Više da nego ne – to je rekao na kraju sezone 33-godišnji kapetan Squarea Hrvoje Cvjetković. Pitanje je bilo, nastavlja li ‘plovidbu’? Hoće li i iduće sezone povesti ‘crveno plave’ u lov na trofej koji nedostaje, koji sanjaju generacije ‘Bure s Lapada’, naslov prvaka?

Sezona 2022./23. za Square je završila 12. svibnja. Sutra će bit točno dva mjeseca od poraza i u drugoj utakmici polufinala doigravanja, kad je Olmissum sedam dana nakon pobjede kod kuće s 4:1, istim rezultatom bio bolji i u Gospinom polju, te ‘ubio’ svaku nadu Cvjetkovića i ekipa kako će, napokon, otići do kraja.

Danas je pitanje isto. Kapetane?

- Odgovor je isti. Još nisam odlučio – kazao je Cvjetković, koji je od 23. travnja 2021. rekorder Squarea po broju odigranih utakmica. I tad je zadnja utakmica sezone bila protiv Olmissuma u Gospinom polju, ali tad u četvrtfinalu. Poraz u Omišu, pa poraz doma.

Uglavnom, tog 23. travnja 2021. godine po 318. put je zaigrao za dubrovački klub. Do tad je rekord više od 15 godina držao Bartul Vukojević, koji je bio trener kad je Hrvoje još kao junior imao debi za prvu momčad Squarea, a to je bilo prije 16 godina.

- Dubravko Čikor je ‘kriv‘ što sam počeo igrat mali nogomet. On nas je okupio. On je bio u to vrijeme u Squareu. Inače, tata je igrao mali nogomet za veterane, te sam išao s njim po turnirima. Sjećam se turnira na Ilijinoj Glavici, čekaš poluvrijeme da utrčiš na teren, te pucaš na gol. Veliki nogomet sam napustio kad sam počeo igrat za prvu ekipu Squarea. Nije mi se više dalo ić trčat po kiši, rano se trebalo dizat na trening... Ha, nisam bio lijen, nego veliki nogomet nije imao baš nikakve uvjete, pogotovo mi mlađi, a s druge strane sa Squareom igraš Prvu ligu. Zatim, ta moja generacija, koju je okupio Čikor, osvojila je naslov juniorskog prvaka Hrvatske. Bila je i jednom treća. Izgubili smo, dobro se sjećam, polufinale na penale. To je ekipa. Srđan Ive na vratima, Zoran Primić, Stjepan Rezo, Mato Šimunović, Dario Marinović, Denis Hasanović, Stijepo Gavrilica.... joj, nemoj da koga zaboravim. Da, pa Ivan Šakota, Ivan Kalauz... I nakon tog uspjeha s juniorima doživiš da si na treningu s prvom momčadi, a u njoj jedan Joško Atijas, Bobo Butigan, Sandro Salacan, Mario Raguž, Stijepo Pavlić... bili su tu i Junuz Ćustović, Mateo Saulan, Denis Kočić... Bobo je bio par godina prije tog mog debija za prvu momčad Squarea najbolji golman Svjetskog prvenstva, Salacan je igrao za reprezentaciju... – rekao je Hrvoje onog dana kad je postao rekorder.

Debi je imao protiv Gospića u osmini finala Kupa Hrvatske 14. ožujka 2007. godine. Prvu prvenstvenu utakmicu za Square odigrao je 28. rujna 2007. protiv Split Brodosplita. Prvi pogodak je postigao protiv Gospića, ali ne u svom debiju, već u svojoj 15. utakmici za prvu momčad, 1. veljače 2008., i to u prvenstvu.

Kapetansku traku preuzeo je 4. studenog 2014. godine u svojoj 153. utakmici za Square od Matea Saulana.

U posljednje dvije sezone odigrao je ukupno 50 utakmica. Dakle, do danas je 368 puta nastupio za prvu momčad Squarea.

S obzirom na zadnje nastupe, igre, dojam je kako može još, kako bi mogao postati prvi igrač s 400 nastupa u ‘crveno plavom’ dresu. Još ako pritom kao kapetan podigne trofej...

Više da nego ne – to je rekao na kraju sezone 33-godišnji kapetan Squarea Hrvoje Cvjetković. Pitanje je bilo, nastavlja li ‘plovidbu’? Hoće li i iduće sezone povesti ‘crveno plave’ u lov na trofej koji nedostaje, koji sanjaju generacije ‘Bure s Lapada’, naslov prvaka?

Sezona 2022./23. za Square je završila 12. svibnja. Sutra će bit točno dva mjeseca od poraza i u drugoj utakmici polufinala doigravanja, kad je Olmissum sedam dana nakon pobjede kod kuće s 4:1, istim rezultatom bio bolji i u Gospinom polju, te ‘ubio’ svaku nadu Cvjetkovića i ekipa kako će, napokon, otići do kraja.

Danas je pitanje isto. Kapetane?

- Odgovor je isti. Još nisam odlučio – kazao je Cvjetković, koji je od 23. travnja 2021. rekorder Squarea po broju odigranih utakmica. I tad je zadnja utakmica sezone bila protiv Olmissuma u Gospinom polju, ali tad u četvrtfinalu. Poraz u Omišu, pa poraz doma.

Uglavnom, tog 23. travnja 2021. godine po 318. put je zaigrao za dubrovački klub. Do tad je rekord više od 15 godina držao Bartul Vukojević, koji je bio trener kad je Hrvoje još kao junior imao debi za prvu momčad Squarea, a to je bilo prije 16 godina.

- Dubravko Čikor je ‘kriv‘ što sam počeo igrat mali nogomet. On nas je okupio. On je bio u to vrijeme u Squareu. Inače, tata je igrao mali nogomet za veterane, te sam išao s njim po turnirima. Sjećam se turnira na Ilijinoj Glavici, čekaš poluvrijeme da utrčiš na teren, te pucaš na gol. Veliki nogomet sam napustio kad sam počeo igrat za prvu ekipu Squarea. Nije mi se više dalo ić trčat po kiši, rano se trebalo dizat na trening... Ha, nisam bio lijen, nego veliki nogomet nije imao baš nikakve uvjete, pogotovo mi mlađi, a s druge strane sa Squareom igraš Prvu ligu. Zatim, ta moja generacija, koju je okupio Čikor, osvojila je naslov juniorskog prvaka Hrvatske. Bila je i jednom treća. Izgubili smo, dobro se sjećam, polufinale na penale. To je ekipa. Srđan Ive na vratima, Zoran Primić, Stjepan Rezo, Mato Šimunović, Dario Marinović, Denis Hasanović, Stijepo Gavrilica.... joj, nemoj da koga zaboravim. Da, pa Ivan Šakota, Ivan Kalauz... I nakon tog uspjeha s juniorima doživiš da si na treningu s prvom momčadi, a u njoj jedan Joško Atijas, Bobo Butigan, Sandro Salacan, Mario Raguž, Stijepo Pavlić... bili su tu i Junuz Ćustović, Mateo Saulan, Denis Kočić... Bobo je bio par godina prije tog mog debija za prvu momčad Squarea najbolji golman Svjetskog prvenstva, Salacan je igrao za reprezentaciju... – rekao je Hrvoje onog dana kad je postao rekorder.

Debi je imao protiv Gospića u osmini finala Kupa Hrvatske 14. ožujka 2007. godine. Prvu prvenstvenu utakmicu za Square odigrao je 28. rujna 2007. protiv Split Brodosplita. Prvi pogodak je postigao protiv Gospića, ali ne u svom debiju, već u svojoj 15. utakmici za prvu momčad, 1. veljače 2008., i to u prvenstvu.

Kapetansku traku preuzeo je 4. studenog 2014. godine u svojoj 153. utakmici za Square od Matea Saulana.

U posljednje dvije sezone odigrao je ukupno 50 utakmica. Dakle, do danas je 368 puta nastupio za prvu momčad Squarea.

S obzirom na zadnje nastupe, igre, dojam je kako može još, kako bi mogao postati prvi igrač s 400 nastupa u ‘crveno plavom’ dresu. Još ako pritom kao kapetan podigne trofej...
