Krunoslav Capak, ravnatelj Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo, izjavio je danas na konferenciji za novinare Nacionalnog stožera civilne zaštite kako se dosad u Hrvatskoj samo u rijetkim slučajevima moralo reagirati hitnom antialergijskom terapijom nakon cijepljenja protiv bolesti COVID-19. Upoznat je s mnogobrojnim telefonskim pozivima i zahtjevima alergičara zovu bolnice jer se, iz opreza, žele cijepiti u bolničkom okruženju. Zbog toga je HZJZ danas objavio upute, tko se treba cijepiti u bolnici. 

Preosjetljivost na sastojke cjepiva jedina je kontraindikacija za cijepljenje protiv bolesti COVID-19 (naravno, uz opće kontraindikacije – akutna febrilna bolest i teška nuspojava na primjenu prethodne doze tog cjepiva). Od sastojaka cjepiva naglašava se polietilenglikol, koji pokazuje križnu preosjetljivost s polisorbatom. Drugim riječima, ako osoba nije alergična na polietilenglikol i/ili polisorbat, može se cijepiti. Prema preporukama CDC-a, koje i mi prihvaćamo, alergija na antibiotike i druge lijekove nije kontraindikacija za cijepljenje, objavili su iz HZJZ-a te dodali link s preporukama CDC-a (https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/covid-19/info-by-product/clinical-considerations.html).

Kod osoba koje su imale neposrednu alergijsku reakciju na bilo koje drugo cjepivo ili injekcijsku terapiju (tj. intramuskularna, intravenska ili potkožna cjepiva ili terapije koje nisu povezane s mRNA COVID-19 cjepivom ili polisorbatima) potreban je oprez pri primjeni cjepiva, no navedeno ne predstavlja kontraindikaciju za cijepljenje za trenutno dostupna cjepiva u Hrvatskoj. Te se osobe trebaju informirati o rizicima i koristima kako bi se donijela konačna odluka o cijepljenju. Može se razmotriti odgoda cijepljenja i/ili savjetovati se s alergologom-imunologom dok ne budu dostupne opsežnije informacije o riziku od anafilaksije.

Alergijske reakcije (uključujući ozbiljne alergijske reakcije) koje nisu povezane s cjepivima, injekcijskim terapijama, komponentama mRNA cjepiva protiv bolesti COVID-19 (uključujući polietilenglikol) ili polisorbatima, poput alergija na hranu, kućne ljubimce, otrove kukaca ili okolišne alergene ili alergije na lijekove koji se primjenjuju na usta (uključujući oralne ekvivalente lijekova za injekciju) nisu kontraindikacija ni mjera opreza za cijepljenje mRNA cjepivom protiv bolesti COVID-19.

Nakon cijepljenja preporučuje se sve osobe promatrati 15 minuta, a osobe s poviješću neposredne alergijske reakcije bilo koje ozbiljnosti na cjepivo ili injekcijsku terapiju i osobe s anafilaksijom bilo kojeg uzroka u anamnezi 30 minuta.

Dosadašnje iskustvo cijepljenja s tri vrste cjepiva protiv bolesti COVID-19 u Hrvatskoj pokazuje da su alergijske reakcije rijetke i da vrlo rijetko zahtijevaju hitnu aplikaciju antialergijskih lijekova, a kako pri svakom cijepljenju takva terapija sukladno našim preporukama ionako treba biti dostupna (na mjestu cijepljenja), preporučujemo da se osobe s atopijskom i alergijskom anamnezom ne upućuju u bolnice na cijepljenje jer se time preopterećuju objedinjeni hitni bolnički prijemi i dnevne bolnice, osim uz prethodno savjetovanje (izabranog liječnika) s alergologom.

Krunoslav Capak, ravnatelj Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo, izjavio je danas na konferenciji za novinare Nacionalnog stožera civilne zaštite kako se dosad u Hrvatskoj samo u rijetkim slučajevima moralo reagirati hitnom antialergijskom terapijom nakon cijepljenja protiv bolesti COVID-19. Upoznat je s mnogobrojnim telefonskim pozivima i zahtjevima alergičara zovu bolnice jer se, iz opreza, žele cijepiti u bolničkom okruženju. Zbog toga je HZJZ danas objavio upute, tko se treba cijepiti u bolnici. 

Preosjetljivost na sastojke cjepiva jedina je kontraindikacija za cijepljenje protiv bolesti COVID-19 (naravno, uz opće kontraindikacije – akutna febrilna bolest i teška nuspojava na primjenu prethodne doze tog cjepiva). Od sastojaka cjepiva naglašava se polietilenglikol, koji pokazuje križnu preosjetljivost s polisorbatom. Drugim riječima, ako osoba nije alergična na polietilenglikol i/ili polisorbat, može se cijepiti. Prema preporukama CDC-a, koje i mi prihvaćamo, alergija na antibiotike i druge lijekove nije kontraindikacija za cijepljenje, objavili su iz HZJZ-a te dodali link s preporukama CDC-a (https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/covid-19/info-by-product/clinical-considerations.html).

Kod osoba koje su imale neposrednu alergijsku reakciju na bilo koje drugo cjepivo ili injekcijsku terapiju (tj. intramuskularna, intravenska ili potkožna cjepiva ili terapije koje nisu povezane s mRNA COVID-19 cjepivom ili polisorbatima) potreban je oprez pri primjeni cjepiva, no navedeno ne predstavlja kontraindikaciju za cijepljenje za trenutno dostupna cjepiva u Hrvatskoj. Te se osobe trebaju informirati o rizicima i koristima kako bi se donijela konačna odluka o cijepljenju. Može se razmotriti odgoda cijepljenja i/ili savjetovati se s alergologom-imunologom dok ne budu dostupne opsežnije informacije o riziku od anafilaksije.

Alergijske reakcije (uključujući ozbiljne alergijske reakcije) koje nisu povezane s cjepivima, injekcijskim terapijama, komponentama mRNA cjepiva protiv bolesti COVID-19 (uključujući polietilenglikol) ili polisorbatima, poput alergija na hranu, kućne ljubimce, otrove kukaca ili okolišne alergene ili alergije na lijekove koji se primjenjuju na usta (uključujući oralne ekvivalente lijekova za injekciju) nisu kontraindikacija ni mjera opreza za cijepljenje mRNA cjepivom protiv bolesti COVID-19.

Nakon cijepljenja preporučuje se sve osobe promatrati 15 minuta, a osobe s poviješću neposredne alergijske reakcije bilo koje ozbiljnosti na cjepivo ili injekcijsku terapiju i osobe s anafilaksijom bilo kojeg uzroka u anamnezi 30 minuta.

Dosadašnje iskustvo cijepljenja s tri vrste cjepiva protiv bolesti COVID-19 u Hrvatskoj pokazuje da su alergijske reakcije rijetke i da vrlo rijetko zahtijevaju hitnu aplikaciju antialergijskih lijekova, a kako pri svakom cijepljenju takva terapija sukladno našim preporukama ionako treba biti dostupna (na mjestu cijepljenja), preporučujemo da se osobe s atopijskom i alergijskom anamnezom ne upućuju u bolnice na cijepljenje jer se time preopterećuju objedinjeni hitni bolnički prijemi i dnevne bolnice, osim uz prethodno savjetovanje (izabranog liječnika) s alergologom.

Krunoslav Capak, ravnatelj Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo, izjavio je danas na konferenciji za novinare Nacionalnog stožera civilne zaštite kako se dosad u Hrvatskoj samo u rijetkim slučajevima moralo reagirati hitnom antialergijskom terapijom nakon cijepljenja protiv bolesti COVID-19. Upoznat je s mnogobrojnim telefonskim pozivima i zahtjevima alergičara zovu bolnice jer se, iz opreza, žele cijepiti u bolničkom okruženju. Zbog toga je HZJZ danas objavio upute, tko se treba cijepiti u bolnici. 

Preosjetljivost na sastojke cjepiva jedina je kontraindikacija za cijepljenje protiv bolesti COVID-19 (naravno, uz opće kontraindikacije – akutna febrilna bolest i teška nuspojava na primjenu prethodne doze tog cjepiva). Od sastojaka cjepiva naglašava se polietilenglikol, koji pokazuje križnu preosjetljivost s polisorbatom. Drugim riječima, ako osoba nije alergična na polietilenglikol i/ili polisorbat, može se cijepiti. Prema preporukama CDC-a, koje i mi prihvaćamo, alergija na antibiotike i druge lijekove nije kontraindikacija za cijepljenje, objavili su iz HZJZ-a te dodali link s preporukama CDC-a (https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/covid-19/info-by-product/clinical-considerations.html).

Kod osoba koje su imale neposrednu alergijsku reakciju na bilo koje drugo cjepivo ili injekcijsku terapiju (tj. intramuskularna, intravenska ili potkožna cjepiva ili terapije koje nisu povezane s mRNA COVID-19 cjepivom ili polisorbatima) potreban je oprez pri primjeni cjepiva, no navedeno ne predstavlja kontraindikaciju za cijepljenje za trenutno dostupna cjepiva u Hrvatskoj. Te se osobe trebaju informirati o rizicima i koristima kako bi se donijela konačna odluka o cijepljenju. Može se razmotriti odgoda cijepljenja i/ili savjetovati se s alergologom-imunologom dok ne budu dostupne opsežnije informacije o riziku od anafilaksije.

Alergijske reakcije (uključujući ozbiljne alergijske reakcije) koje nisu povezane s cjepivima, injekcijskim terapijama, komponentama mRNA cjepiva protiv bolesti COVID-19 (uključujući polietilenglikol) ili polisorbatima, poput alergija na hranu, kućne ljubimce, otrove kukaca ili okolišne alergene ili alergije na lijekove koji se primjenjuju na usta (uključujući oralne ekvivalente lijekova za injekciju) nisu kontraindikacija ni mjera opreza za cijepljenje mRNA cjepivom protiv bolesti COVID-19.

Nakon cijepljenja preporučuje se sve osobe promatrati 15 minuta, a osobe s poviješću neposredne alergijske reakcije bilo koje ozbiljnosti na cjepivo ili injekcijsku terapiju i osobe s anafilaksijom bilo kojeg uzroka u anamnezi 30 minuta.

Dosadašnje iskustvo cijepljenja s tri vrste cjepiva protiv bolesti COVID-19 u Hrvatskoj pokazuje da su alergijske reakcije rijetke i da vrlo rijetko zahtijevaju hitnu aplikaciju antialergijskih lijekova, a kako pri svakom cijepljenju takva terapija sukladno našim preporukama ionako treba biti dostupna (na mjestu cijepljenja), preporučujemo da se osobe s atopijskom i alergijskom anamnezom ne upućuju u bolnice na cijepljenje jer se time preopterećuju objedinjeni hitni bolnički prijemi i dnevne bolnice, osim uz prethodno savjetovanje (izabranog liječnika) s alergologom.
