Najveća koncentracija alkohola od 1,32 promila izmjerena je 51-godišnjaku koji je u večernjim satima u petak, 14. travnja zaustavljen prilikom redovne kontrole prometa u Metkoviću dok je upravljao osobnim vozilom dubrovačkih registarskih oznaka.

Vozač je isključen iz prometa i prekršajno je sankcioniran novčanom kaznom od 660 eura i dvomjesečnom zabranom upravljanja vozilima B kategorije.

Najveća novčana kazna u iznosu od 3.583,61 eura izrečena je 20-godišnjem vozaču motocikla dubrovačkih registarskih oznaka koji je u srijedu, 12. travnja, oko 23,30 sati zaustavljen u mjestu Komolac, tijekom redovne kontrole prometa.

Utvrđeno je da vozilom upravlja prije stjecanja prava na upravljanje te da je istekla valjanost prometne dozvole za motocikl.

Kod vozača je pronađena manja količina marihuane koja je uz potvrdu oduzeta, a vozač se odbio testirati na ponuđene testove na prisutnost droga u organizmu.

Osim toga vozač kod sebe nije imao osobnu iskaznicu.

Zbog počinjenih prometnih prekršaja vozač je prekršajno sankcioniran spomenutom novčanom kaznom te mu je određena tromjesečna zabrana upravljanja vozilima A kategorije. 

U proteklom tjednu na području Policijske uprave dubrovačko-neretvanske zabilježeno je pet prometnih nesreća s ozlijeđenim osobama u kojima je pet osoba lakše ozlijeđenih dok teže ozlijeđenih osoba nije bilo. S materijalnom štetom zabilježene su dvije prometne nesreće. Provodeći mjere kontrole prometa policijski službenici su protiv počinitelja prometnih prekršaja poduzeli 554 represivnih mjera.

Najveća koncentracija alkohola od 1,32 promila izmjerena je 51-godišnjaku koji je u večernjim satima u petak, 14. travnja zaustavljen prilikom redovne kontrole prometa u Metkoviću dok je upravljao osobnim vozilom dubrovačkih registarskih oznaka.

Vozač je isključen iz prometa i prekršajno je sankcioniran novčanom kaznom od 660 eura i dvomjesečnom zabranom upravljanja vozilima B kategorije.

Najveća novčana kazna u iznosu od 3.583,61 eura izrečena je 20-godišnjem vozaču motocikla dubrovačkih registarskih oznaka koji je u srijedu, 12. travnja, oko 23,30 sati zaustavljen u mjestu Komolac, tijekom redovne kontrole prometa.

Utvrđeno je da vozilom upravlja prije stjecanja prava na upravljanje te da je istekla valjanost prometne dozvole za motocikl.

Kod vozača je pronađena manja količina marihuane koja je uz potvrdu oduzeta, a vozač se odbio testirati na ponuđene testove na prisutnost droga u organizmu.

Osim toga vozač kod sebe nije imao osobnu iskaznicu.

Zbog počinjenih prometnih prekršaja vozač je prekršajno sankcioniran spomenutom novčanom kaznom te mu je određena tromjesečna zabrana upravljanja vozilima A kategorije. 

U proteklom tjednu na području Policijske uprave dubrovačko-neretvanske zabilježeno je pet prometnih nesreća s ozlijeđenim osobama u kojima je pet osoba lakše ozlijeđenih dok teže ozlijeđenih osoba nije bilo. S materijalnom štetom zabilježene su dvije prometne nesreće. Provodeći mjere kontrole prometa policijski službenici su protiv počinitelja prometnih prekršaja poduzeli 554 represivnih mjera.

Najveća koncentracija alkohola od 1,32 promila izmjerena je 51-godišnjaku koji je u večernjim satima u petak, 14. travnja zaustavljen prilikom redovne kontrole prometa u Metkoviću dok je upravljao osobnim vozilom dubrovačkih registarskih oznaka.

Vozač je isključen iz prometa i prekršajno je sankcioniran novčanom kaznom od 660 eura i dvomjesečnom zabranom upravljanja vozilima B kategorije.

Najveća novčana kazna u iznosu od 3.583,61 eura izrečena je 20-godišnjem vozaču motocikla dubrovačkih registarskih oznaka koji je u srijedu, 12. travnja, oko 23,30 sati zaustavljen u mjestu Komolac, tijekom redovne kontrole prometa.

Utvrđeno je da vozilom upravlja prije stjecanja prava na upravljanje te da je istekla valjanost prometne dozvole za motocikl.

Kod vozača je pronađena manja količina marihuane koja je uz potvrdu oduzeta, a vozač se odbio testirati na ponuđene testove na prisutnost droga u organizmu.

Osim toga vozač kod sebe nije imao osobnu iskaznicu.

Zbog počinjenih prometnih prekršaja vozač je prekršajno sankcioniran spomenutom novčanom kaznom te mu je određena tromjesečna zabrana upravljanja vozilima A kategorije. 

U proteklom tjednu na području Policijske uprave dubrovačko-neretvanske zabilježeno je pet prometnih nesreća s ozlijeđenim osobama u kojima je pet osoba lakše ozlijeđenih dok teže ozlijeđenih osoba nije bilo. S materijalnom štetom zabilježene su dvije prometne nesreće. Provodeći mjere kontrole prometa policijski službenici su protiv počinitelja prometnih prekršaja poduzeli 554 represivnih mjera.
