Predsjedatelj Vijeća ministara BiH Zoran Tegeltija izjavio je u subotu kako mu nije jasno zbog čega se u Dubrovniku i Hrvatskoj netko protivi gradnji zračne luke u Trebinju tvrdeći da je to projekt od kojega bi svi imali koristi.
Tegeltija je lokalnim medijima potvrdio da je primio pismo dubrovačkog gradonačelnika Mate Frankovića kojim je on zatražio da se zaustave sve pripreme za gradnju zračne luke u Trebinju dok se ne utvrdi mogući utjecaj tog projekta na okoliš uključujući tu i rijeku Omblu, donosi N1.
Franković je predsjedatelja Vijeća ministara BiH podsjetio kako je ta zemlja kao i Hrvatska te Srbija kao potencijalni investitor potpisnica Konvencije o procjeni utjecaja na okoliš preko državnih granica te bi stoga gradnja zračne luke morala biti zaustavljena sve dok se činjenično ne utvrdi da nema opasnosti od utjecaja kojega bi izgradnja zračne luke imala na izvorište rijeke Omble koje je od lokaliteta planirane zračne luke udaljeno svega osam kilometara.
Zračnu luku u Trebinju uz to planiraju graditi na kraškom zemljištu koje je izrazito propusno.
Tegeltija je kazao da je spreman na razgovor s hrvatskom vladom o svim otvorenim pitanjima te je istaknuo da je za BiH važno i to što će biti s projektom odlagališta nuklearnog otpada na Trgovskoj gori kod Dvora na Uni a za Frankovićevo pismo kazao je kako ga "ne razumije".
"Ne razumijem zašto se gradonačelnik Dubrovnika ne raduje izgradnji zračne luke u Trebinju s obzirom na ekonomski značaj koji njegova izgradnja ima ne samo za Trebinje, već za cijelu Republiku Srpsku i BiH", izjavio je Tegeltija izbjegavši komentirati zabrinutost u Dubrovniku zbog mogućeg onečišćenja Omble.
Trebinjski gradonačelnik Mirko Ćuk koji je kao i Tegeltija član Saveza nezavisnih socijaldemokrata (SNSD) predvođenog Miloradom Dodikom bio je još grublji poručivši Frankoviću "da ne smeta".
"Ja sam za to da se svi uvjeti ispune, ali isto tako bez upletanja politike. Nema potrebe za suvišnim komentarima da će gradnja aerodroma u Trebinju utjecati na izvorište rijeke", kazao je trebinjski gradonačelnik.
Vijeće ministara BiH je ranije ovog tjedna utvrdilo prijedlog osnova za vođenje pregovora radi zaključivanja Memoranduma o razumijevanju i suradnji na realizaciji infrastrukturnog projekta zračne luke u Trebinju između Vijeća ministara BiH i vlade Srbije. Pokretanje tih pregovora još treba odobriti Predsjedništvo BiH.
U raspravu o ovom projektu u subotu se na Facebooku uključila i ministrica vanjskih poslova BiH Bisera Turković koju dužnosnici iz reda bosanskih Srba optužuju da koči taj projekt. Ona je navela kako zračna luka u Trebinju, ili bilo koji drugi projekt za koji postoji potreba, neće biti sporan ako je u skladu sa zakonom i svim pozitivnim propisima.
Zamisao o gradnji zračne luke u Trebinju prvi je prije dvije godine iznio srbijanski predsjednik Aleksandar Vučić najavivši da će to u cjelosti financirati Beograd. Ustvrdio je kako je to od značaja za prometno povezivanje istočne Hercegovine sa Srbijom i regijom.
Nova zračna luka planirana je uz grad koji ima jedva 30 tisuća stanovnika i u rijetko naseljenoj regiji a u krugu od 50-ak kilometara već postoje tri zračne luke u Mostaru, Dubrovniku i Tivtu.

Tegeltija je lokalnim medijima potvrdio da je primio pismo dubrovačkog gradonačelnika Mate Frankovića kojim je on zatražio da se zaustave sve pripreme za gradnju zračne luke u Trebinju dok se ne utvrdi mogući utjecaj tog projekta na okoliš uključujući tu i rijeku Omblu, donosi N1.
Franković je predsjedatelja Vijeća ministara BiH podsjetio kako je ta zemlja kao i Hrvatska te Srbija kao potencijalni investitor potpisnica Konvencije o procjeni utjecaja na okoliš preko državnih granica te bi stoga gradnja zračne luke morala biti zaustavljena sve dok se činjenično ne utvrdi da nema opasnosti od utjecaja kojega bi izgradnja zračne luke imala na izvorište rijeke Omble koje je od lokaliteta planirane zračne luke udaljeno svega osam kilometara.
Zračnu luku u Trebinju uz to planiraju graditi na kraškom zemljištu koje je izrazito propusno.
Tegeltija je kazao da je spreman na razgovor s hrvatskom vladom o svim otvorenim pitanjima te je istaknuo da je za BiH važno i to što će biti s projektom odlagališta nuklearnog otpada na Trgovskoj gori kod Dvora na Uni a za Frankovićevo pismo kazao je kako ga "ne razumije".
"Ne razumijem zašto se gradonačelnik Dubrovnika ne raduje izgradnji zračne luke u Trebinju s obzirom na ekonomski značaj koji njegova izgradnja ima ne samo za Trebinje, već za cijelu Republiku Srpsku i BiH", izjavio je Tegeltija izbjegavši komentirati zabrinutost u Dubrovniku zbog mogućeg onečišćenja Omble.
Trebinjski gradonačelnik Mirko Ćuk koji je kao i Tegeltija član Saveza nezavisnih socijaldemokrata (SNSD) predvođenog Miloradom Dodikom bio je još grublji poručivši Frankoviću "da ne smeta".
"Ja sam za to da se svi uvjeti ispune, ali isto tako bez upletanja politike. Nema potrebe za suvišnim komentarima da će gradnja aerodroma u Trebinju utjecati na izvorište rijeke", kazao je trebinjski gradonačelnik.
Vijeće ministara BiH je ranije ovog tjedna utvrdilo prijedlog osnova za vođenje pregovora radi zaključivanja Memoranduma o razumijevanju i suradnji na realizaciji infrastrukturnog projekta zračne luke u Trebinju između Vijeća ministara BiH i vlade Srbije. Pokretanje tih pregovora još treba odobriti Predsjedništvo BiH.
U raspravu o ovom projektu u subotu se na Facebooku uključila i ministrica vanjskih poslova BiH Bisera Turković koju dužnosnici iz reda bosanskih Srba optužuju da koči taj projekt. Ona je navela kako zračna luka u Trebinju, ili bilo koji drugi projekt za koji postoji potreba, neće biti sporan ako je u skladu sa zakonom i svim pozitivnim propisima.
Zamisao o gradnji zračne luke u Trebinju prvi je prije dvije godine iznio srbijanski predsjednik Aleksandar Vučić najavivši da će to u cjelosti financirati Beograd. Ustvrdio je kako je to od značaja za prometno povezivanje istočne Hercegovine sa Srbijom i regijom.
Nova zračna luka planirana je uz grad koji ima jedva 30 tisuća stanovnika i u rijetko naseljenoj regiji a u krugu od 50-ak kilometara već postoje tri zračne luke u Mostaru, Dubrovniku i Tivtu.
