Stara dalmatinska izreka "budi dobar, izij g..." savršeno odgovara situaciji u kojoj se, zbog svoje humanosti, našla šibenska obitelj P. nakon što su u siječnju 2021. godine u svoj dom primili četveročlanu obitelj S. s petrinjskog područja, a kojoj je imovina stradala u potresu koji je pogodio to područje nekoliko dana prije, krajem prosinca 2020. godine.

Uz suglasnost svoje majke, sin obitelji P. je, ne sumnjajući u navode bračnog para S. koji su mu prikazali kako je njihova kuća teško stradala u potresu i da se nalaze u jako teškoj financijskoj situaciji, odlučio dati im stan u prizemlju svoje obiteljske kuće na korištenje.

Ni tu se nije zaustavio već je, kako bi im dodatno pomogao, angažirao i svoje susjede koji su onda skupljali i novac i razne potrepštine kako bi stradaloj obitelji S. pomogli na sve moguće načine.

No, što se kasnije događalo, najbolje je opisano u tužbi koju je šibenska obitelj podnijela preko splitskog odvjetnika Jere Matića, a u kojoj stoji da su se, nakon što je obitelj S. dva mjeseca bez ikakve naknade koristila trosobni stan, "ispunili uvjeti da se obitelj vrati u Petrinju".

Državno jamstvo

Ipak, u ta dva mjeseca, glava obitelji S. je u Šibeniku pronašla posao te su poželjeli i dalje ostati u ovom stanu posebice zato jer su se njihove financijske prilike poboljšale. Dogovorili su se da će sklopiti ugovor o najmu do kraja godine te da će najamnina biti tri tisuće i 850 kuna plus režije.

- Tuženici su tužiteljici i njezinu sinu dodatno pružili jamstva u vidu činjenice da su stanarinu trebali pokriti iz državnog fonda kojeg je osigurala RH ili iz vlastitih sredstava. Unatoč sklopljenom ugovoru tuženici nisu platili dospjele iznose najma već su tužitelja držali u uvjerenju da su u kontaktu s ministarstvom te kako će im biti retroaktivno odobren novac za najam stana kao i za buduća zaduženja, ili da će oni podmiriti sve troškove najma - stoji, uz ostalo, u tužbi.

Tužbom se od Općinskog suda u Šibeniku traži da obitelji S. presudom naloži da isplate ukupno 48.800 kuna od čega gotovo 31 tisuću za neplaćeni najam, daljnjih 15 tisuća za štetu pričinjenu u stanu te još tri tisuće kuna zbog nepodmirenih režija.

Naime, sredinom listopada prošle godine obitelj S. je napustila stan ne plativši ništa što je bilo dogovoreno, a kad je sin P. počeo istraživati, došao je do saznanja da, stoji u tužbi, "postoje indicije kako su tuženici neistinito prikazivali status svoje imovine u Petrinji te kako su mjesecima prije iseljenja zatajili da su od Ministarstva dobili odbijenicu za financiranje najma u Šibeniku, odnosno da ne ispunjavaju kriterije za subvenciju najma".

Razočarani sin

- Upravo ta saznanja su posebno razočarala sina tužiteljice koji je tuženicima sa zbilja otvorenim srcem pružio stanovanje, te uistinu pokrenuo veći broj ljudi da sudjeluju u pomaganju tuženika, a sudu se posebno ukazuje kako je sin tužiteljice osoba s prosječnim primanjima, čime je njegov angažman još i plemenitiji - stoji u tužbi.

Kad je obitelj S. izašla iz stana, sin je pregledao što su iza sebe ostavili te je utvrdio značajnu štetu na namještaju, prozorima, kućanskim aparatima u stanu od najmanje 15 tisuća kuna.

Pokušala je šibenska obitelj nagodbom riješiti situaciju sa svojim dojučerašnjim gostima i podstanarima, no obitelj S. je pristala dati tek sedam i pol tisuća kuna što je manji dio nastale štete pa tako do nagodbe nije došlo. Sad će se sve rješavati preko suda.

Stara dalmatinska izreka "budi dobar, izij g..." savršeno odgovara situaciji u kojoj se, zbog svoje humanosti, našla šibenska obitelj P. nakon što su u siječnju 2021. godine u svoj dom primili četveročlanu obitelj S. s petrinjskog područja, a kojoj je imovina stradala u potresu koji je pogodio to područje nekoliko dana prije, krajem prosinca 2020. godine.

Uz suglasnost svoje majke, sin obitelji P. je, ne sumnjajući u navode bračnog para S. koji su mu prikazali kako je njihova kuća teško stradala u potresu i da se nalaze u jako teškoj financijskoj situaciji, odlučio dati im stan u prizemlju svoje obiteljske kuće na korištenje.

Ni tu se nije zaustavio već je, kako bi im dodatno pomogao, angažirao i svoje susjede koji su onda skupljali i novac i razne potrepštine kako bi stradaloj obitelji S. pomogli na sve moguće načine.

No, što se kasnije događalo, najbolje je opisano u tužbi koju je šibenska obitelj podnijela preko splitskog odvjetnika Jere Matića, a u kojoj stoji da su se, nakon što je obitelj S. dva mjeseca bez ikakve naknade koristila trosobni stan, "ispunili uvjeti da se obitelj vrati u Petrinju".

Državno jamstvo

Ipak, u ta dva mjeseca, glava obitelji S. je u Šibeniku pronašla posao te su poželjeli i dalje ostati u ovom stanu posebice zato jer su se njihove financijske prilike poboljšale. Dogovorili su se da će sklopiti ugovor o najmu do kraja godine te da će najamnina biti tri tisuće i 850 kuna plus režije.

- Tuženici su tužiteljici i njezinu sinu dodatno pružili jamstva u vidu činjenice da su stanarinu trebali pokriti iz državnog fonda kojeg je osigurala RH ili iz vlastitih sredstava. Unatoč sklopljenom ugovoru tuženici nisu platili dospjele iznose najma već su tužitelja držali u uvjerenju da su u kontaktu s ministarstvom te kako će im biti retroaktivno odobren novac za najam stana kao i za buduća zaduženja, ili da će oni podmiriti sve troškove najma - stoji, uz ostalo, u tužbi.

Tužbom se od Općinskog suda u Šibeniku traži da obitelji S. presudom naloži da isplate ukupno 48.800 kuna od čega gotovo 31 tisuću za neplaćeni najam, daljnjih 15 tisuća za štetu pričinjenu u stanu te još tri tisuće kuna zbog nepodmirenih režija.

Naime, sredinom listopada prošle godine obitelj S. je napustila stan ne plativši ništa što je bilo dogovoreno, a kad je sin P. počeo istraživati, došao je do saznanja da, stoji u tužbi, "postoje indicije kako su tuženici neistinito prikazivali status svoje imovine u Petrinji te kako su mjesecima prije iseljenja zatajili da su od Ministarstva dobili odbijenicu za financiranje najma u Šibeniku, odnosno da ne ispunjavaju kriterije za subvenciju najma".

Razočarani sin

- Upravo ta saznanja su posebno razočarala sina tužiteljice koji je tuženicima sa zbilja otvorenim srcem pružio stanovanje, te uistinu pokrenuo veći broj ljudi da sudjeluju u pomaganju tuženika, a sudu se posebno ukazuje kako je sin tužiteljice osoba s prosječnim primanjima, čime je njegov angažman još i plemenitiji - stoji u tužbi.

Kad je obitelj S. izašla iz stana, sin je pregledao što su iza sebe ostavili te je utvrdio značajnu štetu na namještaju, prozorima, kućanskim aparatima u stanu od najmanje 15 tisuća kuna.

Pokušala je šibenska obitelj nagodbom riješiti situaciju sa svojim dojučerašnjim gostima i podstanarima, no obitelj S. je pristala dati tek sedam i pol tisuća kuna što je manji dio nastale štete pa tako do nagodbe nije došlo. Sad će se sve rješavati preko suda.

Obitelji iz razrušene Petrinje velikodušno je ustupio stan dabi ga na kraju grubo prevarili. Lagali da im je potres uništio kuću, još su mu ostavili nered i štetu...

Stara dalmatinska izreka "budi dobar, izij g..." savršeno odgovara situaciji u kojoj se, zbog svoje humanosti, našla šibenska obitelj P. nakon što su u siječnju 2021. godine u svoj dom primili četveročlanu obitelj S. s petrinjskog područja, a kojoj je imovina stradala u potresu koji je pogodio to područje nekoliko dana prije, krajem prosinca 2020. godine.

Uz suglasnost svoje majke, sin obitelji P. je, ne sumnjajući u navode bračnog para S. koji su mu prikazali kako je njihova kuća teško stradala u potresu i da se nalaze u jako teškoj financijskoj situaciji, odlučio dati im stan u prizemlju svoje obiteljske kuće na korištenje.
