Raspravu o Vladinu prijedlogu da se izmjene zakoni o morskom ribarstvu i o akvakulturi, saborska je oporba u četvrtak iskoristila kako bi iskazala nezadovoljstvo stanjem u tim važnim gospodarskim sektorima.

Boška Ban Vlahek (SDP) kaže da izmjene ne donose ništa posebno za slatkovodno ribarstvo u kojem su problemi veliki. Stanje u slatkovodnoj akvakulturi je na najnižim granama, na razini je završetka 2. svjetskog rata, izjavila je zastupnica, navodeći da ne zadovoljava ni stanje u morskom ribarstvu.

Prije ulaska u EU imali smo 25 tisuća ribara na otocima i priobalju, sada ih je samo oko 3.500, od kojih je aktivno 40 posto, navela je.

Ministrica poljoprivrede Marija Vučković istaknula je pak da je hrvatska akvakultura jedna od najpropulzivnijih, ne samo u EU, nego šire, da sektor pokazuje kontinuirani rast.

U mandatu Vlade Andreja Plenkovića u sektoru akvakulture imali smo povećanje 58 posto, a vrijednost proizvoda 64 posto, to u praksi potvrđuje našu stratešku opredijeljenost za ovaj sektor, rekla je.

Božo Petrov (Most) ne spori da je to statistički točno, no propituje što je ispod površine. „Na račun nekoliko velikih igrača u ribarstvu i njihove veće proizvodnje, statistički se pokazao rast ribarstva, ali je to plaćeno gašenjem velikog broja ribara i njihovih obrta“, kazao je.

Naveo je i da se iz EU fondova ribarima dijeli novac da unište stare ribarice, ali im se ne daje zamjena, oduzimaju im se povlastice i oni završavaju na zavodu za zapošljavanja, postaju teret cijeloj državi.

Davor Dretar (DP) naglašava da se u Hrvatskoj jede „zabrinjavajuće“ malo ribe, po glavi stanovnika oko 23 kilograma godišnje.

Vidimo ovih dana da se državna sredstva koriste za oglašavanje, pa bi bilo dobro da se dio iskoristi za populariziranje potrošnje ribe, predložio je.

Nikša Vukas (SD) istaknuo je da ribari kažu da su "ubijeni administrativnim obvezama“, da za kilogram ribe moraju imati devet papira. Od njih se traži i elektronski očevidnik, gdje će ljudi s tim, običan ribar od 60 godina teško će se boriti se sa tim, kazao je zastupnik, navodeći da hrvatsko ribarstvo nije u dobroj poziciji, da nemamo ribarske luke.

Nije točno da se ne grade luke, odgovorio mu je Stipan Šašlin (HDZ), navodeći da je nedavno bio u Salima na Dugom Otoku i da se tamo gradi luka za ribarske brodove.

Luku Brčića (HDZ) zaimali su učinci smanjenja ulova u Jabučkoj kotlini, odnosno je li riblji fond obnovljen.

Mjere su na snazi, vrlo brzo se prepoznaju rezultati u obnovi resursa, odgovorila mu je ministrica poljoprivrede.

Raspravu o Vladinu prijedlogu da se izmjene zakoni o morskom ribarstvu i o akvakulturi, saborska je oporba u četvrtak iskoristila kako bi iskazala nezadovoljstvo stanjem u tim važnim gospodarskim sektorima.

Boška Ban Vlahek (SDP) kaže da izmjene ne donose ništa posebno za slatkovodno ribarstvo u kojem su problemi veliki. Stanje u slatkovodnoj akvakulturi je na najnižim granama, na razini je završetka 2. svjetskog rata, izjavila je zastupnica, navodeći da ne zadovoljava ni stanje u morskom ribarstvu.

Prije ulaska u EU imali smo 25 tisuća ribara na otocima i priobalju, sada ih je samo oko 3.500, od kojih je aktivno 40 posto, navela je.

Ministrica poljoprivrede Marija Vučković istaknula je pak da je hrvatska akvakultura jedna od najpropulzivnijih, ne samo u EU, nego šire, da sektor pokazuje kontinuirani rast.

U mandatu Vlade Andreja Plenkovića u sektoru akvakulture imali smo povećanje 58 posto, a vrijednost proizvoda 64 posto, to u praksi potvrđuje našu stratešku opredijeljenost za ovaj sektor, rekla je.

Božo Petrov (Most) ne spori da je to statistički točno, no propituje što je ispod površine. „Na račun nekoliko velikih igrača u ribarstvu i njihove veće proizvodnje, statistički se pokazao rast ribarstva, ali je to plaćeno gašenjem velikog broja ribara i njihovih obrta“, kazao je.

Naveo je i da se iz EU fondova ribarima dijeli novac da unište stare ribarice, ali im se ne daje zamjena, oduzimaju im se povlastice i oni završavaju na zavodu za zapošljavanja, postaju teret cijeloj državi.

Davor Dretar (DP) naglašava da se u Hrvatskoj jede „zabrinjavajuće“ malo ribe, po glavi stanovnika oko 23 kilograma godišnje.

Od njih se traži i elektronski očevidnik, gdje će ljudi s tim, običan ribar od 60 godina teško će se boriti se sa tim, kazao je zastupnik, navodeći da hrvatsko ribarstvo nije u dobroj poziciji, da nemamo ribarske luke.

Nije točno da se ne grade luke, odgovorio mu je Stipan Šašlin (HDZ), navodeći da je nedavno bio u Salima na Dugom Otoku i da se tamo gradi luka za ribarske brodove.

Luku Brčića (HDZ) zaimali su učinci smanjenja ulova u Jabučkoj kotlini, odnosno je li riblji fond obnovljen.

Mjere su na snazi, vrlo brzo se prepoznaju rezultati u obnovi resursa, odgovorila mu je ministrica poljoprivrede.

Saborska oporba nezadovoljna stanjem u morskom ribarstvu i akvakulturi! HDZ: U Salima na Dugom Otoku gradi se luka za ribarske brodove...

Raspravu o Vladinu prijedlogu da se izmjene zakoni o morskom ribarstvu i o akvakulturi, saborska je oporba u četvrtak iskoristila kako bi iskazala nezadovoljstvo stanjem u tim važnim gospodarskim sektorima.

Boška Ban Vlahek (SDP) kaže da izmjene ne donose ništa posebno za slatkovodno ribarstvo u kojem su problemi veliki. Stanje u slatkovodnoj akvakulturi je na najnižim granama, na razini je završetka 2. svjetskog rata, izjavila je zastupnica, navodeći da ne zadovoljava ni stanje u morskom ribarstvu.

Prije ulaska u EU imali smo 25 tisuća ribara na otocima i priobalju, sada ih je samo oko 3.500, od kojih je aktivno 40 posto, navela je.

Ministrica poljoprivrede Marija Vučković istaknula je pak da je hrvatska akvakultura jedna od najpropulzivnijih, ne samo u EU, nego šire, da sektor pokazuje kontinuirani rast.

U mandatu Vlade Andreja Plenkovića u sektoru akvakulture imali smo povećanje 58 posto, a vrijednost proizvoda 64 posto, to u praksi potvrđuje našu stratešku opredijeljenost za ovaj sektor, rekla je.

Božo Petrov (Most) ne spori da je to statistički točno, no propituje što je ispod površine. „Na račun nekoliko velikih igrača u ribarstvu i njihove veće proizvodnje, statistički se pokazao rast ribarstva, ali je to plaćeno gašenjem velikog broja ribara i njihovih obrta“, kazao je.

Naveo je i da se iz EU fondova ribarima dijeli novac da unište stare ribarice, ali im se ne daje zamjena, oduzimaju im se povlastice i oni završavaju na zavodu za zapošljavanja, postaju teret cijeloj državi.

Davor Dretar (DP) naglašava da se u Hrvatskoj jede „zabrinjavajuće“ malo ribe, po glavi stanovnika oko 23 kilograma godišnje.
