Inflatorni pritisci na kućni budžet nisu se negativno odrazili na spremnost građana na kupnju namirnica za uskrsnu trpezu, pokazalo je istraživanje koje su proveli magazin JaTrgovac i agencija Hendal.

Naime, četiri od pet hrvatskih kućanstava planira pripremiti tradicionalni uskrsni doručak ili ručak (80 posto ili dva posto više nego za Uskrs u 2022.), navodi se u petak u priopćenju.

Nabavka namirnica i ove godine najviše će se obavljati u hipermarketima i velikim trgovačkim centrima, gdje će kupovati 60 posto građana (lani 63 posto).

Slijedi domaća, vlastita proizvodnja koja je izvor jela i pića za 17 posto građana (lani 16 posto), dok će na tržnicama nabavku obaviti 12 posto (lani osam posto), te malim prodavaonicama i supermarketima gdje će namirnice kupovati 10 posto građana (lani 11 posto).

Ti rezultati pokazuju porast udjela domaće nabavke, bilo da je riječ o vlastitoj proizvodnji (+1,8 posto) ili kupnji proizvoda na tržnicama (+3,7 posto).

Kada je riječ proizvodima koji su obavezni na uskrsnom stolu, situacija vrlo slična iz godine u godinu, a na vrhu poretka nalaze se nezaobilazna kuhana jaja s 97 posto udjela.

Mladi luk će na svom stolu imati 84 posto kućanstava, kuhanu šunku 84 posto, dok će oko polovice kućanstava imati hren (56 posto) i rotkvicu (43 posto).

Pinca će biti na stolu kod trećine kućanstava (33 posto), orahnjača kod njih 27 posto, pečena svinjetina kod 24 posto, pogača kod 21 posto, pečena janjetina kod 20 posto, purica s mlincima kod 17 posto, šunka u kruhu kod 16 posto, a sarma kod 10 posto kućanstava.

Na pitanje planiraju li štedjeti pri kupovini namirnica za ovogodišnji Uskrs, dobiveni su optimističniji rezultati nego lani. Naime, da planira štedjeti izjavilo je 60 posto građana, dok ih je u prošlogodišnjem istraživanju bilo šest posto više.

Kada je riječ o tome koliko će novca potrošiti pri kupovini namirnica nisu zabilježene neke osobite razlike u odnosu na lani pa će tako ove godine najveći dio kućanstava, njih ukupno 20 posto, trošiti od 400 - 499 kuna (odnosno 50 - 70 eura), a tek nešto manjih 18 posto potrošit će od 200 - 299 kuna (od 30 - 40 eura).

Istraživanje je provedeno tijekom veljače na reprezentativnom uzorku građana Republike Hrvatske starijih od 18 godina.

Inflatorni pritisci na kućni budžet nisu se negativno odrazili na spremnost građana na kupnju namirnica za uskrsnu trpezu, pokazalo je istraživanje koje su proveli magazin JaTrgovac i agencija Hendal.

Naime, četiri od pet hrvatskih kućanstava planira pripremiti tradicionalni uskrsni doručak ili ručak (80 posto ili dva posto više nego za Uskrs u 2022.), navodi se u petak u priopćenju.

Nabavka namirnica i ove godine najviše će se obavljati u hipermarketima i velikim trgovačkim centrima, gdje će kupovati 60 posto građana (lani 63 posto).

Slijedi domaća, vlastita proizvodnja koja je izvor jela i pića za 17 posto građana (lani 16 posto), dok će na tržnicama nabavku obaviti 12 posto (lani osam posto), te malim prodavaonicama i supermarketima gdje će namirnice kupovati 10 posto građana (lani 11 posto).

Ti rezultati pokazuju porast udjela domaće nabavke, bilo da je riječ o vlastitoj proizvodnji (+1,8 posto) ili kupnji proizvoda na tržnicama (+3,7 posto).

Kada je riječ proizvodima koji su obavezni na uskrsnom stolu, situacija vrlo slična iz godine u godinu, a na vrhu poretka nalaze se nezaobilazna kuhana jaja s 97 posto udjela.

Mladi luk će na svom stolu imati 84 posto kućanstava, kuhanu šunku 84 posto, dok će oko polovice kućanstava imati hren (56 posto) i rotkvicu (43 posto).

Pinca će biti na stolu kod trećine kućanstava (33 posto), orahnjača kod njih 27 posto, pečena svinjetina kod 24 posto, pogača kod 21 posto, pečena janjetina kod 20 posto, purica s mlincima kod 17 posto, šunka u kruhu kod 16 posto, a sarma kod 10 posto kućanstava.

Na pitanje planiraju li štedjeti pri kupovini namirnica za ovogodišnji Uskrs, dobiveni su optimističniji rezultati nego lani. Naime, da planira štedjeti izjavilo je 60 posto građana, dok ih je u prošlogodišnjem istraživanju bilo šest posto više.

Kada je riječ o tome koliko će novca potrošiti pri kupovini namirnica nisu zabilježene neke osobite razlike u odnosu na lani pa će tako ove godine najveći dio kućanstava, njih ukupno 20 posto, trošiti od 400 - 499 kuna (odnosno 50 - 70 eura), a tek nešto manjih 18 posto potrošit će od 200 - 299 kuna (od 30 - 40 eura).

Istraživanje je provedeno tijekom veljače na reprezentativnom uzorku građana Republike Hrvatske starijih od 18 godina.

Istraživanje otkrilo koliko građani planiraju potrošiti za uskrsnu trpezu i što će se za blagdan jesti u većini domova: na ovu skupoću imate li uopće što za potrošiti?

Inflatorni pritisci na kućni budžet nisu se negativno odrazili na spremnost građana na kupnju namirnica za uskrsnu trpezu, pokazalo je istraživanje koje su proveli magazin JaTrgovac i agencija Hendal.

Naime, četiri od pet hrvatskih kućanstava planira pripremiti tradicionalni uskrsni doručak ili ručak (80 posto ili dva posto više nego za Uskrs u 2022.), navodi se u petak u priopćenju.

Nabavka namirnica i ove godine najviše će se obavljati u hipermarketima i velikim trgovačkim centrima, gdje će kupovati 60 posto građana (lani 63 posto).

Slijedi domaća, vlastita proizvodnja koja je izvor jela i pića za 17 posto građana (lani 16 posto), dok će na tržnicama nabavku obaviti 12 posto (lani osam posto), te malim prodavaonicama i supermarketima gdje će namirnice kupovati 10 posto građana (lani 11 posto).

Ti rezultati pokazuju porast udjela domaće nabavke, bilo da je riječ o vlastitoj proizvodnji (+1,8 posto) ili kupnji proizvoda na tržnicama (+3,7 posto).

Kada je riječ proizvodima koji su obavezni na uskrsnom stolu, situacija vrlo slična iz godine u godinu, a na vrhu poretka nalaze se nezaobilazna kuhana jaja s 97 posto udjela.

Mladi luk će na svom stolu imati 84 posto kućanstava, kuhanu šunku 84 posto, dok će oko polovice kućanstava imati hren (56 posto) i rotkvicu (43 posto).
