Pas možda je čovjekov najbolji prijatelj, no osjećaji ne moraju biti obostrani. Iako toga nismo svjesni, neki naši potezi itekako mogu kod četveronožnih ljubimaca izazvati negativne emocije, piše The Animal Rescue Site.
Kako bismo zadržali prijateljstvo i međusobno razumijevanje, potrebno je obratiti posebnu pažnju na potrebu ljubimca. A mnogi naprosto ne idu dovoljno za tim, nemaju vremena ili pak slijede naučene obrasce ponašanja koji ne moraju uvijek biti točni.
Iako mislite da sami znate što vaš psić voli, a što ne, obratite pažnju na njegove reakcije kad su neki od sljedećih poteza u pitanju. Spomenuti izvor sugerira kako psima ove naše navike nikako nisu po volji.
1. Koristite isključivo svoj glas
Psi vole kad im pričate, no oni, dakako, ne razumiju što govorite. Iako mogu registrirati nekoliko riječi te ih povezati s naučenim pokretima, vrlo vjerojatno u njihovu smjeru šaljete na stotine riječi tijekom dana. Upravo zato ne biste se trebali oslanjati isključivo na verbalnu poruku, već i na govor tijela. Psi su naučeni da prepoznaju vaše namjere prema položaju tijela i pokretima koje činite.
Pazite da ono što govorite nije u suprotnosti s bojom vašega glasa i gestom. Primjerice, psu možete govoriti da bude miran, ali ako mu rukom niste dali do znanja, on može to shvatiti kao da ga pozivate k sebi.

2. Zagrljaji
Vjerovali ili ne, psi u pravilu ne vole zagrljaje. Iako je to jedan od primarnih načina na koje ljudi izražavaju svoju naklonost nekome, kod pasa to nije tako. Kad položi šapu drugome psu na leđa, to nije naklonost, već znak dominacije.
Iako sigurno volite grliti svog ljubimca, pazite na njegove reakcije. Isto tako, pripazite da ga ne stiščete prejako.
3. Tapšanje po glavi
Ne volite kad vas tapšaju po glavi? E pa, ne vole ni psi, iako to većina ljudi uporno radi. Naročito im je neugodno kad ih po glavi i licu diraju nepoznati ljudi. No ako vas pas poznaje, vrlo vjerojatno će vam dopustiti da ga nježno pomazite po ovome području. Mnogo su im draža mjesta poput ušiju ili poviše repa.

4. Pogled izravno u oči
Ovo vrijedi kod susreta s nepoznatim psom. Kako biste se osjećali da vas neki stranac na ulici gleda izravno u oči? Vjerojatno biste pomislili da nešto nije u redu. The Animal Rescue Site savjetuje da nepoznate pse ne gledate netremice, jer bi to kod njih moglo pobuditi nemir.
Kad prilazite nepoznatom psu, dobro je imati umiljat glas i blage pokrete, pogledati ga i promatrati njegove reakcije, ali ne zuriti izravno u oči.
5. Interakcije s drugim psima
Promatrajte svog psa tijekom interakcija s drugim psima. Ukoliko primijetite da kod njega kontakti izazivaju nervnozu, ne forsirajte. Ne prisiljavajte ga da se "druži" s drugim životinjama ako pokazuje znakove negodovanja ili agresije. Ako pas daje do znanja da ne želi da ga se ometa, poštujte tp.
Naravno da to ne znači da ga morate skrivati. Blago ga možete pogurati u smjeru drugog psa, no u trenutku kad pokaže agresiju ili nemir, prestanite ga "nagovarati". Od prisiljavanja nema ništa.
Potezi kojima ljudi često znaju kod pasa izazvati neugodne emocije uključuju i prekratke šetnje, korištenje prečvrstog povodca, izražavanje napetosti i stresa, kao i dosadnu svakodnevicu, bez aktivnosti i boravka u prirodi.

Pas možda je čovjekov najbolji prijatelj, no osjećaji ne moraju biti obostrani. Iako toga nismo svjesni, neki naši potezi itekako mogu kod četveronožnih ljubimaca izazvati negativne emocije, piše The Animal Rescue Site.
Kako bismo zadržali prijateljstvo i međusobno razumijevanje, potrebno je obratiti posebnu pažnju na potrebu ljubimca. A mnogi naprosto ne idu dovoljno za tim, nemaju vremena ili pak slijede naučene obrasce ponašanja koji ne moraju uvijek biti točni.
Iako mislite da sami znate što vaš psić voli, a što ne, obratite pažnju na njegove reakcije kad su neki od sljedećih poteza u pitanju. Spomenuti izvor sugerira kako psima ove naše navike nikako nisu po volji.
1. Koristite isključivo svoj glas
Psi vole kad im pričate, no oni, dakako, ne razumiju što govorite. Iako mogu registrirati nekoliko riječi te ih povezati s naučenim pokretima, vrlo vjerojatno u njihovu smjeru šaljete na stotine riječi tijekom dana. Upravo zato ne biste se trebali oslanjati isključivo na verbalnu poruku, već i na govor tijela. Psi su naučeni da prepoznaju vaše namjere prema položaju tijela i pokretima koje činite.
Pazite da ono što govorite nije u suprotnosti s bojom vašega glasa i gestom. Primjerice, psu možete govoriti da bude miran, ali ako mu rukom niste dali do znanja, on može to shvatiti kao da ga pozivate k sebi.

2. Zagrljaji
Vjerovali ili ne, psi u pravilu ne vole zagrljaje. Iako je to jedan od primarnih načina na koje ljudi izražavaju svoju naklonost nekome, kod pasa to nije tako. Kad položi šapu drugome psu na leđa, to nije naklonost, već znak dominacije.
Iako sigurno volite grliti svog ljubimca, pazite na njegove reakcije. Isto tako, pripazite da ga ne stiščete prejako.
3. Tapšanje po glavi
Ne volite kad vas tapšaju po glavi? E pa, ne vole ni psi, iako to većina ljudi uporno radi. Naročito im je neugodno kad ih po glavi i licu diraju nepoznati ljudi. No ako vas pas poznaje, vrlo vjerojatno će vam dopustiti da ga nježno pomazite po ovome području. Mnogo su im draža mjesta poput ušiju ili poviše repa.

4. Pogled izravno u oči
Ovo vrijedi kod susreta s nepoznatim psom. Kako biste se osjećali da vas neki stranac na ulici gleda izravno u oči? Vjerojatno biste pomislili da nešto nije u redu. The Animal Rescue Site savjetuje da nepoznate pse ne gledate netremice, jer bi to kod njih moglo pobuditi nemir.
Kad prilazite nepoznatom psu, dobro je imati umiljat glas i blage pokrete, pogledati ga i promatrati njegove reakcije, ali ne zuriti izravno u oči.
5. Interakcije s drugim psima
Promatrajte svog psa tijekom interakcija s drugim psima. Ukoliko primijetite da kod njega kontakti izazivaju nervnozu, ne forsirajte. Ne prisiljavajte ga da se "druži" s drugim životinjama ako pokazuje znakove negodovanja ili agresije. Ako pas daje do znanja da ne želi da ga se ometa, poštujte tp.
Naravno da to ne znači da ga morate skrivati. Blago ga možete pogurati u smjeru drugog psa, no u trenutku kad pokaže agresiju ili nemir, prestanite ga "nagovarati". Od prisiljavanja nema ništa.
Potezi kojima ljudi često znaju kod pasa izazvati neugodne emocije uključuju i prekratke šetnje, korištenje prečvrstog povodca, izražavanje napetosti i stresa, kao i dosadnu svakodnevicu, bez aktivnosti i boravka u prirodi.
