Hrvatski nogometni savez je klubu dostavio Odluku u kojoj stoji da se NK Zadar s.d.d. ne izdaje licenca za 2.HNL u natjecateljskoj sezoni 2020./21. Razlozi nedobivanja licence su prije svega financijska dugovanja i blokade računa zbog kojih se ne može zadovoljiti financijski kriterij. Financijsko stanje kluba za sobom povlači činjenicu da se nisu mogli do kraja zadovoljiti infrastrukturni i sportski kriteriji. U trenutku početka pripremanja dokumentacije za postupak licenciranja klupski bankovni računi su bili aktivni te je NK Zadar krenuo u postupak u dobroj vjeri za pozitivnim ishodom.

NK Zadar s.d.d. neće podnositi žalbu na ovu odluku jer je financijsko stanje nepromijenjeno te se ne može postići pravni efekt zadovoljenja kriterija kroz žalbeni postupak.

Također, s trenutnim plasmanom na ljestvici kao šestoplasirana momčad, NK Zadar ni rezultatski nije ni u teoretskoj mogućnosti izboriti plasman u 2.HNL jer je potrebno biti među tri prvoplasirane momčadi.

Hrvatski nogometni savez je klubu dostavio Odluku u kojoj stoji da se NK Zadar s.d.d. ne izdaje licenca za 2.HNL u natjecateljskoj sezoni 2020./21. Razlozi nedobivanja licence su prije svega financijska dugovanja i blokade računa zbog kojih se ne može zadovoljiti financijski kriterij. Financijsko stanje kluba za sobom povlači činjenicu da se nisu mogli do kraja zadovoljiti infrastrukturni i sportski kriteriji. U trenutku početka pripremanja dokumentacije za postupak licenciranja klupski bankovni računi su bili aktivni te je NK Zadar krenuo u postupak u dobroj vjeri za pozitivnim ishodom.

NK Zadar s.d.d. neće podnositi žalbu na ovu odluku jer je financijsko stanje nepromijenjeno te se ne može postići pravni efekt zadovoljenja kriterija kroz žalbeni postupak.

Također, s trenutnim plasmanom na ljestvici kao šestoplasirana momčad, NK Zadar ni rezultatski nije ni u teoretskoj mogućnosti izboriti plasman u 2.HNL jer je potrebno biti među tri prvoplasirane momčadi.
