“Nakon što je informaciju dobila odvjetnica gđe Mirele Čavajde o odluci drugostupanjske komisije o situaciji zahtjeva prekida trudnoće. Magnet mozga pokazao je nove značajno promijenjene okolnosti o kojem neću u detalje. Na osnovu toga je komisija procijenila da su ispunjeni medicinski i zakonski preduvjeti za prekid trudnoće”, rekao je ministar Vili Beroš za N1, prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

“Komisija sastavljena od eminentnih stručnjaka, suca i zdravstebog radnika, ocijenila je da je stanje jako teško i odobrila prekid trudnoće. Zakon ne regulira daljnje postupanje. Sugeriram da se gospođa obrati u neku od zagrebačkih kliničkih bolnica, da se dogovori sa stručnjacima o načinu provođenja prekida trudnoće”, dodao je:

“Želim garantirati da će se napraviti ono što je za gospođu najsigurnije i što je optimalno i u skladu s njenim zahtjevima. Ako se odluči na zahvat koji se ne provodi u Hrvatskoj, bit će omogućeno liječenje u inozemstvu. S obzirom na pozitivan pravni lijek ostvareni su svi pravni preduvjeti za plaćanje te procedure u inozemstvu. Već sutra može na razgovor o opcijama.

Kontrolno snimanje s odmakom ukazalo je na to o čemu se radi što nije moglo biti utvrđeno na prvom pregledu magnetske rezonance kao ni UZV-om. Dodatna obrada ukazala je na relno stanje stvari iako smo se svi nadali da to neće biti tako. Mislim da bi imala priliku i da nije izašla u medije.”

Kazao je da je samo djelomično vidio nalaz inspekcije u bolnicama. “Kad dobijem kompletno izvješće, očitovat ću se. Bilo bi nevjerojatno od bilo koga, pogotovo liječnika i ministra, o ovakvim situacijama kad je riječ o životu i smrti baratati nečim što nije istina. Budući da me prozivaju da lažem, odgovorno tvrdim da sam dobio nalaze o psihološkoj pomoći i da je nakon toga stanje poboljšano i dobio sam pisani nalaz prvog magneta u kojem se hidrocefalus ne opisuje.”

N1 podsjeća da se Čavajda javila za prekid trudnoće u četiri zagrebačke bolnice i u svima je odbijena. Prekid trudnoće je zatražila jer joj beba ima tumor na mozgu zbog kojega će, kako su joj rekli liječnici, ili umrijeti ili živjeti kao biljka.

Nakon što je sa svojom strašnom pričom izašla u medije, na noge se digao zdravstveni sustav, nadležni ministar, a povuklo se i pitanja nedostupnosti pobačaja u mnogim bolnicama zbog ginekologa koji se pozivaju na priziv savjesti.

Kako Jutarnji list neslužbeno doznaje, drugostupanjska komisija KBC-a Zagreb pozitivno je ocijenila žalbu Mirele Čavajde.

Kako također neslužbeno doznajemo, postoji mogućnost da će se ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš uskoro o ovom slučaju s detaljnijim informacijama obratiti javnosti.

Podsjetimo, Čavajda je u utorak na Rebru napravila novu magnetsku rezonancu, u 28. tjednu trudnoće, koja je pokazala da je tumorska tvorba djeteta u progresiji odnosno da je porasla u odnosu na prethodni magnet.

Prema nalazu koji smo dobili na uvid od odvjetnice Vanje Jurić, jasno stoji da u usporedbi sa snimkama MR-a učinjenog 21. travnja u KB Sveti Duh, evidentno je povećanje volumena tvorbe i proširenja ventrikularnog sustava.

U nalazu navode da je najvjerojatnije riječ o teratomu (najčešćem intrakranijski tumor u fertilnoj dobi), no zbog smještaja u obzir dolazi i astrocitom visokog gradusa. Također, vidi se i razvoj hidrocefalusa, piše Jutarnji list.

Čavajdi je, podsjetimo, i na osnovu prošlog MR-a, jučer odobren medicinski inducirani pobačaj u Sloveniji.

“Nakon što je informaciju dobila odvjetnica gđe Mirele Čavajde o odluci drugostupanjske komisije o situaciji zahtjeva prekida trudnoće. Magnet mozga pokazao je nove značajno promijenjene okolnosti o kojem neću u detalje. Na osnovu toga je komisija procijenila da su ispunjeni medicinski i zakonski preduvjeti za prekid trudnoće”, rekao je ministar Vili Beroš za N1, prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

“Komisija sastavljena od eminentnih stručnjaka, suca i zdravstebog radnika, ocijenila je da je stanje jako teško i odobrila prekid trudnoće. Zakon ne regulira daljnje postupanje. Sugeriram da se gospođa obrati u neku od zagrebačkih kliničkih bolnica, da se dogovori sa stručnjacima o načinu provođenja prekida trudnoće”, dodao je:

“Želim garantirati da će se napraviti ono što je za gospođu najsigurnije i što je optimalno i u skladu s njenim zahtjevima. Ako se odluči na zahvat koji se ne provodi u Hrvatskoj, bit će omogućeno liječenje u inozemstvu. S obzirom na pozitivan pravni lijek ostvareni su svi pravni preduvjeti za plaćanje te procedure u inozemstvu. Već sutra može na razgovor o opcijama.

Kontrolno snimanje s odmakom ukazalo je na to o čemu se radi što nije moglo biti utvrđeno na prvom pregledu magnetske rezonance kao ni UZV-om. Dodatna obrada ukazala je na relno stanje stvari iako smo se svi nadali da to neće biti tako. Mislim da bi imala priliku i da nije izašla u medije.”

Kazao je da je samo djelomično vidio nalaz inspekcije u bolnicama. “Kad dobijem kompletno izvješće, očitovat ću se. Bilo bi nevjerojatno od bilo koga, pogotovo liječnika i ministra, o ovakvim situacijama kad je riječ o životu i smrti baratati nečim što nije istina. Budući da me prozivaju da lažem, odgovorno tvrdim da sam dobio nalaze o psihološkoj pomoći i da je nakon toga stanje poboljšano i dobio sam pisani nalaz prvog magneta u kojem se hidrocefalus ne opisuje.”

N1 podsjeća da se Čavajda javila za prekid trudnoće u četiri zagrebačke bolnice i u svima je odbijena. Prekid trudnoće je zatražila jer joj beba ima tumor na mozgu zbog kojega će, kako su joj rekli liječnici, ili umrijeti ili živjeti kao biljka.

Nakon što je sa svojom strašnom pričom izašla u medije, na noge se digao zdravstveni sustav, nadležni ministar, a povuklo se i pitanja nedostupnosti pobačaja u mnogim bolnicama zbog ginekologa koji se pozivaju na priziv savjesti.

Kako Jutarnji list neslužbeno doznaje, drugostupanjska komisija KBC-a Zagreb pozitivno je ocijenila žalbu Mirele Čavajde.

Kako također neslužbeno doznajemo, postoji mogućnost da će se ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš uskoro o ovom slučaju s detaljnijim informacijama obratiti javnosti.

Podsjetimo, Čavajda je u utorak na Rebru napravila novu magnetsku rezonancu, u 28. tjednu trudnoće, koja je pokazala da je tumorska tvorba djeteta u progresiji odnosno da je porasla u odnosu na prethodni magnet.

Prema nalazu koji smo dobili na uvid od odvjetnice Vanje Jurić, jasno stoji da u usporedbi sa snimkama MR-a učinjenog 21. travnja u KB Sveti Duh, evidentno je povećanje volumena tvorbe i proširenja ventrikularnog sustava.

U nalazu navode da je najvjerojatnije riječ o teratomu (najčešćem intrakranijski tumor u fertilnoj dobi), no zbog smještaja u obzir dolazi i astrocitom visokog gradusa. Također, vidi se i razvoj hidrocefalusa, piše Jutarnji list.

Čavajdi je, podsjetimo, i na osnovu prošlog MR-a, jučer odobren medicinski inducirani pobačaj u Sloveniji.

“Nakon što je informaciju dobila odvjetnica gđe Mirele Čavajde o odluci drugostupanjske komisije o situaciji zahtjeva prekida trudnoće. Magnet mozga pokazao je nove značajno promijenjene okolnosti o kojem neću u detalje. Na osnovu toga je komisija procijenila da su ispunjeni medicinski i zakonski preduvjeti za prekid trudnoće”, rekao je ministar Vili Beroš za N1, prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

“Komisija sastavljena od eminentnih stručnjaka, suca i zdravstebog radnika, ocijenila je da je stanje jako teško i odobrila prekid trudnoće. Zakon ne regulira daljnje postupanje. Sugeriram da se gospođa obrati u neku od zagrebačkih kliničkih bolnica, da se dogovori sa stručnjacima o načinu provođenja prekida trudnoće”, dodao je:
