Papa Franjo ponovno je napao Rusiju zbog njezinih akcija u Ukrajini, rekavši da su njezine snage okrutne, hvaleći "hrabre" Ukrajince što se bore za opstanak, prenijela je britanska agencija Reuters.

No, u razgovoru koji je prošlog mjeseca vodio s urednicima isusovačkih medija i objavljenom u utorak, također je rekao da situacija nije crno-bijela i da je rat "možda na neki način isprovociran".

Osuđujući "svirepost, okrutnost ruskih vojnika, ne smijemo zaboraviti stvarne probleme ako želimo da se oni riješe", rekao je

Franjo, uključujući industriju naoružanja kao čimbenika koji potiče rat.
"Također je istina da su Rusi mislili da će sve biti gotovo za tjedan dana. Ali su se preračunali. Naišli su na hrabar narod, narod koji se bori za opstanak i koji ima borbenu povijest", rekao je.

Franjo je rekao da se nekoliko mjeseci prije nego što je ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin poslao svoje snage u Ukrajinu,  sastao s šefom države koji je izrazio zabrinutost da NATO "laje na vrata Rusije" na način koji bi mogao dovesti do rata.

Franjo je dodao: "Ne vidimo cijelu dramu koja se odvija u pozadini ovog rata, koji je možda nekako bio ili izazvan ili nije spriječen".

Pitajući se čini li ga to zagovornikom Putina, rekao je: "Ne. Bilo bi pojednostavljeno i pogrešno reći takvo što".

Papa Franjo ponovno je napao Rusiju zbog njezinih akcija u Ukrajini, rekavši da su njezine snage okrutne, hvaleći "hrabre" Ukrajince što se bore za opstanak, prenijela je britanska agencija Reuters.

No, u razgovoru koji je prošlog mjeseca vodio s urednicima isusovačkih medija i objavljenom u utorak, također je rekao da situacija nije crno-bijela i da je rat "možda na neki način isprovociran".

Osuđujući "svirepost, okrutnost ruskih vojnika, ne smijemo zaboraviti stvarne probleme ako želimo da se oni riješe", rekao je

Franjo, uključujući industriju naoružanja kao čimbenika koji potiče rat.
"Također je istina da su Rusi mislili da će sve biti gotovo za tjedan dana. Ali su se preračunali. Naišli su na hrabar narod, narod koji se bori za opstanak i koji ima borbenu povijest", rekao je.

Franjo je rekao da se nekoliko mjeseci prije nego što je ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin poslao svoje snage u Ukrajinu,  sastao s šefom države koji je izrazio zabrinutost da NATO "laje na vrata Rusije" na način koji bi mogao dovesti do rata.

Franjo je dodao: "Ne vidimo cijelu dramu koja se odvija u pozadini ovog rata, koji je možda nekako bio ili izazvan ili nije spriječen".

Pitajući se čini li ga to zagovornikom Putina, rekao je: "Ne. Bilo bi pojednostavljeno i pogrešno reći takvo što".

Papa Franjo ponovno je napao Rusiju zbog njezinih akcija u Ukrajini, rekavši da su njezine snage okrutne, hvaleći "hrabre" Ukrajince što se bore za opstanak, prenijela je britanska agencija Reuters.

No, u razgovoru koji je prošlog mjeseca vodio s urednicima isusovačkih medija i objavljenom u utorak, također je rekao da situacija nije crno-bijela i da je rat "možda na neki način isprovociran".

Osuđujući "svirepost, okrutnost ruskih vojnika, ne smijemo zaboraviti stvarne probleme ako želimo da se oni riješe", rekao je

Franjo, uključujući industriju naoružanja kao čimbenika koji potiče rat.
"Također je istina da su Rusi mislili da će sve biti gotovo za tjedan dana. Ali su se preračunali. Naišli su na hrabar narod, narod koji se bori za opstanak i koji ima borbenu povijest", rekao je.

Franjo je rekao da se nekoliko mjeseci prije nego što je ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin poslao svoje snage u Ukrajinu,  sastao s šefom države koji je izrazio zabrinutost da NATO "laje na vrata Rusije" na način koji bi mogao dovesti do rata.

Franjo je dodao: "Ne vidimo cijelu dramu koja se odvija u pozadini ovog rata, koji je možda nekako bio ili izazvan ili nije spriječen".

Pitajući se čini li ga to zagovornikom Putina, rekao je: "Ne. Bilo bi pojednostavljeno i pogrešno reći takvo što".
