Par koji je nedavno kupio svoj prvi zajednički dom, iznenadio se kad je u podrumu kuće, koju su počeli renovirati, pronašli pravo malo blago.

Nicole Halliday i njezin dečko kupili su kuću sagrađenu 1960-ih kako bi je pretvorili u svoj dom iz snova, ali nisu znali da se u podrumu kuće skriva pravo malo bogatstvo. Prethodni vlasnik je, naime, u vinskom podrumu ostavio nekoliko boca crvenog vina iz 1980-ih.

Halliday je otkriće podijelila na svom profilu na TikTok, otkrivajući da su do sada pronašli desetke boca, uključujući Canepa Cabernet Sauvignon iz Čilea, Les Hauts de Castelmaure Corbières iz Francuske i Château Lachesnaye Medoc, također iz Francuske. Njezini online pratitelji brzo su u komentarima istaknuli kako je riječ o vrlo vrijednim bocama.

Jedan od njih tvrdi da je cijena boce crvenog vina iz 1984. godine oko 200 eura. Ako su njegovi izračuni točni, onda se Halliday smiješi pozamašna zarada jer se u njenom podrumu navodno nalazi vino u vrijednosti od 2000 eura.

Neki su se pitali hoće li vino i dalje biti za konzumaciju, ali s obzirom na način na koji ga je prethodni vlasnik kuće čuvao, vjerojatno je zadržalo svoju kvalitetu.

“Crveno vino treba čuvati u ležećem položaju, daleko od prirodnog svjetla i na stalnoj temperaturi od 10 do 15 stupnjeva”, istaknula je jedna njezina pratiteljica, dok je druga dodala: “Ovo vino izgleda kao da je savršeno dobro čuvano.”

Neki su čak sugerirali da će par morati prodati vino kako bi financirali obnovu kuće, dok im drugi samo zavide njihovom otkriću. “Malo sam ljubomoran”, napisao je jedan pratitelj, dok je drugi predložio: “Kad kuća bude gotova, treba otvoriti bocu i proslaviti. Ostatak sačuvajte za posebne prilike.”

Video koji je Halliday objavila već dosegnuo više od milijun pregleda na društvenim mrežama. Iz dokumenata koje je Halliday dobila prilikom kupnje kuće jasno je da su je prijašnji vlasnici kupili 1962. godine za samo 3676 eura.

Par koji je nedavno kupio svoj prvi zajednički dom, iznenadio se kad je u podrumu kuće, koju su počeli renovirati, pronašli pravo malo blago.

Nicole Halliday i njezin dečko kupili su kuću sagrađenu 1960-ih kako bi je pretvorili u svoj dom iz snova, ali nisu znali da se u podrumu kuće skriva pravo malo bogatstvo. Prethodni vlasnik je, naime, u vinskom podrumu ostavio nekoliko boca crvenog vina iz 1980-ih.

Halliday je otkriće podijelila na svom profilu na TikTok, otkrivajući da su do sada pronašli desetke boca, uključujući Canepa Cabernet Sauvignon iz Čilea, Les Hauts de Castelmaure Corbières iz Francuske i Château Lachesnaye Medoc, također iz Francuske. Njezini online pratitelji brzo su u komentarima istaknuli kako je riječ o vrlo vrijednim bocama.

Jedan od njih tvrdi da je cijena boce crvenog vina iz 1984. godine oko 200 eura. Ako su njegovi izračuni točni, onda se Halliday smiješi pozamašna zarada jer se u njenom podrumu navodno nalazi vino u vrijednosti od 2000 eura.

Neki su se pitali hoće li vino i dalje biti za konzumaciju, ali s obzirom na način na koji ga je prethodni vlasnik kuće čuvao, vjerojatno je zadržalo svoju kvalitetu.

“Crveno vino treba čuvati u ležećem položaju, daleko od prirodnog svjetla i na stalnoj temperaturi od 10 do 15 stupnjeva”, istaknula je jedna njezina pratiteljica, dok je druga dodala: “Ovo vino izgleda kao da je savršeno dobro čuvano.”

Neki su čak sugerirali da će par morati prodati vino kako bi financirali obnovu kuće, dok im drugi samo zavide njihovom otkriću. “Malo sam ljubomoran”, napisao je jedan pratitelj, dok je drugi predložio: “Kad kuća bude gotova, treba otvoriti bocu i proslaviti. Ostatak sačuvajte za posebne prilike.”

Video koji je Halliday objavila već dosegnuo više od milijun pregleda na društvenim mrežama. Iz dokumenata koje je Halliday dobila prilikom kupnje kuće jasno je da su je prijašnji vlasnici kupili 1962. godine za samo 3676 eura.

Par koji je nedavno kupio svoj prvi zajednički dom, iznenadio se kad je u podrumu kuće, koju su počeli renovirati, pronašli pravo malo blago.

Nicole Halliday i njezin dečko kupili su kuću sagrađenu 1960-ih kako bi je pretvorili u svoj dom iz snova, ali nisu znali da se u podrumu kuće skriva pravo malo bogatstvo. Prethodni vlasnik je, naime, u vinskom podrumu ostavio nekoliko boca crvenog vina iz 1980-ih.

Halliday je otkriće podijelila na svom profilu na TikTok, otkrivajući da su do sada pronašli desetke boca, uključujući Canepa Cabernet Sauvignon iz Čilea, Les Hauts de Castelmaure Corbières iz Francuske i Château Lachesnaye Medoc, također iz Francuske. Njezini online pratitelji brzo su u komentarima istaknuli kako je riječ o vrlo vrijednim bocama.

Jedan od njih tvrdi da je cijena boce crvenog vina iz 1984. godine oko 200 eura. Ako su njegovi izračuni točni, onda se Halliday smiješi pozamašna zarada jer se u njenom podrumu navodno nalazi vino u vrijednosti od 2000 eura.

Neki su se pitali hoće li vino i dalje biti za konzumaciju, ali s obzirom na način na koji ga je prethodni vlasnik kuće čuvao, vjerojatno je zadržalo svoju kvalitetu.

“Crveno vino treba čuvati u ležećem položaju, daleko od prirodnog svjetla i na stalnoj temperaturi od 10 do 15 stupnjeva”, istaknula je jedna njezina pratiteljica, dok je druga dodala: “Ovo vino izgleda kao da je savršeno dobro čuvano.”

Neki su čak sugerirali da će par morati prodati vino kako bi financirali obnovu kuće, dok im drugi samo zavide njihovom otkriću. “Malo sam ljubomoran”, napisao je jedan pratitelj, dok je drugi predložio: “Kad kuća bude gotova, treba otvoriti bocu i proslaviti. Ostatak sačuvajte za posebne prilike.”

Video koji je Halliday objavila već dosegnuo više od milijun pregleda na društvenim mrežama. Iz dokumenata koje je Halliday dobila prilikom kupnje kuće jasno je da su je prijašnji vlasnici kupili 1962. godine za samo 3676 eura.
