Dok se gradska vlast još od 2012. godine u kontinuitetu hvalila projektom Aglomeracije Sinj, drugi su radili.

Iako je Sinj na razini države bio među prvih 17 takvih projekata, za koje su bila rezervirana sredstva iz EU-ovih fondova, danas je stanje takvo da je njegova realizacija pred rušenjem. U međuvremenu je u Hrvatskoj već izgrađeno ili je u tijeku izvedba oko 80 različitih aglomeracija.

Za ovo je odgovorna sinjska gradska vlast od 2012. godine do danas, posebno izvršna, a pojedinačno uz gradonačelnicu Kristinu Križanac, svakako vijećnik Stipislav Jadrijević i pročelnica Ankica Panza, koji su u ime Grada bili u Skupštini ili projektnom timu tvrtke "Vodovod i odvodnja Cetinske krajine" kao formalnom investitoru.

Od odgovornosti se ne mogu izuzeti "Hrvatske vode" kao ni Ministarstvo zaštite okoliša - kazao je to Miro Bulj, Mostov gradski vijećnik, na današnjoj konferenciji za novinare održanoj kod Lumbinova mosta preko Ćosina potoka, kojim kroz centar alkarskog grada otvoreno teku fekalije.

Prema njegovim riječima, sramotno je da u 21. stoljeću kroz Sinj otvorenim vodotokom teku fekalije koje nizvodno truju Brnaze i Turjake, a onda se uzvodno od Trilja izravno ulijevaju u Cetinu iz koje se vodom za piće opskrbljuje cijelo omiško i makarsko područje s gravitirajućim srednjodalmatinskim otocima.

- Projektni tim procjenio je vrijednost Aglomeracije Sinj na 266 milijuna kuna. Zbog sporosti i nepotrebnog gubitka nekoliko godina, u kojima su drugi radili i zaposlili graditelje, prije godinu dana provedena javna nabava pokazala je njihov promašaj jer je cjenovno najniža ponuda iznosila oko 420 milijuna kuna. Od tada se izgubila još jedna godina. Sada su otvorene ponude po novoj javnoj nabavi. Sada je još skuplje, cijena je skočila do 440 milijuna kuna - kazao je Bulj.

Mostovac je javno zatražio da pred javnost iziđu gradonačelnica Križanac i svi sinjski predstavnici u Skupštini "Vodovoda i odvodnje Cetinske krajine" i projektnom timu.

- S ovim se ne smijemo pomiriti jer se radi o jedinstvenoj prilici za izgradnju naše kanalizacije koja je civilizacijski iskorak. Osobno ću tijekom narednog tjedna ići kod direktora "Hrvatskih voda", ministra zaštitu okoliše i premijera i zahtjevati da ovaj narod ne bude kažnjen.

Tražit ću da se postupi kao u slučaju Aglomeracije Nin-Privlaka-Vrsi kada su dionici financiranja na argumentiranu i obrazloženu javnu nabavu osigurali "Vodovodu Vir" dodatnih oko 150 milijuna kuna, za koliko je odabrana ekonomski najpovoljnija ponuda bila skuplja od procijenjene vrijednosti – kazao je Bulj.

U nastavku se spustio u korito Ćosinog potoka i pripremljenu bocu napunio fekalnim sadržajem kojega će, kako je kazao, ponijeti na dar sugovornicima s kojima se namjerava susresti u Zagrebu tijekom narednog tjedna.

Dok se gradska vlast još od 2012. godine u kontinuitetu hvalila projektom Aglomeracije Sinj, drugi su radili.

Iako je Sinj na razini države bio među prvih 17 takvih projekata, za koje su bila rezervirana sredstva iz EU-ovih fondova, danas je stanje takvo da je njegova realizacija pred rušenjem. U međuvremenu je u Hrvatskoj već izgrađeno ili je u tijeku izvedba oko 80 različitih aglomeracija.

Za ovo je odgovorna sinjska gradska vlast od 2012. godine do danas, posebno izvršna, a pojedinačno uz gradonačelnicu Kristinu Križanac, svakako vijećnik Stipislav Jadrijević i pročelnica Ankica Panza, koji su u ime Grada bili u Skupštini ili projektnom timu tvrtke "Vodovod i odvodnja Cetinske krajine" kao formalnom investitoru.

Od odgovornosti se ne mogu izuzeti "Hrvatske vode" kao ni Ministarstvo zaštite okoliša - kazao je to Miro Bulj, Mostov gradski vijećnik, na današnjoj konferenciji za novinare održanoj kod Lumbinova mosta preko Ćosina potoka, kojim kroz centar alkarskog grada otvoreno teku fekalije.

Prema njegovim riječima, sramotno je da u 21. stoljeću kroz Sinj otvorenim vodotokom teku fekalije koje nizvodno truju Brnaze i Turjake, a onda se uzvodno od Trilja izravno ulijevaju u Cetinu iz koje se vodom za piće opskrbljuje cijelo omiško i makarsko područje s gravitirajućim srednjodalmatinskim otocima.

- Projektni tim procjenio je vrijednost Aglomeracije Sinj na 266 milijuna kuna. Zbog sporosti i nepotrebnog gubitka nekoliko godina, u kojima su drugi radili i zaposlili graditelje, prije godinu dana provedena javna nabava pokazala je njihov promašaj jer je cjenovno najniža ponuda iznosila oko 420 milijuna kuna. Od tada se izgubila još jedna godina. Sada su otvorene ponude po novoj javnoj nabavi. Sada je još skuplje, cijena je skočila do 440 milijuna kuna - kazao je Bulj.

Mostovac je javno zatražio da pred javnost iziđu gradonačelnica Križanac i svi sinjski predstavnici u Skupštini "Vodovoda i odvodnje Cetinske krajine" i projektnom timu.

- S ovim se ne smijemo pomiriti jer se radi o jedinstvenoj prilici za izgradnju naše kanalizacije koja je civilizacijski iskorak. Osobno ću tijekom narednog tjedna ići kod direktora "Hrvatskih voda", ministra zaštitu okoliše i premijera i zahtjevati da ovaj narod ne bude kažnjen.

Tražit ću da se postupi kao u slučaju Aglomeracije Nin-Privlaka-Vrsi kada su dionici financiranja na argumentiranu i obrazloženu javnu nabavu osigurali "Vodovodu Vir" dodatnih oko 150 milijuna kuna, za koliko je odabrana ekonomski najpovoljnija ponuda bila skuplja od procijenjene vrijednosti – kazao je Bulj.

U nastavku se spustio u korito Ćosinog potoka i pripremljenu bocu napunio fekalnim sadržajem kojega će, kako je kazao, ponijeti na dar sugovornicima s kojima se namjerava susresti u Zagrebu tijekom narednog tjedna.

Dok se gradska vlast još od 2012. godine u kontinuitetu hvalila projektom Aglomeracije Sinj, drugi su radili.

Iako je Sinj na razini države bio među prvih 17 takvih projekata, za koje su bila rezervirana sredstva iz EU-ovih fondova, danas je stanje takvo da je njegova realizacija pred rušenjem. U međuvremenu je u Hrvatskoj već izgrađeno ili je u tijeku izvedba oko 80 različitih aglomeracija.

Za ovo je odgovorna sinjska gradska vlast od 2012. godine do danas, posebno izvršna, a pojedinačno uz gradonačelnicu Kristinu Križanac, svakako vijećnik Stipislav Jadrijević i pročelnica Ankica Panza, koji su u ime Grada bili u Skupštini ili projektnom timu tvrtke "Vodovod i odvodnja Cetinske krajine" kao formalnom investitoru.

Od odgovornosti se ne mogu izuzeti "Hrvatske vode" kao ni M...
