Međunarodni monetarni fond (MMF) upozorio je da je 60 posto najsiromašnijih zemalja svijeta izloženo velikom riziku od ili da su već u pretjeranim dugovima, što je dvostruko veći udio nego u 2015. godini, donosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

'Zemljama s niskim dohotkom biti će sve teže servisirati svoje dugove', budući da inicijativa G20 o obustavi servisiranja duga ističe krajem godine i da su kamatne stope spremne rasti, napisale su u blogu izvršna direktorica MMF-a Kristalina Georgieva i voditeljica strategije, odjela za politiku i pregled, Ceyla Pazarbasioglu. Dodale su: 'Možda ćemo vidjeti gospodarski kolaps u nekim zemljama osim ako vjerovnici G20 ne pristanu ubrzati restrukturiranje duga i obustaviti njegovo servisiranje dok se o restrukturiranju pregovara.'

Dužnosnici MMF-a pozvali su na hitne mjere kako bi se reorganizirali krediti i tako pomogli siromašnijim zemljama. Istek korona-odgode otplate duga prisilit će 'zemlje sudionice da nastave s plaćanjem', rekli su. 'Potrebne su brze akcije kako bi se izgradilo povjerenje u okvir i pružila mapa puta za pomoć drugim zemljama koje se suočavaju sa sve većom ranjivošću od prekomjernog duga.'

Više od 10,3 milijarde dolara do sada je osigurano za pomoć za više od 40 zemalja koje ispunjavaju uvjete u okviru plana G20, koji je pokrenut prošle godine. Prema podacima Svjetske banke, pandemija koronavirusa bila je veliki udarac za najsiromašnije zemlje, uzrokujući recesiju koja bi više od 100 milijuna ljudi diljem svijeta mogla gurnuti u ekstremno siromaštvo, prenosi RT.

Međunarodni monetarni fond (MMF) upozorio je da je 60 posto najsiromašnijih zemalja svijeta izloženo velikom riziku od ili da su već u pretjeranim dugovima, što je dvostruko veći udio nego u 2015. godini, donosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

'Zemljama s niskim dohotkom biti će sve teže servisirati svoje dugove', budući da inicijativa G20 o obustavi servisiranja duga ističe krajem godine i da su kamatne stope spremne rasti, napisale su u blogu izvršna direktorica MMF-a Kristalina Georgieva i voditeljica strategije, odjela za politiku i pregled, Ceyla Pazarbasioglu. Dodale su: 'Možda ćemo vidjeti gospodarski kolaps u nekim zemljama osim ako vjerovnici G20 ne pristanu ubrzati restrukturiranje duga i obustaviti njegovo servisiranje dok se o restrukturiranju pregovara.'

Dužnosnici MMF-a pozvali su na hitne mjere kako bi se reorganizirali krediti i tako pomogli siromašnijim zemljama. Istek korona-odgode otplate duga prisilit će 'zemlje sudionice da nastave s plaćanjem', rekli su. 'Potrebne su brze akcije kako bi se izgradilo povjerenje u okvir i pružila mapa puta za pomoć drugim zemljama koje se suočavaju sa sve većom ranjivošću od prekomjernog duga.'

Više od 10,3 milijarde dolara do sada je osigurano za pomoć za više od 40 zemalja koje ispunjavaju uvjete u okviru plana G20, koji je pokrenut prošle godine. Prema podacima Svjetske banke, pandemija koronavirusa bila je veliki udarac za najsiromašnije zemlje, uzrokujući recesiju koja bi više od 100 milijuna ljudi diljem svijeta mogla gurnuti u ekstremno siromaštvo, prenosi RT.

MMF pozvao bogate zemlje da prestanu udarati kamate siromašnima: ‘Ako budete inzistirali da vam vrate kredite, 100 milijuna će završiti u ekstremnom siromaštvu‘

Međunarodni monetarni fond (MMF) upozorio je da je 60 posto najsiromašnijih zemalja svijeta izloženo velikom riziku od ili da su već u pretjeranim dugovima, što je dvostruko veći udio nego u 2015. godini, donosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

'Zemljama s niskim dohotkom biti će sve teže servisirati svoje dugove', budući da inicijativa G20 o obustavi servisiranja duga ističe krajem godine i da su kamatne stope spremne rasti, napisale su u blogu izvršna direktorica MMF-a Kristalina Georgieva i voditeljica strategije, odjela za politiku i pregled, Ceyla Pazarbasioglu. Dodale su: 'Možda ćemo vidjeti gospodarski kolaps u nekim zemljama osim ako vjerovnici G20 ne pristanu ubrzati restrukturiranje duga i obustaviti njegovo servisiranje dok se o restrukturiranju pregovara.'

Dužnosnici MMF-a pozvali su na hitne mjere kako bi se reorganizirali krediti i tako pomogli siromašnijim zemljama. Istek korona-odgode otplate duga prisilit će 'zemlje sudionice da nastave s plaćanjem', rekli su. 'Potrebne su brze akcije kako bi se izgradilo povjerenje u okvir i pružila mapa puta za pomoć drugim zemljama koje se suočavaju sa sve većom ranjivošću od prekomjernog duga.'

Više od 10,3 milijarde dolara do sada je osigurano za pomoć za više od 40 zemalja koje ispunjavaju uvjete u okviru plana G20, koji je pokrenut prošle godine. Prema podacima Svjetske banke, pandemija koronavirusa bila je veliki udarac za najsiromašnije zemlje, uzrokujući recesiju koja bi više od 100 milijuna ljudi diljem svijeta mogla gurnuti u ekstremno siromaštvo, prenosi RT.
