Riječko Općinsko državno odvjetništvo priopćilo je da je okončalo istragu prošlogodišnje tragične pogibije 21-godišnjeg motociklista Doriana Semiona Valentića na šumskom putu kod Lukeža, gdje je mladić izgubio život zbog postavljene sajle.

Iz odvjetništva navode kako su zbog teškog kaznenog djela protiv opće sigurnosti podigli optužnicu protiv trojice muškaraca, 57, 61 i 67-godišnjaka.

Optužnicom se okrivljenicima stavlja na teret da su u šumskom predjelu na širem području Rijeke, na ulazu u njihovu česticu, postavili čeličnu sajlu između stabala, iako svjesni da navedenu šumsku stazu učestalo koriste motociklisti tijekom vožnje šumom, kao i da sajla nije lako uočljiva, olako držeći da time ne ugrožavaju sigurnost posjetitelja šume.

Uslijed opisanog postupanja trojice okrivljenika je 9. kolovoza prošle godine oko 20 sati došlo do smrtnog stradavanja oštećenika koji je, vozeći se motociklom šumskim putem, zajedno s grupom motociklista, zapeo u postavljenu sajlu zadobivši pritom osobito teške tjelesne ozljede u predjelu glave i vrata od kojih je preminuo na mjestu nesreće, prenosi Novi list.

Trojici okrivljenika prijeti do osam godina zatvora.

- Bio sam tamo dva puta po noći, dva puta ujutro. Išao sam pogasiti lampione preko noći, da se šuma ne zapali... Predivno mjesto, ptice pjevaju, dolje žubori potok... U sedmom mjesecu je proslavio rođendan, napunio je 21... Postajao je pravi mladić, počeo se brinuti za sebe, postajati odgovoran... Uzeli su mi sina - ispričao je za Jutarnji list u danima nakon tragedije Damir Valentić, Dorianov otac.

Kobnog je dana Dorian sa svojim prijateljem, kao što su to često znali raditi, vozio motocikl po šumi. Na šumskom putu ispred njih se ispriječila sajla razvučena između dva stabla. Prijatelj je, navodno, žicu na vrijeme vidio i uspio se sagnuti, no Dorian je, na žalost, nije uspio izbjeći. Uslijedila je tragedija kakva se ne pamti u ovom kraju, Dorian je, na žalost, podlegao teškim ozljedama.

Riječko Općinsko državno odvjetništvo priopćilo je da je okončalo istragu prošlogodišnje tragične pogibije 21-godišnjeg motociklista Doriana Semiona Valentića na šumskom putu kod Lukeža, gdje je mladić izgubio život zbog postavljene sajle.

Iz odvjetništva navode kako su zbog teškog kaznenog djela protiv opće sigurnosti podigli optužnicu protiv trojice muškaraca, 57, 61 i 67-godišnjaka.

Optužnicom se okrivljenicima stavlja na teret da su u šumskom predjelu na širem području Rijeke, na ulazu u njihovu česticu, postavili čeličnu sajlu između stabala, iako svjesni da navedenu šumsku stazu učestalo koriste motociklisti tijekom vožnje šumom, kao i da sajla nije lako uočljiva, olako držeći da time ne ugrožavaju sigurnost posjetitelja šume.

Uslijed opisanog postupanja trojice okrivljenika je 9. kolovoza prošle godine oko 20 sati došlo do smrtnog stradavanja oštećenika koji je, vozeći se motociklom šumskim putem, zajedno s grupom motociklista, zapeo u postavljenu sajlu zadobivši pritom osobito teške tjelesne ozljede u predjelu glave i vrata od kojih je preminuo na mjestu nesreće, prenosi Novi list.

Trojici okrivljenika prijeti do osam godina zatvora.

- Bio sam tamo dva puta po noći, dva puta ujutro. Išao sam pogasiti lampione preko noći, da se šuma ne zapali... Predivno mjesto, ptice pjevaju, dolje žubori potok... U sedmom mjesecu je proslavio rođendan, napunio je 21... Postajao je pravi mladić, počeo se brinuti za sebe, postajati odgovoran... Uzeli su mi sina - ispričao je za Jutarnji list u danima nakon tragedije Damir Valentić, Dorianov otac.

Kobnog je dana Dorian sa svojim prijateljem, kao što su to često znali raditi, vozio motocikl po šumi. Na šumskom putu ispred njih se ispriječila sajla razvučena između dva stabla. Prijatelj je, navodno, žicu na vrijeme vidio i uspio se sagnuti, no Dorian je, na žalost, nije uspio izbjeći. Uslijedila je tragedija kakva se ne pamti u ovom kraju, Dorian je, na žalost, podlegao teškim ozljedama.

Riječko Općinsko državno odvjetništvo priopćilo je da je okončalo istragu prošlogodišnje tragične pogibije 21-godišnjeg motociklista Doriana Semiona Valentića na šumskom putu kod Lukeža, gdje je mladić izgubio život zbog postavljene sajle.

Iz odvjetništva navode kako su zbog teškog kaznenog djela protiv opće sigurnosti podigli optužnicu protiv trojice muškaraca, 57, 61 i 67-godišnjaka.

Optužnicom se okrivljenicima stavlja na teret da su u šumskom predjelu na širem području Rijeke, na ulazu u njihovu česticu, postavili čeličnu sajlu između stabala, iako svjesni da navedenu šumsku stazu učestalo koriste motociklisti tijekom vožnje šumom, kao i da sajla nije lako uočljiva, olako držeći da time ne ugrožavaju sigurnost posjetitelja šume.
