojoj je fazi projekt, pitali smo načelnika Vedrana Antunicu:

- Kad se sanira tvrđava Podzvizd, koja ima izuzetno lijepi pogled, dobro bi ga bilo približiti našim gostima. Ako imate nešto lijepo, a nije dostupno većem broju ljudi, onda od toga nema ništa – rekao je načelnik. - Naš poznati alpinist Stipe Božić je svojedobno, snimajući reportažu o usponu na stonske zidine, rekao kako odavno nije doživio takav nezaboravan pogled koji se s brda Podzvizd, osim na sam Ston, pruža na južnu i sjevernu stranu Pelješca. Iz njegove izjave zapravo je nastala ideja od stonskoj uspinjači – podsjetio je Antunica.

- Prvi uvjet za izgradnju uspinjače je izmjena općinskog prostornog plana, koji se treba uskladiti sa županijskim. Traje javna rasprava. To je proces, od ideje do realizacije treba malo više vremena, jer osim ekonomskih analiza, potrebno je izraditi studiju utjecaja na okoliš i idejni projekt. Ali to je ideja koja ide – naglasio je stonski načelnik.

Za obnovu tvrđave Podzvizd, koju radi Društvo prijatelja dubrovačke starine, izrađena je arheološka studija i dio projektne dokumentacije, dodao je.

– U prostornom planu smo definirali područje, a hoće li to biti žičara ili uspinjača na šinama slično kao u Zagrebu, vidjet ćemo. To će odlučiti struka. I konzervatori su načelno odobrili ideju. Jedna je od ideja da polazna stanica bude prema Hodilju, a silazak poviše malog Stona, da ne bi narušavala vizure Stona – naglasio se.

Na pitanje kad bi mogli očekivati prvi 'đir', Antunica je rekao da je to zaista teško predvidjeti.

– Nastojat ćemo projekt kandidirati na europske fondove jer je riječ o ogromnim novcima – rekao je, te dodao da su i drugi vijećnici prihvatili ovu ideju kao dobru.

- Ovaj projekt donijet će boljitak cijelom prostoru, ne samo Općini Ston. Tko bi mogao biti protiv toga? Donijet će i nova radna mjesta. Bude li upola uspješna kao dubrovačka, to će biti sjajno – zaključio je načelnik.

Najvažnija je lokacija

Općinski vijećnik Slobodan Pavlović (DP) rekao je da je, po njemu, lokacija uspinjače prema Hodilju promašena i da bi to bile bačene pare, jer je pogled tamo nikakav. Inače, o projektu misli da je odličan i potreban Stonu koji će s njime dobiti puno, samo što nije na dobroj lokaciji.

- Realizacija na krivom mjestu je potpuni promašaj takvog projekta. Što je najvažnije kad nešto gradite? Lokacija! Zašto je dubrovačka žičara atraktivna? Zato što, kad se ukrcate u tu kabinu cijelo vrijeme, dok se vozite na Srđ, doživljavate prekrasan pogled na Grad – istaknuo je vijećnik iz redova Domovinskog pokreta.

– To je razlog zbog kojeg turisti hrle na žičaru, a ne samo da dođu na vrh. To se treba dogoditi i u Stonu, gdje bi podizanjem do Podzvizda imali na jednu stranu pogled na Ston, solanu i Mljet i s drugu stranu na Mali Ston, Malostonski zaljev, otočiće i svu onu divotu – istaknuo je Pavlović.

Na sjednici Općinskog vijeća Općine Ston usvojen je proračun za 2020. godinu, a za novo programsko razdoblje priprema se dosta projekata koji bi se financirali iz EU fondova.

Jedan od njih je projekt uspinjače do brda Podzvizd. Realizacija ovog projekta u budućnosti priskrbila bi Stonu ono što je jedna od glavnih turističkih atrakcija u Dubrovniku – uspinjaču ili žičaru koja godišnje svom vlasniku zaradi velik novac.

Nezaboravan pogled

U ovom slučaju vlasnik bi bila Općina Ston, a u kojoj je fazi projekt, pitali smo načelnika Vedrana Antunicu:

- Kad se sanira tvrđava Podzvizd, koja ima izuzetno lijepi pogled, dobro bi ga bilo približiti našim gostima. Ako imate nešto lijepo, a nije dostupno većem broju ljudi, onda od toga nema ništa – rekao je načelnik. - Naš poznati alpinist Stipe Božić je svojedobno, snimajući reportažu o usponu na stonske zidine, rekao kako odavno nije doživio takav nezaboravan pogled koji se s brda Podzvizd, osim na sam Ston, pruža na južnu i sjevernu stranu Pelješca. Iz njegove izjave zapravo je nastala ideja od stonskoj uspinjači – podsjetio je Antunica.

- Prvi uvjet za izgradnju uspinjače je izmjena općinskog prostornog plana, koji se treba uskladiti sa županijskim. Traje javna rasprava. To je proces, od ideje do realizacije treba malo više vremena, jer osim ekonomskih analiza, potrebno je izraditi studiju utjecaja na okoliš i idejni projekt. Ali to je ideja koja ide – naglasio je stonski načelnik.

Za obnovu tvrđave Podzvizd, koju radi Društvo prijatelja dubrovačke starine, izrađena je arheološka studija i dio projektne dokumentacije, dodao je.

– U prostornom planu smo definirali područje, a hoće li to biti žičara ili uspinjača na šinama slično kao u Zagrebu, vidjet ćemo. To će odlučiti struka. I konzervatori su načelno odobrili ideju. Jedna je od ideja da polazna stanica bude prema Hodilju, a silazak poviše malog Stona, da ne bi narušavala vizure Stona – naglasio se.

Na pitanje kad bi mogli očekivati prvi 'đir', Antunica je rekao da je to zaista teško predvidjeti.

– Nastojat ćemo projekt kandidirati na europske fondove jer je riječ o ogromnim novcima – rekao je, te dodao da su i drugi vijećnici prihvatili ovu ideju kao dobru.

- Ovaj projekt donijet će boljitak cijelom prostoru, ne samo Općini Ston. Tko bi mogao biti protiv toga? Donijet će i nova radna mjesta. Bude li upola uspješna kao dubrovačka, to će biti sjajno – zaključio je načelnik.

Najvažnija je lokacija

Općinski vijećnik Slobodan Pavlović (DP) rekao je da je, po njemu, lokacija uspinjače prema Hodilju promašena i da bi to bile bačene pare, jer je pogled tamo nikakav. Inače, o projektu misli da je odličan i potreban Stonu koji će s njime dobiti puno, samo što nije na dobroj lokaciji.

- Realizacija na krivom mjestu je potpuni promašaj takvog projekta. Što je najvažnije kad nešto gradite? Lokacija! Zašto je dubrovačka žičara atraktivna? Zato što, kad se ukrcate u tu kabinu cijelo vrijeme, dok se vozite na Srđ, doživljavate prekrasan pogled na Grad – istaknuo je vijećnik iz redova Domovinskog pokreta.

– To je razlog zbog kojeg turisti hrle na žičaru, a ne samo da dođu na vrh. To se treba dogoditi i u Stonu, gdje bi podizanjem do Podzvizda imali na jednu stranu pogled na Ston, solanu i Mljet i s drugu stranu na Mali Ston, Malostonski zaljev, otočiće i svu onu divotu – istaknuo je Pavlović.
