Policijski službenici Policijske postaje Ston su u jutarnjim satima jučer, 13. lipnja, tijekom obavljanja redovne prometne kontrole u Orebiću, zaustavili osobno vozilo dubrovačkih registarskih oznaka kojim je upravljao 28-godišnjak.

Osim što za vrijeme vožnje nije koristio sigurnosni pojas, utvrđeno je kako vozilom upravlja za vrijeme dok mu je pravomoćnim rješenjem ukinuta i poništena vozačka dozvola radi skupljenih više od 12 negativnih bodova.

Radi se o recidivistu teških prometnih prekršaja kojeg je policija do sada prekršajno sankcionirala 54 puta zbog počinjenih raznih prometnih prekršaja, najčešće zbog vožnje pod utjecajem alkohola.

Vozač je uhićen i, uz optužni prijedlog, doveden na Općinski sud u Dubrovniku – Stalna služba na Korčuli gdje je kažnjen novčanom kaznom od 2.741 eura i zabranom upravljanja vozilima B kategorije u trajanju od 18 mjeseci.

Budući 28-godišnjak ima dvije pravomoćne presude zbog počinjenih težih prometnih prekršaja, policija mu je i privremeno oduzela osobno vozilo kojim je upravljao.

Policijski službenici Policijske postaje Ston su u jutarnjim satima jučer, 13. lipnja, tijekom obavljanja redovne prometne kontrole u Orebiću, zaustavili osobno vozilo dubrovačkih registarskih oznaka kojim je upravljao 28-godišnjak.

Osim što za vrijeme vožnje nije koristio sigurnosni pojas, utvrđeno je kako vozilom upravlja za vrijeme dok mu je pravomoćnim rješenjem ukinuta i poništena vozačka dozvola radi skupljenih više od 12 negativnih bodova.

Radi se o recidivistu teških prometnih prekršaja kojeg je policija do sada prekršajno sankcionirala 54 puta zbog počinjenih raznih prometnih prekršaja, najčešće zbog vožnje pod utjecajem alkohola.

Vozač je uhićen i, uz optužni prijedlog, doveden na Općinski sud u Dubrovniku – Stalna služba na Korčuli gdje je kažnjen novčanom kaznom od 2.741 eura i zabranom upravljanja vozilima B kategorije u trajanju od 18 mjeseci.

Budući 28-godišnjak ima dvije pravomoćne presude zbog počinjenih težih prometnih prekršaja, policija mu je i privremeno oduzela osobno vozilo kojim je upravljao.

Orebićanin uhićen i oduzeto mu vozilo, počinitelj je težih prometnih prekršaja

Policijski službenici Policijske postaje Ston su u jutarnjim satima jučer, 13. lipnja, tijekom obavljanja redovne prometne kontrole u Orebiću, zaustavili osobno vozilo dubrovačkih registarskih oznaka kojim je upravljao 28-godišnjak.

Osim što za vrijeme vožnje nije koristio sigurnosni pojas, utvrđeno je kako vozilom upravlja za vrijeme dok mu je pravomoćnim rješenjem ukinuta i poništena vozačka dozvola radi skupljenih više od 12 negativnih bodova.

Radi se o recidivistu teških prometnih prekršaja kojeg je policija do sada prekršajno sankcionirala 54 puta zbog počinjenih raznih prometnih prekršaja, najčešće zbog vožnje pod utjecajem alkohola.

Vozač je uhićen i, uz optužni prijedlog, doveden na Općinski sud u Dubrovniku – Stalna služba na Korčuli gdje je kažnjen novčanom kaznom od 2.741 eura i zabranom upravljanja vozilima B kategorije u trajanju od 18 mjeseci.

Budući 28-godišnjak ima dvije pravomoćne presude zbog počinjenih težih prometnih prekršaja, policija mu je i privremeno oduzela osobno vozilo kojim je upravljao.
