Preticanje zaustavnom trakom na Pelješkom mostu ili polukružno okretanje preko pune linije na pristupnim cestama mostu samo su neki od primjera drskog ponašanja dijela vozača. Primjeri takvog ponašanja često u najkraćem roku osvanu na društvenim mrežama, što je bilo primjer i s jučerašnjim preticanjem BMW-a kolone vozila desnom, odnosno zaustavnom trakom novoizgrađenog mosta.

Iz udruge ”Sigurnost u prometu” o takvom ponašanju ističu:- Takva su preticanja jako opasna i pogibeljna, posebno stoga što je riječ o postupcima na mostu tako da je riječ o dva aspekta kršenja Zakona sigurnosti prometa na cestama. Prema tom zakonu vozač ne smije ni početi obilaženje kolone vozila ako se nalazi na mostu ili pretiče kolonu vozila. Ako je pretekao više od dva vozila, što je slučaj iz najnovijeg primjera objavljenog na društvenim mrežama, počinio je taj prekršaj i nesavjesnom se vozaču prepisuje kazna od najmanje 3.000 kuna. Postupajući prema istom zakonu, takvom se vozaču izriče zabrana upravljanja motornim vozilima od najmanje mjesec dana, a u slučaju ponavljanja ovog nerazboritog prekršaja izriče se zabrana u trajanju od tri, a ako se taj prekršaj ponovi treći i svaki slijedeći put zabrana je šest mjeseci, dok novčana kazna tad doseže iznos od 7.000 kuna. Inače, vozaču se za ovakav prekršaj upisuju i dva negativna boda- ističe predsjednik udruge Sigurnost u prometu Denis Pavela te dodaje:

-Prema spomenutom zakonu, kolone se ne smiju preticati na kolniku na kojem se promet odvija u dva smjera, posebno u tunelu te na mostu. U tom je slučaju ista novčana i kazna negativnih bodova. Mi iz udruge ne znamo, ali osobno vjerujem da je ovaj vozač već sankcioniran, odnosno da su ga ”snimile” nadzorne kamere i uočili u sobi za kontrolu prometa, gdje se pohranjuju sve takve snimke i po potrebi ili na zahtjev dostavljaju Prometnoj policiji.

Doznali smo također kako je kazna za okretanje preko pune linije 500 kuna, što je kazna za nepoštivanje prometnog znaka, a ako je tom prilikom došlo i do ugrožavanja ostalih sudionika u prometu, doznali smo kako su tada sankcije puno teže, odnosno do 7.000 kuna.

Preticanje zaustavnom trakom na Pelješkom mostu ili polukružno okretanje preko pune linije na pristupnim cestama mostu samo su neki od primjera drskog ponašanja dijela vozača. Primjeri takvog ponašanja često u najkraćem roku osvanu na društvenim mrežama, što je bilo primjer i s jučerašnjim preticanjem BMW-a kolone vozila desnom, odnosno zaustavnom trakom novoizgrađenog mosta.

Iz udruge ”Sigurnost u prometu” o takvom ponašanju ističu:- Takva su preticanja jako opasna i pogibeljna, posebno stoga što je riječ o postupcima na mostu tako da je riječ o dva aspekta kršenja Zakona sigurnosti prometa na cestama. Prema tom zakonu vozač ne smije ni početi obilaženje kolone vozila ako se nalazi na mostu ili pretiče kolonu vozila. Ako je pretekao više od dva vozila, što je slučaj iz najnovijeg primjera objavljenog na društvenim mrežama, počinio je taj prekršaj i nesavjesnom se vozaču prepisuje kazna od najmanje 3.000 kuna. Postupajući prema istom zakonu, takvom se vozaču izriče zabrana upravljanja motornim vozilima od najmanje mjesec dana, a u slučaju ponavljanja ovog nerazboritog prekršaja izriče se zabrana u trajanju od tri, a ako se taj prekršaj ponovi treći i svaki slijedeći put zabrana je šest mjeseci, dok novčana kazna tad doseže iznos od 7.000 kuna. Inače, vozaču se za ovakav prekršaj upisuju i dva negativna boda- ističe predsjednik udruge Sigurnost u prometu Denis Pavela te dodaje:

-Prema spomenutom zakonu, kolone se ne smiju preticati na kolniku na kojem se promet odvija u dva smjera, posebno u tunelu te na mostu. U tom je slučaju ista novčana i kazna negativnih bodova. Mi iz udruge ne znamo, ali osobno vjerujem da je ovaj vozač već sankcioniran, odnosno da su ga ”snimile” nadzorne kamere i uočili u sobi za kontrolu prometa, gdje se pohranjuju sve takve snimke i po potrebi ili na zahtjev dostavljaju Prometnoj policiji.

Doznali smo također kako je kazna za okretanje preko pune linije 500 kuna, što je kazna za nepoštivanje prometnog znaka, a ako je tom prilikom došlo i do ugrožavanja ostalih sudionika u prometu, doznali smo kako su tada sankcije puno teže, odnosno do 7.000 kuna.

Evo koliko će policija ‘rebnuti‘ vozača koji je pretjecao kolonu na mostu i koliko će čekati da opet sjedne za volan

Preticanje zaustavnom trakom na Pelješkom mostu ili polukružno okretanje preko pune linije na pristupnim cestama mostu samo su neki od primjera drskog ponašanja dijela vozača. Primjeri takvog ponašanja često u najkraćem roku osvanu na društvenim mrežama, što je bilo primjer i s jučerašnjim preticanjem BMW-a kolone vozila desnom, odnosno zaustavnom trakom novoizgrađenog mosta.

Iz udruge ”Sigurnost u prometu” o takvom ponašanju ističu:- Takva su preticanja jako opasna i pogibeljna, posebno stoga što je riječ o postupcima na mostu tako da je riječ o dva aspekta kršenja Zakona sigurnosti prometa na cestama. Prema tom zakonu vozač ne smije ni početi obilaženje kolone vozila ako se nalazi na mostu ili pretiče kolonu vozila. Ako je pretekao više od dva vozila, što je slučaj iz najnovijeg primjera objavljenog na društvenim mrežama, počinio je taj prekršaj i nesavjesnom se vozaču prepisuje kazna od najmanje 3.000 kuna. Postupajući prema istom zakonu, takvom se vozaču izriče zabrana upravljanja motornim vozilima od najmanje mjesec dana, a u slučaju ponavljanja ovog nerazboritog prekršaja izriče se zabrana u trajanju od tri, a ako se taj prekršaj ponovi treći i svaki slijedeći put zabrana je šest mjeseci, dok novčana kazna tad doseže iznos od 7.000 kuna. Inače, vozaču se za ovakav prekršaj upisuju i dva negativna boda- ističe predsjednik udruge Sigurnost u prometu Denis Pavela te dodaje:

-Prema spomenutom zakonu, kolone se ne smiju preticati na kolniku na kojem se promet odvija u dva smjera, posebno u tunelu te na mostu. U tom je slučaju ista novčana i kazna negativnih bodova. Mi iz udruge ne znamo, ali osobno vjerujem da je ovaj vozač već sankcioniran, odnosno da su ga ”snimile” nadzorne kamere i uočili u sobi za kontrolu prometa, gdje se pohranjuju sve takve snimke i po potrebi ili na zahtjev dostavljaju Prometnoj policiji.

Doznali smo također kako je kazna za okretanje preko pune linije 500 kuna, što je kazna za nepoštivanje prometnog znaka, a ako je tom prilikom došlo i do ugrožavanja ostalih sudionika u prometu, doznali smo kako su tada sankcije puno teže, odnosno do 7.000 kuna.
