Nakon informacije o povratku na posao bivšeg načelnika Postaje granične policije Gruda Matka Klarića, Klarićev odvjetnik Dario Obradović uputio je reagiranje na temu izvješćivanja pojedinih medija o ovoj temi.

Obradovićevo reagiranje prenosimo u cijelosti:

S obzir da se ponovno intenziviralo neistinito pisanje o načelniku PGP Gruda Matku Klariću u pojedinim medijima, radi zaštite integriteta gdina Klarića želim navesti sljedeće:

1. Neistina je da bi se načelnik Klarić teretio za bilo kakvo seksualno uznemiravanje i zbog toga je načelnik Klarić već pokrenuo sudski postupak radi naknade štete protiv medija koji je tu lažnu tezu i plasirao u javnost,

2. Također u činjeničnom opisu djela koja su mu se stavljala na teret u preostale dvije točke disciplinskog zahtjeva, a za koje je nepravomoćno utvrđeno da nije odgovoran, nigdje se ne navodi da bi načelnik Klarić prisiljavao policijske službenice da čiste samostan kao ni da bi puštao osobe preko granice koje ju nisu smjele prelaziti,

3. Netočna je informacija da bi policijska službenica po Klarićevom nalogu propustila ljude preko državne granice, međutim točna je informacija da je u drugom disciplinskom postupku koji se vodio pred Disciplinskim sudom u Splitu ta policijska službenica proglašena odgovornom. Međutim, nigdje se u tekstu ne spominje da je tu istu policijsku službenicu zastupao sindikalni povjerenik Mario Puškarić koji na Internet stranicama jednog nereprezentativnog sindikata učestalo objavljuje tekstove protiv načelnika Klarića kao i da kao njezin punomoćnik u zakonskom roku nije uložio žalbu na istu odluku.

Sve gore navedeno ukazuje na nastavak javne diskreditacije načelnika Klarića od strane pojedinih medija, a koji tekstovi se zapravo zasnivaju na „dojavama“ bez da su upoznati sa stvarnim činjeničnim stanjem.

Protiv Matka Klarića poveo se lani disciplinski postupak

Nakon informacije o povratku na posao bivšeg načelnika Postaje granične policije Gruda Matka Klarića, Klarićev odvjetnik Dario Obradović uputio je reagiranje na temu izvješćivanja pojedinih medija o ovoj temi.

Obradovićevo reagiranje prenosimo u cijelosti:

S obzir da se ponovno intenziviralo neistinito pisanje o načelniku PGP Gruda Matku Klariću u pojedinim medijima, radi zaštite integriteta gdina Klarića želim navesti sljedeće:

1. Neistina je da bi se načelnik Klarić teretio za bilo kakvo seksualno uznemiravanje i zbog toga je načelnik Klarić već pokrenuo sudski postupak radi naknade štete protiv medija koji je tu lažnu tezu i plasirao u javnost,

2. Također u činjeničnom opisu djela koja su mu se stavljala na teret u preostale dvije točke disciplinskog zahtjeva, a za koje je nepravomoćno utvrđeno da nije odgovoran, nigdje se ne navodi da bi načelnik Klarić prisiljavao policijske službenice da čiste samostan kao ni da bi puštao osobe preko granice koje ju nisu smjele prelaziti,

3. Netočna je informacija da bi policijska službenica po Klarićevom nalogu propustila ljude preko državne granice, međutim točna je informacija da je u drugom disciplinskom postupku koji se vodio pred Disciplinskim sudom u Splitu ta policijska službenica proglašena odgovornom. Međutim, nigdje se u tekstu ne spominje da je tu istu policijsku službenicu zastupao sindikalni povjerenik Mario Puškarić koji na Internet stranicama jednog nereprezentativnog sindikata učestalo objavljuje tekstove protiv načelnika Klarića kao i da kao njezin punomoćnik u zakonskom roku nije uložio žalbu na istu odluku.

Sve gore navedeno ukazuje na nastavak javne diskreditacije načelnika Klarića od strane pojedinih medija, a koji tekstovi se zapravo zasnivaju na „dojavama“ bez da su upoznati sa stvarnim činjeničnim stanjem.

Nakon informacije o povratku na posao bivšeg načelnika Postaje granične policije Gruda Matka Klarića, Klarićev odvjetnik Dario Obradović uputio je reagiranje na temu izvješćivanja pojedinih medija o ovoj temi.

Obradovićevo reagiranje prenosimo u cijelosti:

S obzir da se ponovno intenziviralo neistinito pisanje o načelniku PGP Gruda Matku Klariću u pojedinim medijima, radi zaštite integriteta gdina Klarića želim navesti sljedeće:

1. Neistina je da bi se načelnik Klarić teretio za bilo kakvo seksualno uznemiravanje i zbog toga je načelnik Klarić već pokrenuo sudski postupak radi naknade štete protiv medija koji je tu lažnu tezu i plasirao u javnost,

2. Također u činjeničnom opisu djela koja su mu se stavljala na teret u preostale dvije točke disciplinskog zahtjeva, a za koje je nepravomoćno utvrđeno da nije odgovoran, nigdje se ne navodi da bi načelnik Klarić prisiljavao policijske službenice da čiste samostan kao ni da bi puštao osobe preko granice koje ju nisu smjele prelaziti,

3. Netočna je informacija da bi policijska službenica po Klarićevom nalogu propustila ljude preko državne granice, međutim točna je informacija da je u drugom disciplinskom postupku koji se vodio pred Disciplinskim sudom u Splitu ta policijska službenica proglašena odgovornom. Međutim, nigdje se u tekstu ne spominje da je tu istu policijsku službenicu zastupao sindikalni povjerenik Mario Puškarić koji na Internet stranicama jednog nereprezentativnog sindikata učestalo objavljuje tekstove protiv načelnika Klarića kao i da kao njezin punomoćnik u zakonskom roku nije uložio žalbu na istu odluku.

Sve gore navedeno ukazuje na nastavak javne diskreditacije načelnika Klarića od strane pojedinih medija, a koji tekstovi se zapravo zasnivaju na „dojavama“ bez da su upoznati sa stvarnim činjeničnim stanjem.
