Načelnik Općine Vir Kristijan Kapović odgovorio je predstavniku Mosta Đaniju Bunji, koji je omalovažio rezultat Vira kao najuspješnije turističke destinacije u Hrvatskoj. Njegovo priopćenje prenosimo u cijelosti.

Na tiskovnoj konferenciji pompoznog naziva „Dekonstrukcija mita o uspješnosti hrvatskog turizma na primjeru otoka Vira“, koju je organizirao i održao Đani Bunja u ime Mosta za Zadarsku županiju, istaknuto je kako je hrvatska javnost izložena nevjerodostojnim podacima o uspjesima turističke politike koju provodi općinska vlast na otoku Viru. Lanjskih 2,3 milijuna noćenja domaćih i stranih turista ostvarenih na Viru – što je najbolji rezultat u Hrvatskoj u 2020. – Bunja je razdijelio na brojke u komercijalnom i nekomercijalnom smještaju zaključujući da se isključivo komercijalni smještaj može računati kao vjerodostojan turistički rezultat. Argumentirajući, dalje, svoj stav Bunja je navodio podatke o potrošnji na Viru i općinskom proračunu kako bi poentirao da Vir nikako nije najbolja destinacija u Hrvatskoj. 

- Brojke su neumoljive, a statistika koja potvrđuje lanjski uspjeh Vira nije virska nego državna, europska i svjetska. Neosporno je kako smo po turističkim noćenjima šampioni turizma u Hrvatskoj - kaže načelnik Općine Vir Kristijan Kapović čudeći se stavu i razmišljanjima predstavnika Mosta.

- Nikad nismo tvrdili da smo najbolja turistička destinacija ili da imamo najveću turističku potrošnju na destinaciji. Dapače, uvijek sam tvrdio kako smo trenutno destinacija tri zvjezdice sa željom da se za 15 godina podignemo na razinu destinacije sa četiri zvjezdice.  Drugo, Vir kao turistički proizvod u Zadarskoj županiji još uvijek zaostaje za sredinama poput Starigrada, Paga, Nina, Sukošana, Svetoga Filipa i Jakova, Biograda, Pakoštana, Preka i Zadra. No mi smo sredina koja je definitivno najviše napredovala u zadnjih 15 godina. Postali smo relevantna turistička destinacija - dodaje načelnik Kapović i zaključuje:

- Vir se raduje svačijem uspjehu, a pogotovo uspjehu mjesta, općina i gradova iz Zadarske županije. Nama su ljubomora i zavist nepoznate kategorije - poruka je s Vira.

Načelnik Općine Vir Kristijan Kapović odgovorio je predstavniku Mosta Đaniju Bunji, koji je omalovažio rezultat Vira kao najuspješnije turističke destinacije u Hrvatskoj. Njegovo priopćenje prenosimo u cijelosti.

Na tiskovnoj konferenciji pompoznog naziva „Dekonstrukcija mita o uspješnosti hrvatskog turizma na primjeru otoka Vira“, koju je organizirao i održao Đani Bunja u ime Mosta za Zadarsku županiju, istaknuto je kako je hrvatska javnost izložena nevjerodostojnim podacima o uspjesima turističke politike koju provodi općinska vlast na otoku Viru. Lanjskih 2,3 milijuna noćenja domaćih i stranih turista ostvarenih na Viru – što je najbolji rezultat u Hrvatskoj u 2020. – Bunja je razdijelio na brojke u komercijalnom i nekomercijalnom smještaju zaključujući da se isključivo komercijalni smještaj može računati kao vjerodostojan turistički rezultat. Argumentirajući, dalje, svoj stav Bunja je navodio podatke o potrošnji na Viru i općinskom proračunu kako bi poentirao da Vir nikako nije najbolja destinacija u Hrvatskoj. 

- Brojke su neumoljive, a statistika koja potvrđuje lanjski uspjeh Vira nije virska nego državna, europska i svjetska. Neosporno je kako smo po turističkim noćenjima šampioni turizma u Hrvatskoj - kaže načelnik Općine Vir Kristijan Kapović čudeći se stavu i razmišljanjima predstavnika Mosta.

- Nikad nismo tvrdili da smo najbolja turistička destinacija ili da imamo najveću turističku potrošnju na destinaciji. Dapače, uvijek sam tvrdio kako smo trenutno destinacija tri zvjezdice sa željom da se za 15 godina podignemo na razinu destinacije sa četiri zvjezdice.  Drugo, Vir kao turistički proizvod u Zadarskoj županiji još uvijek zaostaje za sredinama poput Starigrada, Paga, Nina, Sukošana, Svetoga Filipa i Jakova, Biograda, Pakoštana, Preka i Zadra. No mi smo sredina koja je definitivno najviše napredovala u zadnjih 15 godina. Postali smo relevantna turistička destinacija - dodaje načelnik Kapović i zaključuje:

- Vir se raduje svačijem uspjehu, a pogotovo uspjehu mjesta, općina i gradova iz Zadarske županije. Nama su ljubomora i zavist nepoznate kategorije - poruka je s Vira.

Načelnik Kristijan Kapović: Vir se raduje svačijem uspjehu. Nama su ljubomora i zavist nepoznate kategorije!

Načelnik Općine Vir Kristijan Kapović odgovorio je predstavniku Mosta Đaniju Bunji, koji je omalovažio rezultat Vira kao najuspješnije turističke destinacije u Hrvatskoj. Njegovo priopćenje prenosimo u cijelosti.

Na tiskovnoj konferenciji pompoznog naziva „Dekonstrukcija mita o uspješnosti hrvatskog turizma na primjeru otoka Vira“, koju je organizirao i održao Đani Bunja u ime Mosta za Zadarsku županiju, istaknuto je kako je hrvatska javnost izložena nevjerodostojnim podacima o uspjesima turističke politike koju provodi općinska vlast na otoku Viru. Lanjskih 2,3 milijuna noćenja domaćih i stranih turista ostvarenih na Viru – što je najbolji rezultat u Hrvatskoj u 2020. – Bunja je razdijelio na brojke u komercijalnom i nekomercijalnom smještaju zaključujući da se isključivo komercijalni smještaj može računati kao vjerodostojan turistički rezultat. Argumentirajući, dalje, svoj stav Bunja je navodio podatke o potrošnji na Viru i općinskom proračunu kako bi poentirao da Vir nikako nije najbolja destinacija u Hrvatskoj. 

- Brojke su neumoljive, a statistika koja potvrđuje lanjski uspjeh Vira nije virska nego državna, europska i svjetska. Neosporno je kako smo po turističkim noćenjima šampioni turizma u Hrvatskoj - kaže načelnik Općine Vir Kristijan Kapović čudeći se stavu i razmišljanjima predstavnika Mosta.

- Nikad nismo tvrdili da smo najbolja turistička destinacija ili da imamo najveću turističku potrošnju na destinaciji. Dapače, uvijek sam tvrdio kako smo trenutno destinacija tri zvjezdice sa željom da se za 15 godina podignemo na razinu destinacije sa četiri zvjezdice.  Drugo, Vir kao turistički proizvod u Zadarskoj županiji još uvijek zaostaje za sredinama poput Starigrada, Paga, Nina, Sukošana, Svetoga Filipa i Jakova, Biograda, Pakoštana, Preka i Zadra. No mi smo sredina koja je definitivno najviše napredovala u zadnjih 15 godina. Postali smo relevantna turistička destinacija - dodaje načelnik Kapović i zaključuje:

- Vir se raduje svačijem uspjehu, a pogotovo uspjehu mjesta, općina i gradova iz Zadarske županije. Nama su ljubomora i zavist nepoznate kategorije - poruka je s Vira.
