Prženice su mnogima od nas jedno od prvih jela koje smo naučili pripremati i baš su zgodna opcija za doručak ili večeru. Nažalost, premda ih pripremamo godinama, tu i tamo nam se dogodi da nas apsolutno razočaraju... S obzirom na to kako se jednostavno i brzo pripremaju teško je i zamisliti gdje bi nešto moglo poći po krivu, no kulinarski stručnjaci s afinitetom prema ovom jednostavnom jelu izvukli su nekoliko najčešćih grešaka, stoga kad idući put krenete raditi prženice, pripazite na ovo...

Ponajprije, dobro odmjerite sastojke. Koristite li previše jaja, mogu vam biti žilave. Koristite li previše mlijeka, mogu postati gnjecave. Idealan omjer za dvije kriške kruha je jedno jaje i 60 ml mlijeka.

Što je mlijeko koje koristite masnije, prženice će vam biti bolje. Kad pravite prženice, nemojte posezati za obranim mlijekom - koga zavaravate, ionako ćete ih pržiti!

Smjesu od jaja i mlijeka u koju ćete umočiti kruh prije nego ga stavite na tavu nipošto nemojte mutiti mikserom. Istina, to je znatno brže i lakše obaviti uz pomoć miksera nego pomoću vilice, ali na ovaj će način rezultat biti bolji.

 

Još je važnije pripaziti da je kruh koji koristite malo odležao, barem dan-dva, u protivnom će vam se prženice raspadari dok ih pečete, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

Kriške ne smiju biti pretjerano debele. jer će vam prženice u sredini ostati gnjecave, no nemojte ih ni rezati previše tanko, jer neće biti sočne te bi se, kao i u slučaju pretjerano svježeg kruha, mogle raspasti. Želite li precizno, centimetar i pol je optimalna debljina.

Neki vole prženice pržiti na ulju, jer im je tako praktičnije, drugi ih pak, zbog boljeg ukusa prže na maslacu. Niti jedni nisu u pravu: najbolja opcija je mješavina ulja i maslaca. Prženicu stavite na zagrijano ulje, a kad je preokrenete u tavu dodajte i komadić maslaca. Na taj način maslac neće izgoriti, a prženicama će ipak dati svoj prepoznatljiv, fini okus.

Pripazite i na ovaj detalj: ulje mora biti vruće kako prženice ne bi upile previše masnoće. Pecite ih na srednje jakoj vatri po nekoliko minuta sa svake strane.

Ako ste gurmanski raspoloženi, u smjesu s jajima možete dodati i začine. Za slatku varijantu najbolje će vam odgovarati cimet, limunova korica i aroma vanilije, no ako planirate napraviti slane prženice, dobro će vam doći muškatni oraščić, papar i parmezan.

Prženice su mnogima od nas jedno od prvih jela koje smo naučili pripremati i baš su zgodna opcija za doručak ili večeru. Nažalost, premda ih pripremamo godinama, tu i tamo nam se dogodi da nas apsolutno razočaraju... S obzirom na to kako se jednostavno i brzo pripremaju teško je i zamisliti gdje bi nešto moglo poći po krivu, no kulinarski stručnjaci s afinitetom prema ovom jednostavnom jelu izvukli su nekoliko najčešćih grešaka, stoga kad idući put krenete raditi prženice, pripazite na ovo...

Ponajprije, dobro odmjerite sastojke. Koristite li previše jaja, mogu vam biti žilave. Koristite li previše mlijeka, mogu postati gnjecave. Idealan omjer za dvije kriške kruha je jedno jaje i 60 ml mlijeka.

Što je mlijeko koje koristite masnije, prženice će vam biti bolje. Kad pravite prženice, nemojte posezati za obranim mlijekom - koga zavaravate, ionako ćete ih pržiti!

Smjesu od jaja i mlijeka u koju ćete umočiti kruh prije nego ga stavite na tavu nipošto nemojte mutiti mikserom. Istina, to je znatno brže i lakše obaviti uz pomoć miksera nego pomoću vilice, ali na ovaj će način rezultat biti bolji.

 

Još je važnije pripaziti da je kruh koji koristite malo odležao, barem dan-dva, u protivnom će vam se prženice raspadari dok ih pečete, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

Kriške ne smiju biti pretjerano debele. jer će vam prženice u sredini ostati gnjecave, no nemojte ih ni rezati previše tanko, jer neće biti sočne te bi se, kao i u slučaju pretjerano svježeg kruha, mogle raspasti. Želite li precizno, centimetar i pol je optimalna debljina.

Neki vole prženice pržiti na ulju, jer im je tako praktičnije, drugi ih pak, zbog boljeg ukusa prže na maslacu. Niti jedni nisu u pravu: najbolja opcija je mješavina ulja i maslaca. Prženicu stavite na zagrijano ulje, a kad je preokrenete u tavu dodajte i komadić maslaca. Na taj način maslac neće izgoriti, a prženicama će ipak dati svoj prepoznatljiv, fini okus.

Pripazite i na ovaj detalj: ulje mora biti vruće kako prženice ne bi upile previše masnoće. Pecite ih na srednje jakoj vatri po nekoliko minuta sa svake strane.

Ako ste gurmanski raspoloženi, u smjesu s jajima možete dodati i začine. Za slatku varijantu najbolje će vam odgovarati cimet, limunova korica i aroma vanilije, no ako planirate napraviti slane prženice, dobro će vam doći muškatni oraščić, papar i parmezan.

Za najbolje prženice koje ste ikad probali prestanite raditi ove greške koje se svima potkradaju. Detalj s uljem je hit!

Prženice su mnogima od nas jedno od prvih jela koje smo naučili pripremati i baš su zgodna opcija za doručak ili večeru. Nažalost, premda ih pripremamo godinama, tu i tamo nam se dogodi da nas apsolutno razočaraju... S obzirom na to kako se jednostavno i brzo pripremaju teško je i zamisliti gdje bi nešto moglo poći po krivu, no kulinarski stručnjaci s afinitetom prema ovom jednostavnom jelu izvukli su nekoliko najčešćih grešaka, stoga kad idući put krenete raditi prženice, pripazite na ovo...

Ponajprije, dobro odmjerite sastojke. Koristite li previše jaja, mogu vam biti žilave. Koristite li previše mlijeka, mogu postati gnjecave. Idealan omjer za dvije kriške kruha je jedno jaje i 60 ml mlijeka.

Što je mlijeko koje koristite masnije, prženice će vam biti bolje. Kad pravite prženice, nemojte posezati za obranim mlijekom - koga zavaravate, ionako ćete ih pržiti!

Smjesu od jaja i mlijeka u koju ćete umočiti kruh prije nego ga stavite na tavu nipošto nemojte mutiti mikserom. Istina, to je znatno brže i lakše obaviti uz pomoć miksera nego pomoću vilice, ali na ovaj će način rezultat biti bolji.

 

Još je važnije pripaziti da je kruh koji koristite malo odležao, barem dan-dva, u protivnom će vam se prženice raspadari dok ih pečete, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

Kriške ne smiju biti pretjerano debele. jer će vam prženice u sredini ostati gnjecave, no nemojte ih ni rezati previše tanko, jer neće biti sočne te bi se, kao i u slučaju pretjerano svježeg kruha, mogle raspasti. Želite li precizno, centimetar i pol je optimalna debljina.

Neki vole prženice pržiti na ulju, jer im je tako praktičnije, drugi ih pak, zbog boljeg ukusa prže na maslacu. Niti jedni nisu u pravu: najbolja opcija je mješavina ulja i maslaca. Prženicu stavite na zagrijano ulje, a kad je preokrenete u tavu dodajte i komadić maslaca. Na taj način maslac neće izgoriti, a prženicama će ipak dati svoj prepoznatljiv, fini okus.

Pripazite i na ovaj detalj: ulje mora biti vruće kako prženice ne bi upile previše masnoće. Pecite ih na srednje jakoj vatri po nekoliko minuta sa svake strane.

Ako ste gurmanski raspoloženi, u smjesu s jajima možete dodati i začine. Za slatku varijantu najbolje će vam odgovarati cimet, limunova korica i aroma vanilije, no ako planirate napraviti slane prženice, dobro će vam doći muškatni oraščić, papar i parmezan.
