Prema evidenciji Hrvatskog zavoda za zdravstveno osiguranje (HZZO), od 24. veljače do 11. ožujka 162 osobe otvorile su bolovanje zbog izolacije u prevenciji širenja koronavirusa.

Radnik se vodi kao privremeno nesposoban za rad nakon što nadležni epidemiolog utvrdi potrebu izolacije, te je obvezan o tome obavijestiti izabranog doktora, telefonski ili e-mailom.

HZZO je na svojim internetskim stranicama objavio i proceduru što treba činiti u takvoj situaciji. Moguće je i da oni koji moraju biti u samoizolaciji u dogovoru s poslodavcem posao obavljaju od kuće ili na neki drugi način. U tom mu slučaju izabrani doktor ne utvrđuje privremenu nesposobnost i ne izdaje izvješće o privremenoj nesposobnosti/spriječenosti za rad.

Budući da osiguranici u samoizolaciji nisu u mogućnosti preuzeti navedeno izvješće kod izabranog doktora, te neposredno podnijeti zahtjev za naknadu plaće HZZO-u uz propisanu dokumentaciju, iznimno im se omogućava podnošenje zahtjeva elektroničkim putem bez prilaganja izvješća, a HZZO će podatke o otvorenoj privremenoj nesposobnosti po osnovi uzroka D0 - izolacija preuzeti preko Centralnog zdravstvenog informacijskog sustava Republike Hrvatske (CEZIH). Ako osiguranik nije u mogućnosti priložiti ni Potvrdu o plaći izdanu od poslodavca, istu će HZZO od poslodavca zatražiti službenim putem.

Kako HZZO nadalje pojašnjava, elektronski proslijeđen zahtjev osiguranika kojim traži naknadu plaće za vrijeme privremene nesposobnosti koja tereti sredstva HZZO-a obvezno mora sadržavati: ime i prezime, OIB ili MBO (matični broj osigurane osobe), kontakt telefon, te broj tekućeg računa na koji će se izvršiti isplata naknade plaće.

E-mail adresa određena za podnošenje zahtjeva je izolacija@hzzo.hr i isključivo je namijenjena zaprimanju zahtjeva za naknadu plaće osiguranika kojima je utvrđena privremena nesposobnost zbog izolacije.

Naknada plaće za privremenu nesposobnost za rad se isplaćuje na teret sredstava HZZO-a od prvoga dana privremene nesposobnosti za rad. Zakonom o obveznom zdravstvenom osiguranju propisano je da je najviši mjesečni iznos naknade plaće za puno radno vrijeme, kada se ona isplaćuje na teret sredstava HZZO-a, proračunska osnovica uvećana za 28 posto, što trenutno iznosi 4257,28 kuna.

Prema evidenciji Hrvatskog zavoda za zdravstveno osiguranje (HZZO), od 24. veljače do 11. ožujka 162 osobe otvorile su bolovanje zbog izolacije u prevenciji širenja koronavirusa.

Radnik se vodi kao privremeno nesposoban za rad nakon što nadležni epidemiolog utvrdi potrebu izolacije, te je obvezan o tome obavijestiti izabranog doktora, telefonski ili e-mailom.

HZZO je na svojim internetskim stranicama objavio i proceduru što treba činiti u takvoj situaciji. Moguće je i da oni koji moraju biti u samoizolaciji u dogovoru s poslodavcem posao obavljaju od kuće ili na neki drugi način. U tom mu slučaju izabrani doktor ne utvrđuje privremenu nesposobnost i ne izdaje izvješće o privremenoj nesposobnosti/spriječenosti za rad.

Budući da osiguranici u samoizolaciji nisu u mogućnosti preuzeti navedeno izvješće kod izabranog doktora, te neposredno podnijeti zahtjev za naknadu plaće HZZO-u uz propisanu dokumentaciju, iznimno im se omogućava podnošenje zahtjeva elektroničkim putem bez prilaganja izvješća, a HZZO će podatke o otvorenoj privremenoj nesposobnosti po osnovi uzroka D0 - izolacija preuzeti preko Centralnog zdravstvenog informacijskog sustava Republike Hrvatske (CEZIH). Ako osiguranik nije u mogućnosti priložiti ni Potvrdu o plaći izdanu od poslodavca, istu će HZZO od poslodavca zatražiti službenim putem.

Kako HZZO nadalje pojašnjava, elektronski proslijeđen zahtjev osiguranika kojim traži naknadu plaće za vrijeme privremene nesposobnosti koja tereti sredstva HZZO-a obvezno mora sadržavati: ime i prezime, OIB ili MBO (matični broj osigurane osobe), kontakt telefon, te broj tekućeg računa na koji će se izvršiti isplata naknade plaće.

E-mail adresa određena za podnošenje zahtjeva je izolacija@hzzo.hr i isključivo je namijenjena zaprimanju zahtjeva za naknadu plaće osiguranika kojima je utvrđena privremena nesposobnost zbog izolacije.

Naknada plaće za privremenu nesposobnost za rad se isplaćuje na teret sredstava HZZO-a od prvoga dana privremene nesposobnosti za rad. Zakonom o obveznom zdravstvenom osiguranju propisano je da je najviši mjesečni iznos naknade plaće za puno radno vrijeme, kada se ona isplaćuje na teret sredstava HZZO-a, proračunska osnovica uvećana za 28 posto, što trenutno iznosi 4257,28 kuna.

Što ako zbog samoizolacije ne možete na posao? Postupak nije isti kao za bolovanje, ovo su stvari koje treba napraviti

Prema evidenciji Hrvatskog zavoda za zdravstveno osiguranje (HZZO), od 24. veljače do 11. ožujka 162 osobe otvorile su bolovanje zbog izolacije u prevenciji širenja koronavirusa.

Radnik se vodi kao privremeno nesposoban za rad nakon što nadležni epidemiolog utvrdi potrebu izolacije, te je obvezan o tome obavijestiti izabranog doktora, telefonski ili e-mailom.

HZZO je na svojim internetskim stranicama objavio i proceduru što treba činiti u takvoj situaciji. Moguće je i da oni koji moraju biti u samoizolaciji u dogovoru s poslodavcem posao obavljaju od kuće ili na neki drugi način. U tom mu slučaju izabrani doktor ne utvrđuje privremenu nesposobnost i ne izdaje izvješće o privremenoj nesposobnosti/spriječenosti za rad.

Budući da osiguranici u samoizolaciji nisu u mogućnosti preuzeti navedeno izvješće kod izabranog doktora, te neposredno podnijeti zahtjev za naknadu plaće HZZO-u uz propisanu dokumentaciju, iznimno im se omogućava podnošenje zahtjeva elektroničkim putem bez prilaganja izvješća, a HZZO će podatke o otvorenoj privremenoj nesposobnosti po osnovi uzroka D0 - izolacija preuzeti preko Centralnog zdravstvenog informacijskog sustava Republike Hrvatske (CEZIH). Ako osiguranik nije u mogućnosti priložiti ni Potvrdu o plaći izdanu od poslodavca, istu će HZZO od poslodavca zatražiti službenim putem.

Kako HZZO nadalje pojašnjava, elektronski proslijeđen zahtjev osiguranika kojim traži naknadu plaće za vrijeme privremene nesposobnosti koja tereti sredstva HZZO-a obvezno mora sadržavati: ime i prezime, OIB ili MBO (matični broj osigurane osobe), kontakt telefon, te broj tekućeg računa na koji će se izvršiti isplata naknade plaće.

E-mail adresa određena za podnošenje zahtjeva je izolacija@hzzo.hr i isključivo je namijenjena zaprimanju zahtjeva za naknadu plaće osiguranika kojima je utvrđena privremena nesposobnost zbog izolacije.

Naknada plaće za privremenu nesposobnost za rad se isplaćuje na teret sredstava HZZO-a od prvoga dana privremene nesposobnosti za rad. Zakonom o obveznom zdravstvenom osiguranju propisano je da je najviši mjesečni iznos naknade plaće za puno radno vrijeme, kada se ona isplaćuje na teret sredstava HZZO-a, proračunska osnovica uvećana za 28 posto, što trenutno iznosi 4257,28 kuna.
