Hrvatska službena statistika o migracijama Hrvata u potpunosti je nerealna i nepouzdana, a izgledno je kako su onda nepouzdani i službeni podaci s popisa stanovništva DZS-a, zaključuju u svojem radu o statističkom praćenju iseljavanja u inozemstvo znanstvenici s Instituta Ivo Pilar, Nenad Pokos i Ivo Turk.

Oni su, naime, usporedili službene podatke o odseljenim Hrvatima koje vodi Državni zavod za statistiku s podacima o doseljenim Hrvatima u periodu od 2011. do 2021. koje vode službena njemačka, austrijska, irska i švedska statistika, otkrivši da se u nekim slučajevima ti podaci razlikuju i do frapantnih 180 posto, naravno, na štetu domaćih podataka, otkriva Jutarnji list

Najveće uočene razlike postoje na primjeru iseljavanja u Irsku koja je Hrvatima postala interesantna nakon 2013. godine, kad je ta država najavila da neće ograničavati pristup tržištu rada hrvatskim radnicima.

PPSN broj

No, dok domaća službena statistika u periodu od jednog desetljeće bilježi kako se u Irsku iz Hrvatske doselio 9941 Hrvat, irski podaci nastali na temelju takozvanog PPSN broja, na temelju kojeg osoba u toj zemlji ostvaruje pravo na otvaranje računa u banci i zdravstvenu zaštitu, govore da je doseljenih Hrvata zapravo bilo 28.144, a najveće uočene razlike postojale su u periodu između 2012. i 2015. godine.

"Gotovo nestvarno izgleda podatak da 2015. godine u Hrvatskoj prebivalište nije odjavilo više od četiri tisuće osoba za koje se pouzdano zna da su se odselile u Irsku", upozoravaju Pokos i Turk.

Zanimljiv je naravno i primjer Njemačke, države u koju se povijesno Hrvati najviše iseljavaju, a kod koje njemačka službena statistika bilježi čak 160 posto veći broj doseljenih Hrvata u posljednjem desetljeću nego što to navodi Hrvatska.

Prema Državnom zavodu za statistiku, u periodu od 2011. do 2021. godine iz Hrvatske se u Njemačku odselilo 140.643 Hrvata, no njemačka statistika navodi njih sve skupa 366.075, dakle 225 tisuća više nego što ih Hrvatska priznaje.

Osim toga, Pokos i Turk pojašnjavaju kako podaci ukazuju da nisu točne tvrdnje prema kojima većinu doseljenih Hrvata u Njemačku čine Hrvati iz BiH, a koja se često provlači – naime, prema njihovoj statistici, maksimalno 20 posto doseljenih Hrvata čine oni koji su u Njemačku stigli iz BiH, a i među njima je vjerojatno dio onih kojima BiH nije bila izvorišna država.

Apsurd u Austriji

Kad je u pitanju Austrija, domaća statistika govori o 22.642 doseljena Hrvata tijekom deset godina dok ih ta država bilježi 56.493, dakle 150 posto više, donosi Jutarnji list

I ovdje su odstupanja dakle golema, a posebno je apsurdan podatak za 2020. godinu kad Austrija bilježi veći porast broja doseljenih Hrvata, a Hrvatska bilježi da ih se odselilo manje nego u godini prije.

U radu su prikazani i podaci o Hrvatima odseljenima u Švedsku.

Službena švedska statistika bilježi 66,2 posto više doseljenih Hrvata nego Hrvatska – njih 9042 nasuprot 5430 prema podacima DZS-a.

Kad se zbroje statistička odstupanja na primjeru ovih četiriju zemalja, ispada da je domaća statistika u deset godina zabilježila samo 178 tisuća odseljenih Hrvata dok ih statistike odredišnih zemalja bilježe čak 459 tisuća što bi značilo da je DZS negdje usput izgubio više od 280 tisuća odseljenih Hrvata koji se, očito, i dalje vode kao dio domaćeg stanovništva.

Hrvatska službena statistika o migracijama Hrvata u potpunosti je nerealna i nepouzdana, a izgledno je kako su onda nepouzdani i službeni podaci s popisa stanovništva DZS-a, zaključuju u svojem radu o statističkom praćenju iseljavanja u inozemstvo znanstvenici s Instituta Ivo Pilar, Nenad Pokos i Ivo Turk.

Oni su, naime, usporedili službene podatke o odseljenim Hrvatima koje vodi Državni zavod za statistiku s podacima o doseljenim Hrvatima u periodu od 2011. do 2021. koje vode službena njemačka, austrijska, irska i švedska statistika, otkrivši da se u nekim slučajevima ti podaci razlikuju i do frapantnih 180 posto, naravno, na štetu domaćih podataka, otkriva Jutarnji list

Najveće uočene razlike postoje na primjeru iseljavanja u Irsku koja je Hrvatima postala interesantna nakon 2013. godine, kad je ta država najavila da neće ograničavati pristup tržištu rada hrvatskim radnicima.

No, dok domaća službena statistika u periodu od jednog desetljeće bilježi kako se u Irsku iz Hrvatske doselio 9941 Hrvat, irski podaci nastali na temelju takozvanog PPSN broja, na temelju kojeg osoba u toj zemlji ostvaruje pravo na otvaranje računa u banci i zdravstvenu zaštitu, govore da je doseljenih Hrvata zapravo bilo 28.144, a najveće uočene razlike postojale su u periodu između 2012. i 2015. godine.

"Gotovo nestvarno izgleda podatak da 2015. godine u Hrvatskoj prebivalište nije odjavilo više od četiri tisuće osoba za koje se pouzdano zna da su se odselile u Irsku", upozoravaju Pokos i Turk.

Zanimljiv je naravno i primjer Njemačke, države u koju se povijesno Hrvati najviše iseljavaju, a kod koje njemačka službena statistika bilježi čak 160 posto veći broj doseljenih Hrvata u posljednjem desetljeću nego što to navodi Hrvatska.

Prema Državnom zavodu za statistiku, u periodu od 2011. do 2021. godine iz Hrvatske se u Njemačku odselilo 140.643 Hrvata, no njemačka statistika navodi njih sve skupa 366.075, dakle 225 tisuća više nego što ih Hrvatska priznaje.

Osim toga, Pokos i Turk pojašnjavaju kako podaci ukazuju da nisu točne tvrdnje prema kojima većinu doseljenih Hrvata u Njemačku čine Hrvati iz BiH, a koja se često provlači – naime, prema njihovoj statistici, maksimalno 20 posto doseljenih Hrvata čine oni koji su u Njemačku stigli iz BiH, a i među njima je vjerojatno dio onih kojima BiH nije bila izvorišna država.

Apsurd u Austriji

Kad je u pitanju Austrija, domaća statistika govori o 22.642 doseljena Hrvata tijekom deset godina dok ih ta država bilježi 56.493, dakle 150 posto više, donosi Jutarnji list

I ovdje su odstupanja dakle golema, a posebno je apsurdan podatak za 2020. godinu kad Austrija bilježi veći porast broja doseljenih Hrvata, a Hrvatska bilježi da ih se odselilo manje nego u godini prije.

U radu su prikazani i podaci o Hrvatima odseljenima u Švedsku.

Službena švedska statistika bilježi 66,2 posto više doseljenih Hrvata nego Hrvatska – njih 9042 nasuprot 5430 prema podacima DZS-a.

Kad se zbroje statistička odstupanja na primjeru ovih četiriju zemalja, ispada da je domaća statistika u deset godina zabilježila samo 178 tisuća odseljenih Hrvata dok ih statistike odredišnih zemalja bilježe čak 459 tisuća što bi značilo da je DZS negdje usput izgubio više od 280 tisuća odseljenih Hrvata koji se, očito, i dalje vode kao dio domaćeg stanovništva.

Hrvatska službena statistika o migracijama Hrvata u potpunosti je nerealna i nepouzdana, a izgledno je kako su onda nepouzdani i službeni podaci s popisa stanovništva DZS-a, zaključuju u svojem radu o statističkom praćenju iseljavanja u inozemstvo znanstvenici s Instituta Ivo Pilar, Nenad Pokos i Ivo Turk.

Oni su, naime, usporedili službene podatke o odseljenim Hrvatima koje vodi Državni zavod za statistiku s podacima o doseljenim Hrvatima u periodu od 2011. do 2021. koje vode službena njemačka, austrijska, irska i švedska statistika, otkrivši da se u nekim slučajevima ti podaci razlikuju i do frapantnih 180 posto, naravno, na štetu domaćih podataka, otkriva Jutarnji list

Najveće uočene razlike postoje na primjeru iseljavanja u Irsku koja je Hrvatima postala interesantna nakon 2013. godine, kad je ta država najavila da neće ograničavati pristup tržištu rada hrvatskim radnicima.
